This time was great. It did however take a couple of trips to this store. I was waiting over 45 minutes before I gave up. I did come back the next day in the morning and only because I knew you had what I was after cause I saw it the night prior. the gentlemen that help me the following morning was great. The night prior...Saturday night around 7pm, I wouldnt give them a star at all. THe one guy saw me standing there and kept helping people who came in way after me. Very disappointed in the service that night. Sunday gets a 5 star this review is for the Saturday night crew!SO....After this we tried to take the peice back to exchange and the lady was extremely rude when it was pointed out that she kept helping others in front of us....to the point she even helped the Fed Ex guy who was picking up a box who came after us. He even pointed out to her that we were there first and hed wait. But No just out of spite she help him. Needless to say, I will never do business in this store again! You may want to get a number system. Id love to talk to the VP cause the manager wasnt much help. Fix your store.
