The mystery deck is a great idea but it being my first order I played it a bit safe and only bought 1 but got a really cool deck I probably would never have taken a second look at. I think Id put 2 or 3 on top of almost every future order, and there definitely will be future orders. My only gripe so far is how many decks (especially the ones Ive been searching for; Karnival Z-Ray, Gold Traceb etc) are sold out. I really, really wanted to like these folks – but they did not fill my order correctly and did not really offer a solution to fix it.I ordered 2 Small Blind Pip Box Playing Card Subscriptions – to gift to friends. Instead, they sent me one Large Blind Pip Box. Now technically, I did receive the same number of decks as I would have received from the 2 small blinds. But not knowing the one box was a Large, I already gifted it to my friend, thinking the other box was just delayed in the mail. When I discovered the one box was a large, and that was all I would receive, I was not happy. I emailed PlayingCardsDecks .com to let them know of their mistake, they offered to send me an extra koozie. Needless to say, I had high hopes, but they fell flat on proper order fulfillment, and then with lack-luster customer service.

As of now, this is my “go to” place for playing cards. The prices are good, the shipping is fast, the packaging is great, and I believe they’ve even thrown in a free deck or two here or there. I’ve had no real interaction with customer service because I only needed them once when a deck I received had a slightly damaged box. They instantly gave me a credit towards my next purchase.
