Had a belt that was defective, mower only had 33hrs on it. Gentleman real nice came out to view mower & taken my info down. Cheryl reached out to me & really went above & beyond & was able to pickup belt in Knightdale closer to my house. Service was outstanding! Thanks Henderson Team!

I went there because a salesman named Scott told me that they had a used lawnmower for sale, so I went there twice and then I called back, just to be disappointed because the lawnmower in question was sold because I waited for the wrong salesman? If I knew that another salesperson was there all the time I could have gotten it, but things dont work out sometimes? I will go elsewhere and try to find something that I can afford?

I brought my mower to them going on two weeks now., just for a simple belt replacement. I waited a week, they had not started it they told me there waiting on dome guy to assign it to. They said should be ready in the next day or so. Went in personally and they said they would bump me up. Calmed two days later i was told they couldnt help it they were waiting on a lift to take the deck off, to get to the drive belt i am not impressed with their service. Parts section on the other hand is great, and sales seems fine. Mean while my properties are getting over grown, and my mower sits out side in the elements for the first time in 7 yrs. i will not bring it back for any type of repairs again.

We love our new gator. We got the 3 seater so my grandkids can ride and the electric back load dumper so my husband will be happy. It’s a win win all around. My husband said we had to name it and since we already have a Aly in the family we have christen it “gaterbug” Thanks Scott

Excellent place if you’re considering a John Deere. They have a caring sales team and have all types of equipment. They have a great quality service and repairs and are willing to help at any time. Just know that they might not acknowledge you when you walk in and it takes some time to get where you need to be.

Without question the worse experience I have ever had with a service department. They have kept my John Deere lawn tractor for nearly six weeks to simply replace the mower deck. When i called 2 weeks ago they said they had not even ordered it. Have called every other day or so and they keep saying they are working on it. They have told me for the past 3 business days it would be delivered today. Not seen it yet. I will not do business with them again!
