I have struggled for a few years to find a company that could provide our federal fire department with the service and products we need on an annual basis. We wanted quality products with quality graphics both printed and embroidered. I tried larger outfits in town and could not get the customer service that I needed and the final product was mediocre quality. I thought that looking for a smaller local business would solve that problem and I found Tembo. I was so impressed with the attention I received. Tembo helped me figure out all of the details and put together an entire custom product line. We ended up putting in a HUGE order with a variety of items. We got everything promptly and the quality was the best I have ever seen. The prices were very affordable especially considering we selected premium brand products. I am very happy that I found Tembo to do business with.

I recently hired Tembo to customize beach towels for a big Hawaiian spring break vacation. I’m so happy to have found Tembo because my job was either too small or the price too high for other embroidery shops in town. Typically, you dont get a good price, product, and experience in business. (McDonalds is cheap and fast, but hardly quality...) I had tried 5 other t-shirt companies in Vegas/Henderson to support local businesses and either received no response, difficult communication, or was politely told that our order (7-10 shirts) wasnt big enough for them to bother. Lynzee, on the other hand:-Responded immediately and stayed in touch via call/text/email throughout the process-Has a user-friendly website to provide logos, etc. and request a quote-Alerted me to any potential issues regarding inventory and artwork-Estimated and fulfilled a quick turnaround time for delivery-Advised me on product brands, based on my quality/price preferences.-Saved us money, compared to other vendorsWe will be ordering more products as the year progresses, including more t-shirts, golf shirts, and hats to represent the company. Very happy to know where those orders will be going.

A gem! This place is open from 7am-7pm, and the owner is so nice and helpful. My needs were a bit unusual, I wanted some heat pressed car racing logos on a jacket and this is the ONLY place that would get it done. A life saver! My husband was so happy when I surprised him with the jacket. He is a big NASCAR fan and it made his day!

I have used Tembo multiple times now for our club baseball team. Lynzee does great work. She is always quick to reposed if I have questions or changes to our designs. Once our designs were complete, Lynzee worked quickly to get out gear completed. We will continue to use Tembo and recommend them to others!

Found the perfect shop! Every place I spoke to about my needs kept referring to MOQ. MOQ?? Yes, minimum order quantity. I needed to order at least 20 pieces for them to work on it. I dont need 20, sometimes I just need 2 or 3. But not Tembo - these guys can handle all your needs, big or small. When I need 30 pieces, they can do it. When I need 2, theyre there. Customer service is excellent and delivery times are fast. 100% recommend!

If you need any type of embroidery or printing done,this place is the best! I had a large Tour Golf bag embroidered in two spots through 3 thick layers of vinyl, nylon, and material! Lynzee had titanium needles that she installed to make the stitching much tighter and awesome! She offered me many styles of lettering and even custom altered one of the letters for me ! She has programming skills other shops do not possess, like taking fonts and slanting them! She also did a shirt for me that was great. All while I was waiting! No other shop would do that for me.She gave my small little job the same professional care of a large money order. She handles her tasks effortlessly, while conversing and joking with her customers. The location only a block from Costco made it super convenient for me.
