I would give a 0 but I can’t. They are rude inconsiderate hateful people. They talk to their customers like they are better than them. If you are even 1 wk late they threaten and harass you daily. I am very dissatisfied with them and once my merchandise is paid off I will never do business with them again. I would recommend them to no one. You are better off buying things straight up and if monies tight save for it.

Good customer service, but call before you go out due to the cron19 virus

This place doesnt believe in customer service. Had an area ready for delivery and because the delivery man didnt agree he made me move stuff. When asked to wait a minute he left. I understand tight schedules but by the time I cleared the room he could have had the bed unloaded from the truck.

Unless you feel like getting yelled at for hours for every service, and then some, just go anywhere else. They refused to ship it on time, then they continuously refused to put it together despite us having paid for that service.
