Got some flowers for my wives birthday service was excellent just wish I didnt have to wait all day for delivery

Nikki and her team at A Country Rose NEVER disappoint. The floral arrangements are always so perfect. So much love and thought go into each arrangement. While I have ONLY used A Country Rose for all my floral needs over the past few years, the arrangement I sent my mom Wednesday blew my mind. It was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Nikki and Team!

Super annoyed with their online purchasing. They wont show you the price until they ask for all your information, including email, phone number and credit card. Just show me the price, its so scummy to make me fill out all this info without telling me what youre going to charge me. The price literally doubled at the end. I didnt buy the flowers but Id already put in all my info, so annoying!!

I called and was intentionally hung up on by a young man. Then I called back and he said, sorry I thought you were a telemarketer. All I had said was my sister is in Henderson Hospital. How does that sound like a telemarketer? Anyway, then he told me that they were done with deliveries today. I can understand that even though its only a few blocks away. I then asked if he was open tomorrow, and he said he just didnt know. What a waste of time to even contact them.

My boyfriend has ordered me flowers from here for the past 4 years and I have never been disappointed. They make the most beautiful arrangements. He just calls or goes in and answers a few questions and what shows up is always beautiful.

Be careful on the website ordering. Prices are not apparent until the very end and are hugely inflated with several service charges, delivery charges and the base price of the item I was ordering defaulted to the most expensive.

Took one of my customers to A Country Rose 🌹 they were closed for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday...however, a lady inside saw us at the door, she opened up the floral shop just for my customer. Awesome Customer Service. 👍

We live out of State and order the flowers for a relatives Birthday. The order was processed online with no problems. Electronic communication was great and the order was delivered as promised. We saw a picture of the flowers and they looked Great! Order was price Good too! I would definitely use Country Rose Florist again, Thanks!!

We ordered a $200 arrangement for my mother-in-laws funeral to be delivered to the house. It seems a weeks notice was not enough as it was never done. They dont like to answer the phone and when they do they never get back to you. Nothing like trying to get flowers for a funeral while the country is shut down for a virus. I will never recommend this florist. I give zero stars.

Stopped in for a bouquet for my wifes birthday. I feel like they were trying to push me out the door. In the past theyve taken some time to discuss what I was looking for, that didnt happen this time. I mentioned oranges and purples but a nice colorful bouquet. I got half a dozen orange roses and some purple filler flowers, where was the rest of the color or thought? Thanks for trying but not sure Ill be back for the $60 I paid for a haphazardly thrown together group of flowers.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary. What was delivered had three yellow mums and a sickly looking carnation with filler flowers. Adina from the shop agreed that it was not deluxe, and asked if I wanted a partial refund or a new arrangement. I opted for a new delivery. Three more texts sent to her, with no response. Dont use this florist!

I have never in my life received a bouquet of flowers in a plastic container. I have fresh flowers every week. This delivery was over $100.00 and the petals are already Falling. I called and the person told me “sorry” and hung up. What a joke this place sucks

I am extremely upset with this place as I i needed flowers for a photoshoot I was doing. The lady had me send her the picture of what I wanted which I at first asked if they could even do flowers like that and she said yes. I came to pick up my flowers and it was just a basic bouquet of roses that I paid $70 for! I was already late to my photoshoot and didnt have time to address the situation. But Im confused why i sent the pic for them to sttill be wrong?!

Absolutely the WORST customer service we ever experienced!!! They delivered me DEAD flowers and they said they where going to replace them on Saturday. After coming out and picking the arrangement up I received a phone call this morning to tell me otherwise. after waiting 5 days for my new arrangement... Now I have nothing ....very SAD. My husband order what was supposed to be the Thomas Kinkade premium Christmas centerpiece 😱😱 I collect those center pieces

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I work as an overseas defense contractor and recently relocated to the Henderson area in November. I placed an order to surprise my wife for Mothers Day and to my dismay the order was delivered incorrectly. The flowers were wilted and died within two days. Multiple attempts by my wife were made to make the situation right; there were no return responses even after photos of the arrangement were emailed. As a consumer I put trust in a business to stand by their products. If an error is made, every effort should be made to make it right. I will not be doing business here again and will look elsewhere for florist services.

Ordered flowers from out of state for my mom who just had surgery. Driver went to deliver flowers and didnt wait for the gate to be opened. Called my mother who was incapacitated and they never called the person (me) who ordered them. I had to call them to figure out why they werent delivered! I gave them the gate code, and asked when they would be able to deliver them. Not till the next day. My real question is, had I not called, would they have just kept my money and never delivered them?! Ridiculously terrible experience for something so simple.

I ordered flowers for a family member who refused the order. Instead of the floralist giving me a hard time about processing a refund they were very sympathetic and processed my refund right away. Great customer service. Thank you.

Tried to get flowers on the way home from work and ended an appointment early in order to make it to the florist with time to spare, but found that they had closed outside their normal business hours with no note as to why. I understand that unexpected issues in emergencies happen but no note was posted as to why they were closed outside their normal business hours.

I do not live in the area and wanted to send my mom an arrangement for Mothers Day. I made the purchase on Friday to have them delivered on Sunday. They had no issue processing my debit card. Needless to say, my mother never received a delivery. Not even the next day, which would have made sense to me as it seems theyre not open on Sundays. Ive emailed and called to leave a voicemail with not a peep back. Im so sad that I felt comfortable enough to put such a special occasion in the hands of what I thought was a local business, just to be so disappointed. I hope to at the least get my money back. Would not recommend to anyone in the area.

The service is okay. Everything is mostly online but for my wedding I wanted a one on one.... I specifically told them I wanted classic and simple no big greenery hanging off.. I wanted a round bouquet and guess how they arrived... big green leaves on all of my bouquets and nothing was round I had to cut them off myself moments before my wedding and trim the stems shorter because they we so long a tacky. I was ok with paying how ever much for a bigger bouquet. It has horrible. This wasnt my first florist I went to and it is hard to find good ones..

I ordered a sympathy arrangement from California. It was beautiful. The staff is so very helpful. I absolutely recommend them.

Horrible bouquet. My husband ordered me a delivery of flowers for valentines day and for what we paid for it was not good. He said he spend over $100. First off when the delivery guy came he parked in my driveway and tried to deliver the flowers to my husband who was also parked in the driveway sitting in his truck (he had got off work early). My husband had to point him to the door to go and deliver it inside to me! Like who would think to give it out to the guy in the truck in the driveway!? So DUMB. Then the card was so sloppy, it looked like their printer needed a new ink cartridge cuz there were lines going thru the note, you could barely read it. The bouquet itself was taped to the vase in such a sloppy way, Ive never even seen that type of taping work before it was just bad. The flowers were not in good condition either, half of them were dying or wilting, some had bed petals. And there was a ton of those green leaf type plants to make it look bigger than it was in comparison to how many flowers there were. Luckily for my husband its the thought that counts cuz if I based my feelings on those flowers itself I wouldve had a bad holiday.

The Birthday arrangement I ordered for my mother were beautiful and delivered early on her birthday on Saturday. She loved them and I think it was money well spent.

I have waited for several days for returned phone calls, and emails with prices for a wedding...no responses. She assured me that they would take the order and let me know the totals, in time to get the flowers ordered. The lady Angie, takes off early, and does not follow through with anything she says. I cannot believe she is standing me up, 5 days before the wedding is to be delivered. Her prices are way high compared to others in the area. This is not the way to run a business. Please beware.

Friendly, clean, responsibly priced, quick service, they deliver the whole las Vegas valley, you tell them what you want they go out of their tom get it done.

I ordered a dish plant to be delivered to residence for a funeral with a ceramic pot. I went that evening to the home and noticed the plant. They were simple little plants that I could have purchased at Smiths. As stated, I asked for a ceramic pot, gave them the number of the ceramic pot as Nikki requested and they delivered the simple little dish plant in a white basket. Very disappointed!! I called the next day at 7:30 a.m., and received the answering service. The service politely took all the information and as of 11:00 a.m., I received no call from the florist. When I called at 11:00 and spoke with Nikki she denied that I said ceramic. She stated to me that she went over and beyond for 25 minutes to take my order. Excuse me. I have ordered from the internet before and she said to me oh no, you dont want to do that. Well guess what, I have received way better products from the internet then her store. This just makes me sad because I do believe in the Ma and Pa shops but this was the worst experience I have had ever. Then, when I advised her that I posted on Google this review, she said that I was an ignorant person. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience in my years of ordering.
