This company exceeds all expectations. The product came super fast! And the customer service is actually the best Ive ever experienced. I will buy all of my supplies from Heat Transfer Warehouse going forward.

Would love to order more from them but still waiting for my printer to arrive. Was told in an email it would be shipping the end of October. Here we are on 1 Nov and no notice of shipment. My account says that my ENTIRE order shipped at the begining of October but that was the bundle part. The only reason for me knowing that my printer is on backorder for the next 2 months is due to me spending hours researching. Absolutely horrible customer service. If something is not going to be shipped there needs to be an email sent. Now Ive purchased an item that wont be useable until received 3 months after purchase. If I knew that prior to spending my money I would of shopped somewhere else. Who has time to wait until after the holidays for equipment!!!????

Heat Transfer Warehouse is AWESOME!!! They’re customer service is crazy exceptional and the delivery options are extra cool. I had a job that I was doing and needed the vinyl next day. They were able to fulfill that order and get it to me without charging an arm and a leg to do so. They are definitely my go to from now on.

Ive been a client for about two years. Very happy with the product and services. Any time I need help (which is not very often) They have always been able to help me out in some way. They are my go to vendor for Siser vinyl.

I placed a large order and received my order in about 3 days of placing my order. My only complaint is that all the rolls I ordered are suppose to be 12 x 1 yard but when measuring they come out to 10 or 11. None of my rolls were the full 12 inches. But I did read in a disclaimer that the measurements could be off as much as an inch.. just hoped it wouldnt.. but definitely plan on ordering again.. Love this company. I have ordered from other companies during their sales and was left completely disappointed. I have not had a bad experience yet with Heat transfer warehouse and even when my orders are shipped out of their fargo location and i am in cali, i still get them in about 5 days. You guys have won over a customer forever.

So far so good, only made one order so far. Living in vegas and haveing a HTW here it would be awesome if I could pick up in person, but oh well. I hope for more of their $5.00 1yard roll sales to come up! Thanks guys! Your brand was super easy to weed and to heat press. Great turn out !!

Wont be using them again inferior product - gave excuse after excuse why they wouldnt replace the vinyl. Beware - bubbles in the vinyl due to the tight rolling of the vinyl during shipping.

Used to be a good company, Now the customer service is Horrible, They said they wanted to be a total online company, however they are not available. They close for lunch... Who does that if you are an online company. Secondly they have an office in vegas, but still have to ship products to vegas customers. Lastly I was told place an order by 3:30pm Vegas time to have that order ship same day. I do that and they still dont ship it. Such a shame they used to be a very reliable company. PLEASE everyone go use any other company!!

At first I was excited that there was a place locally to buy htv for any rush orders I may have. I got a rush order and I only needed 3 pieces of htv. They only offer online even if youre in vegas, and they charge over $8.00 to ship with a minimum purchase of $15. Thats ridiculous. I buy from places all around the country and if I only need 3 sheets of vinyl, who cares? They ship it to me anyway. Lets be real shipping something so light costs about $4.00 and Im willing to pay over $8.00 for a couple sheets of vinyl. They should have an open store front but they dont so its very inconvenient being that they are local. Im really disappointed so off to Michaels I go to get what I need without having to buy extra stuff I dont need just to have it in time. Smh

Since they stopped allowing customers to pick up the vinyl from the local warehouse, this became very unreliable!
