I have used the A2Z promotions for all of the embroidery for my company. They do an exquisite job, paying attention to detail and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner is not a nice person.She was chastising me telling me shes been a business 15 years. She obviously doesnt have 15 years of customer service skills. Shes a horrible mean mean person and I will never ever go there again.

Horrible customer service. I was given additional items i did not order, when i contacted owner she told me hope you can use them or make money off them Only offered a refund AFTER i made a big deal of it. We have only had our sweatshirts for 2 weeks and all of the printing on them is already fading and cracking after washing. Very disappointing, would not recommend. There is a reason why they have cheap pricing.
