The store wasnt bad but dont go in the bathroom! No more real checkers all self checks and dont expect any bags for your purchases unless you want to buy them!
Always a great place to get something special! Although, lately it seems that their prices are a little high.
Always finding good games, books, jewelry, shoes and clothes. Half-off Monday is the best. Great place if you are looking to buy gently used items 😀 the staff is very friendly too!
I love the 50% off Mondays! The one star is because of cashier Lisa, I asked if a small Spider-Man mailbox was correctly priced because Savers priced it at $3.99 and original price was $3.00. She said they weren’t paying attention. She changed price to $2.99! Haha I got a whole penny off an item that was donated! My husband asked if she could price it for $2 like the blue ticket deal that day. She said she couldnt do that. I only bought it because grandson loves Spider-Man & I had coupon for $2.00 off. Thanks Lisa
I absolutely love this place it has good deals and has tons of things i will definitely come back!!!
Always a great place to Snoop and find that little treasure you didnt know you were looking for. Different colored tags every week thats half price Tuesdays are senior days and Mondays everything in the store is half off. Plenty of parking, Big lots is in the same shopping center and Walmart and a 99 cent store, Lowes right down the street.
Organized and a lot better supplied than others. Prices are excellent.
It was very busy but had some good sales
Nice Store Some Good Finds a little over priced though.
I wanted to get a refund on a purchase. Since you can’t try clothes on now you have to take a chance they fit. Well, there’s No refunds... only exchanges. I didn’t want to “exchange “ because I new there wasn’t what I wanted to trade for. I will Not shop or donate here again.
Love when they have book sales. Best prices anywhere.
Great selection and staff. Prices have been rising since the start of the pandemic. Similar items are now upwards of 2-3 dollars more than prior to March Often items have prices on them from other stores and Savers price is substantially higher, but the staff is open to adjustments. The Savers club is a definite benefit. Earn points per dollar spent for shopping and receive 20% off! Love shopping here.
There are many great savings here. Everyday they have a special color/event. Everyday they have new items. If you donate to them they give you a 20%off coupon good the rest if the year.
Seemed like quite a variety of goods. Books, dish wear. Lots of clothes but, no fitting room. Daughter was not to ha]y about that. Realize corona. Went on Thursday got 25 percent off.
I still love shopping at savers even though your inflated prices are a real turn off. The Qualify of your clothes are not to good anymore. I may have to search for another thrift store.
Very clean and well organized. I missed a cashier though.
I love this savers. Is the best so far. I went in tropicana, sumerline and Decatur location. But is no one like this. Super good costumer service. Lola ( superviser) is one of the best. Always clean items and good prices. I found Christian Louboutin, chanel, Herve leger( authentic for sure) and Lululemon ( my favorite). If u shop Monday u will get 50% off gr8 deal. And u can exchange within 2 weeks. Not like other thrift stores, like goodwill and salvation ( final sale) .Everyday they have sales. 50% off diff colour tags.Thank you for being the best savers
Always seem to have a good variety of products. Unfortunately, the electronics never seem to work. So make sure you test before purchasing.
Cool place to go to buy name brand stuff at a low price.
It was interesting I saw a bunch of new clothes a bunch of new toys furniture I just saw a lot of interesting stuff and I thought it was pretty cool pet Savers was having people donate to their store so they can help their store grow bigger and I think thats very amazing cuz I mean I would do that too:-)
Why is savers becoming expensive?? This use to be a great place for a treasure hunt. Now it’s getting a expensive. Me and husband went in here the other day kid you not we were looking at an item and it still had its original sales tag on it from another store. So why did savers slap two extra dollars on the original price????
This place is so neat you dont know what you will find
Three was a lot of good things there, it was clean, and everyone there was kind
This place have a great variety of second hand items, I love that is open until 8pm on weekdays and always there Ive found unique deals. I used to go at Tropicana location but this is better. The only bad thing is the checkout system doesnt work properly sometimes then is not accessible get the color discount days or the member rate. The space is smaller but organize clean always.
Easy to get to. Large spacious well tended store with friendly staff. Very well stocked with good quality items!
I would caution anyone with breathing issues or sensitivity to chemicals to AVOID this store.I am not sure what they are spraying in the place, but it is not good.We stopped to look for a couple of items and I could not stay in the store more than a few minutes. My eyes, throat and nose burned from chemicals in their air freshner.I have never been able to buy clothes from there due to their chemicals that don’t wash out, but geesh, now I can’t even walk in the place to buy anything.I would suggest they stop using chemicals not only can customers be harmed; the staff breathing all of that everyday cannot be healthy.
Clean store. Hit or miss for items like any thrift store. Decent prices
I went there the other day and spent over $50 on things and they couldnt even put it in a bag. When I asked for a paper bag he said it would be 11 cents. Are you for real? I just spent all that $$ and you cant give me one bag? I left there with my purchases in my arms feeling like a theif. I will not be returning. That is ridiculous. Their policy need to change, I can see if you only spent a couple of dollars them not giving up a bag
50% off on mondays!!!Good finds
Very nice and easy to find things
Because of Covid the dressing rooms are shut down because of Covid there are no returns allowed people are trying on pants in the middle of the aisle there is no store credit allowed I dont understand why this is not posted in large sign on front door All Sales Final No Returns No store Credit except to force you to donate the clothing you cannot return. Yes you can do even exchange up to two weeks no money or credit will be given if its not even if you are able to within two weeks. Poor Poor management decision
Overpriced. They even price Dollar Tree items at $3.99.
I got nice clothes in a good price
Half price Mondays after very simple sign up. Good selection and prices.
Every Monday (everything) is half price.Go on Sunday night to select your items and put them close together.
Savers is always a good place to find second hand goods, like they say one mans junk is another mans treasure
Normally dont find too much i want ..but found 2 cute shirts..cleaner than others
Found some excellent deals
Cheap clothes got sure but watch what prices ring up. I grabbed 3 shorts the say 3.49 each and one rang up 9.99. I tried to day I didnt want that but even though I never left the register I paid and shd wouldnt take them back. I asked if they give a credits d she said no cash back or credit so I started walking away upset and another employee says we offer store credit. I said well of course thats what I meant but the leafy who rang me up obviously didnt wish to help me so I just left.
Daughter loves it, busy this location.Lots of things for everyone. N of course can donate, right in front.
Very high prices for 2nd hand merchandise, the only day that the prices are reasonable are on Monday when everything is half off but then the store is ridiculously crowded, the checkout line went all the way to the back of the store.
Love this place. They have better prices now. I got 4 books for $12 with the discount.
My family and I came to Vegas for a job that I was told would be 4 weeks.... In July. Here we are, almost 4 full months layer with only summer/warm wrather clothes, as the local temps drop to the low 50s at night. We visited the nearby Goodwill store and were quite disappointed in the selection, pricing, and quality of the items available. When a local laborer on my job overhead me talking, he told me about Savers.Savers is awesome! We went to the Henderson location today. Ended up with 18 pairs of jeans/pants, 15 long sleeve tops, 5 sweaters/hoodies, 6 jackets and a pair of shoes collectively between the 4 of us, and spent $385. (Keep in mind that Several items, including a leather jacket for me, still had the original sales tags on them, having never been worn!)Overall, I think we made out like bandits and will be spreading the word about our good finds!
Mondays, store is half off, they are the best. Just bought a 60 inch hdtv (Sony, $25 - its like 2012, so its not one of those super old street tvs) and sound system (also Sony, $10) plus some power cables and a printer wire Ive needed. Also grabbed an asus gaming monitor for $7 - (they run like $150 online). You can also grab some good name brand clothing for cheap as well. Same with kitchen appliances and housewares (also bought a Kirby vaccum for like $5, needed a replacement belt, thats it).Of course, beware the occasional overpriced clothing items midweek. Same thrift store bargain rules apply, and you can make a killing. Mondays are the real deal though.Happy treasure hunting.
Found some GOODIESSSSS today 👍🏼😀😅
Its a good thrift store a lot of good items get donated I just wish the had a designated electronic section instead of mixing it in with tools and fishing gear.
Good prices but slow cashiers
It was good got a few good looking tee shirts
Clean and modern looking.
Nice people working there alwayx find something
Awesome Deals and a wide variety of items. From shoes, clothing, housewares, and much more!
Very nice people great environment and good vibes.
Miguel is an amazing manager, thanks Miguel for making my experience so much better. And thanks Joshua for being such a big help.
This is the best Savers in my book they have beautiful inventory all the time and the sales are out of this world. I take my mother on senior days and she is always so happy to find herself something at such a low price. I recommend this Savers to everyone.
Great selection of used, donated household items and clothes. I bought a glass drink dispenser. $3.99 minus 20% coupon I got from donated a box of my items.
Most the time a decent selection of goods to search through
Exactly what youd expect.
Everything is over priced. The toddler clothes especially are over priced- i can find brand new clothes tops for 3.99 at WALMART, when you come here each Toddler item is prices 4.99 and above. USED leggings that are faded 4.99- not on special tag either. I feel bad for parents who dont have a lot of money and come here to get clothes for their kids jus to find out they are more expensive .
Great deals, always a treasure hunt.
This is one of the cleanest thrift stores I have ever gone to. Great things and many treasures to find! Best thrift shop in Las Vegas!
Nice and open now due to Covid. Always seem to find what I need.
I like shopping at this store savers
First time was okay.Found some decent clothing. Ran into some dirty clothes and shoes. Thats why I gave 4 stars.
Always find a treasure or 3 or more! Lots of good bargains and always special tag discounts!!
Friendly customer service and an ever changing inventory at nice prices!
My experience here was nothing short of irratating and disbelief. Although they had some really good items that caught my eye and i mean outfits, with shoes and accessories to match....there just wasnt any kind of helpful staff around or they were too busy with nothing to do i guess but have me, my friends, and my boyfirend in their sights and labeled as theives and or troublemakers. I was not about to compromise myself and my values/standards just because of a unfriendly and ignorant staff.....I will definently call their corporate offices and file a complaint. Thank You for the lessons in how not to treat my own customers. It was an enlightenin and mexperience Have a blessed day everyone.
First time visiting this one found this sign I will have to purchase letters for Guests Towel sign in black.
I like Rosss but due to the Holidays they need to restock.
The prices are insane. this is literally a thrift store. You might as well just go to the mall.
I dont go to savers often and havent been in years, so before I make my purchase I ask the cashier if I can return this stuff if need be. The cashier tells me I can return my items as long as the tag is still on them, its within 7 days, and I have my receipt. I bought 5 pairs of jeans and I got home and realized they are only $5 more brand new. A little upset with myself for not really price checking first, I decide to go back to return them. When I get back they tell me its same day exchange only. I explained to them just yesterday this cashier (I pointed him out) told me I could be refunded. He never said anything about an exchange only, if he did I would have not made the purchase. So the manager comes over and I explain to her the situation and I once again point out the cashier that told me this. She shows me on the receipt where it says exchange only and I said right I see that but I do not get a receipt until the purchase is made and previous to the purchase I asked this question and was lied to. She just continuously said I understand. I said if you understand that your employees are lying to customers you should correct this and refund me like I was told I could do. She then tells me theres no way for her to do it ( like theres not any money in the drawers or they dont have all electronic transactions stored and processed through their back office computer which can be voided/refunded). I told this is a little ridiculous please give me the number to corporate. This manager gives me the number to HR in which I call and they tell me Im calling the wrong department, like the manager doesnt know the difference between HR and corporate customer service. So I ask them to transfer me to corporate customer service and they do. I speak to corporate and they tell me that the manager can refund me but it is her call and corporate cannot force the managers of any store to refund. So not only are the employees liars but the manager is too. I ended up going to another savers location and exchanging my items for some random useless stuff I do not need because I cant get refunded and Im not buying these particular used items when they are only $5 more new. Great job! guys you have lost a lot of business over this. Keep up the lies and poor customer service and Im sure you will lose more.
I love this place! They have a great selection. I pretty much always find something! Great prices- every Monday the entire store is 50%off.
Great thrift store with a nice variety. The prices are fair on most items though I do come across items that are over priced from time to time. One item they do this with all the time is kids jeans from the Childrens Place. They usually price them at $7 regardless of the condition and the Childrens Place often sells them for $7.99 NEW. Overall this is a great place to shop and I feel they offer great deals.
Always good help and other friendly customers
Nice, big thrift store. Prices seem much higher than they need to be, though. I dont know who decides on pricing, but a used, donated t-shirt shouldnt cost $6-$8. Kids clothes are usually in good condition, but cost more than they should. Eh...
Very worn clothes, not very cheap.
Good Place to find Unwanted treasures.its a Gold mine.✅Housewares,clothing,and gold.Worth a browse
Its great
Edit; taking off a star. 2 employees at different times have told me I could refund within a week with tags on & receipt . When I sent my husband back 2 days later with some kids clothes that didnt work he was told nope, but we can take it back and give you a $5 coupon in exchange WTH?Ill still shop here but more carefully.Almost always better pricing than Goodwill, friendly & upbeat employees. I always end up spending more than I should. Usually but housewares & stuff for the kids. Only caveat is, know what things are worth as sometimes their pricing can be way off.
Great store but prices are too high
Pretty good store. Some things are overlooked and overpriced for what they are or for damages to them. Most thrift stores wouldnt even put some of those things on their shelves with stains and holes and missing buttons, but they do. Not bad if you like to work with clothes and make things your own. Otherwise, the quality is often leaving, or the prices are too high to where youre better off buying the items new from the stores they come from. Ive seen lots of items cheaper when buying new. They are either not knowledgeable on worth/pricing or theyre swindlers. Not sure? Still not a bad store if you need something to throw together quick and dont care what it smells like. Or if your looking for odds and ends or fixer uppers.
Love going to Saver!! I always find treasures there. I fight myself to stay away because I ALWAYS find something, ALWAYS!! I also donate all the time so we can save our planet. As they say one mans trash is another mans treasure Shop on
Wow wen did this store become so expensive! The average small dinky shirt is 7 bucks! Come on people... a used non brand sometimes stained shirt is 7 is more then the average shirt at walmart!! So disappointing, this used to be a cool store to get some extra clothing for ur closet. LOWER UR PRICES SAVERS, THE PRODUCT IS DONATED TO U... GREED IS HOW U REPAY THE PUBLIC!?!
It’s ridiculous place. People donate stuff in thrift store knowing they can help. But reality is this store making it business selling items as original retail price. No price consideration its used items and there reselling it with sticker of original price. Price is expensive.
Went in to look for some electronics, and luckily found what I needed. Have bought some clothes and household goods here before, all usually in good condition though this is dependent on how the original owners treated them of course. Staff friendly and helpful!
Not the biggest savers but I have found a few impossible finds there.
Clean and friendly. Walked up and down the infamous toy aisle and it was well maintained. My two year old thought it was heaven to see so many unwrapped toys at once.
VER Y HELPFUL PERSONAL, MÁNAGER AND JESÚS VER Y GOOD HELP, FRIENDLY WITH SMILE, CLEAN AND NEAT, GOOD PRICES ANY DAY, THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE, SEE YOU SOON 😄
My daughters and I where shopping at the one in Henderson, a boss came up and asked us to shop at a different store all because my daughter ex boyfriend works there. I feel the boss was in the wrong because we never said anything to her ex all all
They are keeping things clean and safe
I had a great experience, I found several items that I was very pleased with and when I went to the register I was surprised with an additional 25% off my purchase because I was signed up to their reward program. So all in all it was a nice visit.
Rude people work here, grab items they want for them selves out of your hand. Then lie to you, saying they cant sell the item. If you cant sell it why did you accept it as a donation. I call bs, that rude employee just took it home with him. All my donations will be going to salvation army from now on
Great deals on everything! Depending on the day, you can get 25%, even 50% off clothes, or shoes! Huge selection on childrens clothes! Fantastic place to pick up books for adults and children at a crazy low price!
Love to scavenger shop this place. Wide selection of mens jeans, kids toys, womens clothing and so much more. Limited jewelry selections. No hi tech watches and such. Great savings on all items.
I love this store. I get all of my clothes as well as the clothes of my children. This location at times will have brand new shoes as well.
My favorite place to shop I go there all the time for their great deals and there special rewards... And donating there is super easy, you also get a coupon when you do!
