I would strongly urge you to beware of this business. I dropped off a Fed Ex package for shipping on a Saturday afternoon. The female employee said the package would be picked up by Fed Ex on Monday. The recipient of the package questioned why there was no available tracking info available. I called this business on Wednesday and inquired to make sure the package had been picked up. The guy that answered was sort of rude and said the package wasnt there and had been picked up. (Take in mind that the package was almost 30 lbs and quite large, so not too easy to overlook). I then called Fed Ex on Thursday and they said they had never received it. Called back to Post Etc on Friday morning, and magically the package is still in their possession!! This has cost me both time and money...not even an explanation from them, or a sorry. I will never give them or send them business again.

I am only giving it one star but really they dont deserve ANY. I dropped off a small package on a Friday. I paid almost $19 for pkg to be sent to Utah. Recipient did not receive it as of THURS although he assured me it will arrive in Provo MOn or Tues at the latest. So I went directly back and I asked for the tracking number. He (he said his name was Kenny Smith...) showed me on the monitor that it was IN TRANSIT. HOWEVER, when I went home and punched in the numbers for Fedex to track it was not available. I called Fedex TWICE. They did an address search and there is NO record of my pkg nor that tracking number. I called Kenny again. He couldnt even tell me WHEN the pkg was picked up. I was at least hoping they were lying and that the pkg was JUST picked up and was still in the truck which is why no record was showing but he could not tell me or will not tell me when it was picked up. He said he was not working Mon or Tues so he doesnt know. (!) I asked about the discrepancy and he said he will call Fedex and that I should call back in 10 minutes. I gave him 15. When I called back, I could barely understand what he was saying because I could tell he was trying to dodge my questions ie When was it picked up? or Dont you get a receipt from Fedex from the address label that you make? I asked if there was anyone I can talk to and he gave me the name of the owner and wouldnt tell me how to reach her. He didnt even know how to spell her name. I am upset. The boxes contained 200 wedding invitations that were individually addressed. I am VERY upset. It would have been best to just be honest and tell me WHEN or IF it was picked up so I can at least know exactly where the pkg is. As of now, I still dont know what happened. I am sick to my stomach. I will NEVER do business with this entity again. THey are unprofessional. Plus the man has his little girl assisting him. That is NOT how you run a business. Disgusted.POSTSCRIPT:AFTER A WEEK, the owner called me and told me she would get to the bottom of it. Within a couple of hours, I was able to track the pkg on the Fedex website. The owner tried to represent to me that the pkg was picked up. THE TRUTH of the matter is, Fedex SCANS each pkg on every point so that the pkg is trackable. So if the pkg is not on their system, it simply was NOT picked up. This means that my pkg SAT IN THEIR OFFICE for a week. I dont know why. But a previous review had the same problem just 2 weeks prior to my incident. THEY ARE LIARS and tried to cover their butts. AND they did not even offer to give me my money back since so much damage was already done. (Since the pkg contained wedding invitations we had to reorder 200 more since time was not on our side...) I am so disgusted with them. DO NOT drop off your package here. if you do, ASK FOR THE LABEL RECEIPT and actually MAKE them print and attach the labels on your package. That is how its done.
