I love it there theyre nice and personable and very friendly. I dont have a box there but I went there for a notary and Ms Thompson was awesome!

He was wonderful he was helpful I didnt realize where the location was until I drove by there yesterday if you ever need photocopies of anything he will help you hes awesome thats the place I recommend anybody to go there for anything. thank you so much for your help.

I was shocked when I went into the mailing center today and saw the husband of the couple that I thought had been replaced working. The place was dirty, poorly arranged, and he was exceedingly slow He was also not wearing a face mask. I will pay the price to send from UPS (which is in the same shopping center), as they maintain top cleanliness, an intelligent and helpful staff, and are a pleasure to work with.

Stay away from this place. I went here only to avoid the lines at the US Post Office. I asked if they had Postal Service and was told yes.I mailed out an item, regular mail delivery, that weighed 4.8 oz.They charged me $19.20 to mail to NYC. When I responded that was outrages, I was told that postal rates went up and if I went to theUS Post Office they would charge the same.Well, I was taken by my lack of research and went to the Post Office.When I showed the postal person the receipt, she said I should have not paid any more than $3.12,

Just had my finger prints done at this location and had absolutely awful experience!! The man who does this has no customer service skills. DO NOT go this location. Honestly doesnt suprise me they are going out of business.

Do not use this location! The current owner (as of August 2019) is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She does not open the store on time, as I have experienced on multiple occasions now. The posted opening time is 9:00 AM on weekdays and Saturdays, and she is consistently not there. When I asked her if they had changed their hours, she yelled at me, screaming that she always opens at 9:00 AM ever since she started in July 2019. This is not true. Rudeness such as hers should not be tolerated these days. Take your business elsewhere; the far superior Horizon Ridge Post Office is only about a mile away from this location. It is unfortunate to see how many people have already had negative experiences here, at a place which was once very friendly and efficient. I for one will never go back.

You should correct your hours of business. Lost my trip here on a Uber because Google maps said you were open on Saturday all day. Disappointed

I only go here for all my postal and copying needs. They are helpful,so friendly, professional. I like the small town feel it has.

They are friendly and helpful but now they have new ppl working in there thats not too bright. I called and asked what time the mail is normally delivered? She responded...Mail comes when he arrive? Really! I know that mail is delivered when the mail carrier arrive but as an employee that woek there at least part time should have an idea of when? Like a two hour window...2-4 or 10-11. What an idiot.

Made a Fieldpoint appointment and drove all the way there to find out the rep that handles it was out. You really need to call your appointments and let them know you’re not going to be there. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service. The people that work at the front are seriously ignorant. Lousy business.
