I love the employees at my Walgreens. They go out of their way to mack you happy. I have become like family with the pharmacy staff

I had to get passport photos for my 8 month old son. Went to Walgreens and waited for 10 mins for someone. Finally an elder gentleman named Joe showed up. Told him our son needed passport photos and he asked if my son could sit on the stool and I said yes but Id have to hold him since he is a baby. He took several photos and then went to the machine to upload the photos. Without even looking through all the photos for the best one, or asking us anything, he just went ahead and selected the first one. That photo my son was a bit sideways and one of his shoulders was really high up. My hand was also in the photo. The employee then just started editing the photo right away. When I asked him if we could review the other photos as we know how picky the government is about these photos, he got really upset and said he would have to take the photos all over again. When I said the pictures are already on his digital camera and we just want to review the existing photos he said no and looked at his watch like we were wasting his time. He then snapped at me and said well if your son can just sit straight and look at the camera then you wont get pictures like this. My son is 8 months old! And he was being such a good boy and was quiet and didnt even move around much. Are you kidding me?!Anyway we went back and took a second round of pictures. He again uploaded it to his computer and just chose the first one without reviewing the other ones or asking us. Luckily this one was ok.I dont know if Joe struggles with technology or if he is just a grumpy old man, but it wasnt a friendly experience and Im not sure why Im giving my business to a place where I am treated like Im a nuisance. At the end, even though I said thank you, he didnt even say a word back.Finally he asked for my phone number and didnt ask for my last name and just chose Rodriguez which isnt even my last name lol. This was fun when I came back an hour later to pick it up, Joe was nowhere to be found, and they kept searching my last name and couldnt find anything. And finally they figured out Joe had put it under Rodriguez.Suggest Walgreens hire some more friendly employees.

Pharmacy wait times ridiculously long!

This place is a little slow, but always accurate. We are surrounded by senior citizens, including myself, and we’re all on meds! Ha ha. They are always friendly.

I usually use drive up window for prescriptions. Goes fast. When going inside Ive always had prompt service and friendly helpful staff.

Site is not user friendly. I want to schedule the COVID 19 vaccine.

Kelly the pharmacist was absolutely giving with her time and advice... I prefer CVS usually, but Kelly made me want to co e here from now on.. Also very clean compared to many Walgreens Ive been to in the past..

Really horrible. Not many helpers the wait is at least 20 min.The staff is not bad. Just understaffedLooks like Walgreen do not care. Service is not their priority.Need coperate at look into these matters.I guess they dont care what reviews are coming through.

I left my 1st negative review of this place last year, wondering if the attitude of the employees here had something to do with the fact that they cater to seniors to a large extent, and because of their location they feel they have a captive clientele. Nothings improved, although one does encounter the occasional clerk that is honestly trying. I dont shop here any more, and I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone.

Great pharmacy and store

Worst pharmacy eeeeeeeeever!!!! Poor elderly people in the area how do they survive! Systems never work sometimes you can’t even get through their phone line ....no one is courteous- man save your time and energy go elsewhere!!!! Trust me !!!!

I was transferring my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens. I hand the pharmacist my license and health insurance card and spend 20 minutes going over my meds. One of my meds is a pain medication so I wanted to make sure it was accepted as well as my insurance.One day later Im told they dont accept my insurance.Why waste my time and yours tour computer should have told you or at least a list of insurance companies that you dont work with.After all that and having everything transferred to Walgreens from CVS they wouldnt send the info to another CVS.So now I start over because of Walgreens incompetence.

Pharmacist was rude, kept talking over me, would not let me ask the question I called to ask, and hung up on me intentionally. I am giving 2 stars because the pharmacy manager called me and I was told she was a substitute pharmacist and not usually at this store. I will give them another chance, but if I ever have to deal with her again, Walgreens is history. No customer should ever be treated like this, that woman needs an anger management class.

Beware - their prices on many things are higher than recommended retail. They also dont have things in stock that is advertised. Handy location tho.

Would have given a 0 if I could. My daughter had my very sick 3 yr old grandson just from urgent care (i had her 1 yr old) and she was trying to get a perscription. A very unsympathetic, thining hair, very mean lady who wouldnt try to do her job...will never go to that walgreens again and I am so angry I wont go to any!

My insurance only pays 80% of my meds. Sorry but i dont have 600 for remaining balance. I guess i dont need then. Lol wish me luck

Felt totally judge right when i walked in. The smile in their face totally swept away once they saw me, they seemed to have followed me. As if i was going to steal something. I wanted to go back to get icecream but i do not feel like being judge and followed around. Never going back.

If my local CVS doesnt have what I need, this Walgreens is my backup.

Has a drive up PHARMACY as well as access inside, a photo center, FedEx pickup and everything a Walgreens usually has all on one level with handicap parking and access.

Pharmacy is terrible
