We used the self serve drive through car wash, which broke our rear windshield wiper on our new SUV. I reported it to the manager, and at first, they acted like they would take care of it, but then when I followed up with them, the owner just pretended I wasnt there, wouldnt answer calls, wouldnt respond to email, wouldnt do anything.The ridiculous thing is, the part wasnt even that expensive, and had they done the right thing, I would have come back, no problem. The fact the owner wants to shirk responsibility, and operate in a disingenuous manner, really is shameful.Do not wash your vehicle here, they will damage your vehicle, and will not act in a responsible manner to fix it.

Excellent customer service! I was in a bit of a bind one day and had only quarters to pay for gas. Not only was the lady super friendly, she also was patient and even helped count my change :)
