I just moved into the neighborhood and Im pretty easy going. You have a few nice employees that kept me visiting a month or so, until this morning. At 5 am Im exhausted myself and am running in and out. I always have a good attitude, because I once was a manager of a convenience store, but you have 2 very rude women that were working this morning. I walk in along with several customers that are yelled at that your store is closed. If said nicely, I probably would have just walked off, but I had some things to say. Ive never been treated so rudely and I dont understand why you would shut a busy store down with 2 workers counting a drawer. How many employees does it take to count a drawer and do people deserve to be treated like dogs as customers? I took my business down the road to the new gv grocery where i was treated like royalty. Ill pay a little extra for good customer service and bonus is, they even have a car wash.

Karen is extremely rude. She humiliated my husband in front of our kids. All because he had difficulty giving her his birthdate (English is not his 1st language). I asked to see the manager and there wasnt one. Another woman, Susan, who was finished with her shift came out and started yelling and my mother and I. She claimed to be there when Kate humiliated my husband. Which was not true because my kids and my husband never saw her. She went crazy yelling at us. The other employee who witnessed Karens behavior was very helpful and was going to talk to the manager about what happened. Reading the reviews, Susan has been complained about soooo many times, I dont understand why she is still employed there. Karen also needs to be less ignorant about other cultures.

If you want to be disrespected and want poor customer service then this is the store to go to! I went in there to buy cigarettes and to get gas and the cashier(Susan) threw MY state ID!!! I have changed my hair color since i got my state ID that was it! It really didnt bother me the fact that she wasnt sure if it was really me or not because with the whole face mask who can tell right now anyways... I am a cashier too i know what they go thru sometimes but my visit there was beyond rediculous and unprofessional! She could have delt with the situation a whole lot more professional! She could have said sorry maam I cant tell whether or not this is really you so i wont be able to accept it and everything would have been fine but she threw my ID instead. I just dont want it to happen to any one else! Definitely getting ahold of her manager and or Corporate about this incident as well!

My experience was so unbelievably bad that one of your other employees mentioned to me outside the store that she was surprised she has not been terminated by now and apologized to me. I just filed an ADA complaint against your store and also called corporate. You violated my rights this morning and I will not take it lying down. Oh, and this place is classic for holding $75 on your debit card for gas for 2 weeks. Never get gas there. Dont know why I even tried to go there today. You picked the one person in 70,000-100,000 that has my genetic mutation and mask wearing is contra-indicated for my condition. I tried to comply, but when your employee said I had to pull mask over my nose when other places dont make me, then it was on. This AM / PM with Arctic Gas charged .38 for using your debit card which is ridiculous because they receive their funds almost immediately from the banks.The manager on duty at noon was a complete jack@$$ about it when I inquired about the fee.Stay away!

Car wash is EXCELLENT. No doubt. The people working at the gas station are a different story. I’ve been coming here since I was underage and the morale of the staff has fallen hard. I used to be greeted with a smile upon walking in. Now I only come here for the car wash, and pay for my gas at the pump because I don’t want to deal with rude customer service.Kudos to the guys that work the car wash though. :)

On the weekends they are very busy, they get through the lines fast though. Sometimes they are out of stock for what I get from them weekly on my way into work. The car wash is decent and if you buy it inside you can win a free drink or car wash.

They often treat me as a nuisance. I come here for their crushed ice. They dont sell this by the bag. I try to think of ways to avoid buying the cups. For a while they let me count how many cups would fit in a bag id bring. Then one day the manager screams at me across the while store as if I was some bum who snuck in and was ripping them off. She was upset that I had been allowed to do that and charged me double. Now they wont let you bring your own cup to avoid paying for a new one. They will charge you for a new cup regardless. Not only is this absurd that they have such issues with someone buying only ice but they are completely disregarding how many more cups now will end up in the trash. Shame on them for being so greedy.

Ive been coming to this gas station since it opened, the location has been great. They recently started charging a credit price, that you are prompted to accept before pumping. However, the credit price is not posted; ridiculous!Tonight, I almost left without my car wash because it didnt print (it was out of paper). Hey, Im human and the last two times I purchased a car wash, I left without them (not sure if they were out of paper then too). When I went in to get my car wash (I wasnt going to forget again!), the assistant manager, Al, basically called me a liar regarding my past two purchases and wouldnt give me just one of them. He was unwilling to check my card for the purchases and unwilling to verify that they went unused. Needless to say, there is plenty of new competition in the area and I will be taking my business elsewhere (over less than $20 retail...what would their cost have been to keep me? $3 maybe?) Upsetting.

Prepaid gas and found machine set to 91 octane asked cashier to reset to 87 and rudely said why I select 91 if thats not what I want and said she couldnt do anything I had to cancel transaction and pay again, normally thats not an issue but they charge everytime you run a debit transaction thats 2x fee. Its only 35 cents each transaction but I dont believe they dont have an option to change fuel octane when customers make mistake

The car wash attended pourpously splashed his foat drink on my car because he thought I was trying to hurt some birds when there were no spots to vacuum in only the spots where the birs were in the shade I was trying to vacuum my car dont ever go there I purchased a car wash from thier but was treated rudely by thin car wash attendant I tried to call the manager after my treatment but the number is disconnected

Shame on am.pm. they have a thing here that if they dont offer you a car wash you get it for free and when they didnt offer me I asked the girl and she gets in trouble and she said yes so I just want to say that people make mistakes and its total bull let you guys penalize fornthat

Im very disappointed in this store. For Spring Break I am supposed to take pictures of me (and a stuffed) bear doing different activities. I am a school teacher. We accidentally ended up in Las Vegas bc we took the wrong road. I thought it would be funny to take a picture of my bear at the slot machine. I didnt know kids werent allowed to be near the machines. The cashiers quickly informed me of this. Ok. I get it. I had my son stand away from the machines. When I explained what I was doing one lady gave me the most put out attitude. I asked her if there was a problem and she rudely (with ugly looks and sighs) told me pictures were not allowed in their stores. I said fine and left. I wish now I had not spent my money at that station. All she had to say was, Im sorry Maam, but our store policy is no photos. I would have been like sure ok. No reason for being so rude though.

In Las Vegas, NV. There are new places popping up every where, I also like places that help me find where Im going to go.

Decent store expensive inside, but gas is pretty cheap.

Was shock when i asked if I can get ice when i purchase a drink they suggested to go to jack in the box for ice never coming here again
