Customer Service absolutely horrible.Selection of shoes for women zero to none.When asking for a Lady Footlocker the Male associate, seriously they dont exist anymore, then turned around to finish his conversation with another associate.I would not recommend footlocker to anyone who wants real Customer Service.

Excellent staff and customer service even during busy hours! I returned for an exchange & the employees took time out of their tasks to help me when ever I looked confused, got my exchange squared away right away so if your ever displeased with any product, trust its the manufacturer not the employees since the product is in high demand, they make sure it looks clean and ready for the next person to be helped! 5 stars for sure!

Wow people here are rude! The little light skin girl was nit helpful at all. She had quite the attitude. I hope they retrains her in customer service. I dont understand why people go to work in retail if they dont have the patience or attitude.

I dont use footlocker very often but Ive spent 800$ the last 3 weeks there because the staff is great.

Alex the sales associate was awesome. Had just the shoes my son had been trying to find everywhere. When asked about a style of Nike my husband is looking for he didnt recognize them but offered to order them if we could find them on the website.

They didnt have a XL in a purple Nike shirt I wanted however they offered to look for a nearby store that had one & also offered to order it for free. I did leave with an awesome yellow Nike.

Give it a 0 gleen is very rude told me he couldnt tell me how many points i had i had to buy something more then 50$ i have never heard of such a thing no CUSTOMER service skills. He is a HORRIBLE person he judges people off bat he was the same guy didnt want to help my sons they have thier own bank accts and money he thought since they are young they wouldnt buy nothing by the way my son spent 375$ no thanks to gleen .. some one needs to teach him how ro treat people are fire him im upset it could have took him a few secs to tell me my points. But instead he wanted to be nasty rude and be on his phone .

Good experience, had an issue with one of the airbags on my Nikes that I bought a few months ago. Came in foreign exchange, I was matched with a new pair and out in 15 minutes.Only thing I would consider is having a few more typical sizes and colors in stock.Nike Vaporwaves 👍
