Dont buy any puff sticks there. It is a waste. We bought one not only did it have an bad taste, they were hesitant to switch it out, finally they gave us another one. I tested it seemed fine. I got home it worked for about 7hits and the battery completely died. For a puff sticks that should of last 300 hits, it was Completely a waste of money!!

I used to go here a lot in 2018 and 2019 when there was the same guy working every time I went in there. He was super friendly and provided great customer service. At that time, I would have given them 5 stars. When I have been within the last 10 months or so, each time there was a lady working and she was in the back out of sight until I had been in the store a few minutes, then she appeared. She was very stern acting and didnt smile at all or act friendly like the guy who used to work here. She said basically nothing to me as I made my purchase and quickly left. Due to poor customer service, I probably wont be back.

Went to this location today to buy Kratom. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. They had a good selection of strains ( Maeng Da, Red, Bali) both in powder and capsules. Not only he helped me choose the best value for my money but also advised me on the best product for the effect I was trying to achieve after the car accident I got involved recently. Bought CBD for the first time from here. I called around multiple places and found out THIS place has the BEST prices on CBD by far! And only playing normal sales tax not 18.5% like you would for this at a dispensary. I just finished the bottle and Ive got to say I liked it. Im going to pick up more today. Was great at helping with sleep, energy, focus, recovery, stamina, weight loss, appetite suppression, etc. The gentleman who helped me last time was very friendly and informative. He spoke about the top brands and explained the story behind each one. I didnt need any E juice but was curious about the prices. Other smoke shops (non vape shop) Ive been to they charge a premium for E juice and have a limited selection of brands youve never heard of. Its because they dont order the same quantity as a traditional vape shop nor have the traffic. NOT THIS SHOP! They had a TON of very popular brands and LESS price than my two vape shops. This WILL be my only stop for CBD and W juice. 👍🏼

Customer service was awful. The girl stayed on her cell phone the whole time. After I made my purchase, we were looking at something we were interested in buying but there was no price tags on it. We waited to see if the girl would come and help but she disappeared in back.and never came out. If we had been thieves we could have just walked out with it. Also, prices were not competitive to make another trip for items I purchased

Had high hopes for this shop. Got there, and they didnt even have the King Kratom brand they advertise. I also had to tell the guy like 5 times that I only had X amount of dollars to spend, but still kept trying to upsell me. Upselling is fine, but when I specifically say I only have so much money, then it becomes a waste of both our times. I was in a huge hurry and just wanted to buy some kratom before heading home. So these are the reasons why I give this business 2 stars. Please just listen to the customer 100%.

There prices have gone up from the last time I was there and changed the brand of CBD products that they had so I think I will look on the web to see if I can find better CBD products at a lower price to save some money. Because I didnt care for the ones they have they did not seem to work as well.

The best place that Ive found such a wide variety of Kratom as well as CBD my only tick was the fact that the guy showed up late opening the store I sat there for 20 mins waiting and almost decided to just go home he was somewhat helpful but did not have the forethought to explain and show me other products and there no prices on anything so it seemed I was interrupting him when I had a question

This is our main place to get kratom. The prices are not too high. Could be a bit better. Always bring cash to smoke shops. They have many brands to choose from. Some better than others but that could also be due to body chemistry. I have biugh vape fkuid from here ads well. Kind of your normal shop. Drinks, Kratim, wraps, cigs, smoking accessories and cbd. The CBD selection is not the best and can be much cheeper.The area is clean, next to a barber shop and a few other strip mall stores. I reccomend getting Krave. Seems to be the best so far. Look out for your cbd products and be sure to research a bit. CBD can come from many siurces and your want ti be sure it is clean just like anything else you put into your body. I am giving a 4 star becsuse the store is just basic. Could use a remodel and it could atract more people

First time I went...He explained everything to me and took his time doing it. I left with a bag of CBD gummies and a bottle of hemp hookahzz Melon Madnezz.Second time I went...I bought a skinny battery from him. It had a price that was reasonable and fit my needs.Third time I went...I bought the YoCAN Hive. Priced reasonably, again.Fourth time I went...Had to take back the YoCAN Hive, it was his off day and I was asked to wait until he came back the next day.Fifth time I went (next day)...Took back the YoCAN Hive, I took my juice with me too. I explained that I was getting dry hits because the cartridge holes were too small. I also explained that the silicon washer inside broke and was leaking oil. He said, No problem. He refunded me for the Hive.We searched for a better set up for me. We found the SMOK OSUB TC. It is a tiny 40W box mod type looking thing. It took a while to get it set up because a check atomizer error. We figured it out though. LOL. Took an hour and a half in and out, but we found something. I walked out of there with a smile on my face. I am HAPPY!
