We recently spent several thousand dollars on pots, pans and knives. A wonderful woman named Linda was very patient and helped us through the process, including applying for the card to get the discount, which I didn’t want, but which we finally did after my cheap wife cajoled me into it. I hate credit cards.The pans came in fine, but by the time the knives went to ship, the temporary credit card they issued us at purchase had expired, so my wife had to go in to get it sorted out. Linda was there to assist and was extremely pleasant; however, another woman named Gail badgered my wife, daughter and others in the store. She spoke disrespectfully to other employees, including Linda, our helpful and cheerful salesperson who was actually solving problems. She mask-shamed cooperative people who were not aware of the recent re-masking mandate, accused my wife of over-limiting the credit card and spending beyond her means, and then followed my ultra-responsible daughter around the store like she was a shoplifter.I don’t have a problem with with mix-ups. I do have a problem with disrespectful, unpleasant, judgmental people like Gail. If you want to enjoy your shopping experience, visit a different location or ask for Linda and hope Gail has a day off.

Recently I was in Las Vegas I decided to check out the Green valley ranch casino while getting there I saw there was a Williams-Sonoma in the shopping center after hanging out in the casino for a while I decided to go check out William Sonoma its a very nice store they have really good inventory and I want to point out a specific employee by the name of Linda she was very helpful.

It is a really nice store. Some items may be a bit, or seem a bit over priced (such as their checutery boards) but they must be specially made. Other than that, they do have very nice items.

Love going to this store. Theyre always so friendly and able to answer all my questions.

Williams Sonoma is a great store for the home chef.

Stopped in to buy the Cup Board Pro Cutting Board to support an FDNY family. Gail greeted us. She was so friendly and helpful as was all the employees we encountered. They were sold out of the cutting board but Gail offered to order it for me online in the store. The store is an upscale very pleasant store filled with everything for the cook. Located in the heart of The District a great place to stop in and browse all the kitchen and food items. BTW the cutting board was featured on Shark Tank and is phenomenal. Its two sided, one side has grooves so when cutting meat the juices go into the cup! The cup is detachable and collapsible. Its dishwasher safe and doesnt scratch. Made in U.S.A. too!!

Beautiful store. Amazing items. We were just there to browse at the moment they didnt pressure us. Answered questions told us about their website and cooking classes for kids. Then ever so politely said please feel free to browse but they were in the process of closing. Offered us some wonder full samples of s bread they made yum. We will definitely be back when we have more time to take it all in....

Many people shopping looking and buying many of the well made items to use in your kitchens. As busy as it was a sales lady took the time to show and explain some of benefits and different prices. We were happy to make a purchase!

Worst pan i have even owned. Use your money and buy kirklands better. We used all kinds of different oils and nothing works. Eggs are always sticking and everything else. I wish i could up load pictures of LE CREUSET lavander color.

Wonderful store

I was shopping at WS this past week and noticed someone changing the displays. I dont know if this (Asian) gentleman was part of WS because he did not have a nametag or an apron on. He kept pacing back and forth without saying excuse me or a simple hello, how are you? Very rude and creepy. The staff here are always very nice and if this is the type of people WS hires to do displays and what not, I dont think Ill be coming in anytime soon. Seeing that creepy display guy made me think twice if I should just go some place else. But, I love the usual staff especially the manager Mandy. She is very passionate and helps you with everything I need. That day, Rob helped me with Easter items for my party and I was very satisfied with his service and professionalism.

Very helpful people and the absolute best place to shop for anything in the kitchen. There are pricey but you get what you pay for.

This store is located in Green Valley.We were sorry that new product, discount product were not displayed unexpectedly. It seems to be there though.

The capacity is always nice to explain and enjoy. Speaking of difficulties, there is a capacity that is clumsy at hand, so if you encounter it, lets encourage it.
