We contacted Trent on a car they had online. He told us he would have it ready for us when we arrived. When we got there it was out front and ready to go. He came out as soon as he saw us get there. We did not have to go looking for him. Super friendly and amazing service. We did not buy the car but I wish it had everything I wanted. He was not pushy and was so helpful in showing us some other vehicles that we might be interested in. He never tried the shady sales tactics you get with some dealerships. Very upfront and helpful. He has since emailed me a couple cars he thought we may be interested in. I was so impressed with this experience. I really hope the right car comes along because I would happily buy it from him. He did not waste our time and was very respectful. Amazing job!!!
Refused to run my application. This is prejudice. I am a business owner and I have no issue with any other dealerships. Roy lied and gave me the hardest time. He wouldnt even look at me, no respect at all. I was able to get a 2022 Audi in 10 min where Mercedes gave me the run around for 2 weeks definitely don’t recommend. Especially if you’re a person of color.
Unbelievably rude and horrible customer service. They do not care because the demand is so high. Rich in sales hung up on me when I was inquiring about the 4 x 4 Sprinter van. He told me there is a 2 year wait and selling 20K over MSRP. While I was asking a question, he hung up on me! When I called back to ask for a Mgr., no answer. I will definitely report this to Mercedes Benz USA. If this company treats customers like this because sales is so great, I hope the general public realizes this taking ASAP vantage and being high and mighty attitude will not last in the long run.
Worst car ownership experience of my life. Had my 2017 E300 towed in for check engine light. Couldn’t get a a loaner car for over a week. Service representative Will Bane never answers his phone rarely calls back even after leaving voice mails. Asked for a different service representative, was told a manager would call me back, never received a call. Tried to trade the car in and upgrade while it was in for service with two different salesman and was blown off both times. Mercedes claims a piston cracked because of poor gas quality in Vegas, when a quick google search will show the 2.0 engine has a known issue with wrist pins failing and causing piston damage. After three weeks in the shop I pick up the car to find a deep scratch in the driver side passenger door. Had them repair the damage to the door which took another week and when I go the pick up the car up it is filthy and hadn’t been washed. I have since purchased a Lexus and plan on never buying a Mercedes for the rest of my life.
Went to replace a simple bulb in my MBC300 that I bought there 12 years ago. Had them put it in for me. The first person couldnt figure out how to do it. Called another employee. He figured out how to do it but said the new bulb didnt work and I needed to make an appointment for a possible electrical problem Bought the bulb. Called for an appointment. Diagnosis charge would be $179.00 if I didnt let them fix whatever the problem was. I went to the independent Mercedes Service place across town instead the next day. They put the bulb in quickly and said theres no problem. The parking light indicator on the dashboard stopped indicating the bulb was out. Everything was fixed. $0.00 charge for me. I will trust the independent Mercedes Service place that starts with a G instead of the dealership from now on. The independent service place also did other service for lower price and better quality overall as well as more honesty.
They had a car online my daughter wanted we called and set up an appointment. In discussing the cars past, they kept referring to the car fax. So we read the car fax front to back. Listed were several maintenance visits like the 75000 mile visit with many services performed. With that knowledge we felt safe enough to get her the car. A few days later my daughter complained that the car pulls and brakes squeak very loud. Since the most recent service included a 4 wheel alignment, a brake job and a slew of other services, she had to be mistaken. So we took it to an alignment shop that showed me how bad the alignment was off and how little brakes were left. Went to brake shop and they were so bad everything had to be replaced. Now we know that the list of services performed at Henderson Audi, is fraudulent-never performed. Their supposed service reached back several years and visits. We are already out the repairs we had to get done costing well over $700, but now feel we need to get the $2500 service performed because it obviously wasnt done.With this knowledge, we wouldnt have purchased the car.

I have been driving Mercedes since 2008. I Have had many different models, sometimes 3 leases at a time. I lived in NJ with a vacation home in NV therefore i leased through MB of Morristown In NJ and MB of Henderson in NV. About 3 years ago, we moved permanently to Henderson and scaled back to one lease. I cant even begin to tell you how we have watched this MB of Henderson dealership go downhill in sales, service and even receptionists answering the phone. It is specifically because of this dealership that this will be my last Mercedes. If i could give them minus 10 stars I would.
Excellence in all aspects of the purchase! The ordering process was simple and thorough, they kept us posted all along the build process, and delivery was very good. There is a lot of new technology in this compared to our 2014 trade-in, and the delivery specialist was very thorough in helping to navigate all of this upgraded tech. My relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Henderson is primarily through the service department. Never anything less than a true 5 star experience here for me. Taking a car in for service is generally one of lifes little annoyances, but both Fletcher Jones locations in the Las Vegas valley have really gone out of the way to make it a painless process.From scheduling, to service advisers, valets, cashiers and the people manning the S-Class Cafe, to complimentary shuttles and loaner cars, to seamless communications, to great car washes when picking up... everything is the best. The last few years Ive actually enjoyed getting the cars serviced, hard to believe I actually feel that way, but Fletcher Jones really exemplifies the whole best or nothing philosophy.
I am really upset. It started when my 2020 Sprinter RV broke down near near Las Vegas.I called Mercedes Benz roadside assert this and they took 7 hours to get there. Finally when the tow company gets there Im told they dont have the right tow truck thats not to worry just Leave the keys and they will tow it to the Henderson Mercedes Benz dealer Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz. We started to go back to Los Angeles and the RV was not picked up for 9 hours and we were told that the tow truck got a flat tires and that they had to tow it to their own yard which it stayed there for two days. Finally after threatening a lawsuit I got it towed to Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Henderson. I call to confirm its there and yes they arrived just now and it would be looked at the next dayIt took 3 days to get looked at then I get a phone call from Dave the service agent saying we are 2 weeks behind and that I need to get my regular customers in first and that my facility Is is overbooked for the service department. Thats just what I wanted to hear after spending a $150.000 As of today 2 weeks later they are still unable to Start work on my Sprinter Van this is completely unacceptable especially from Mercedes Benz I am filing a written complaint because of whats going on and I hope I get a response thats the reason I gave you one star
John Broadbent at Mercedes Benz of Henderson is the best, I wanted to get a new car lease since I have mine for 42 months and he was very HONEST and very helpful and told me the 2022 will take a while so we run numbers and the best option was to buy my actual car since the other ones will take forever and it will be a waste to keep paying for mine and at the end give it back to the dealer .I highly recommend him, he got me the best interest rate and I definitely will go to him for my next car. I went to the Mercedes fletcher jones and they lie to me about when the 2022 will get here and trying to rush me to put me on a lease with a down payment without even know the price or dates …

This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I’ve owned a new Audi, Corvette, and BMWs. Roger Campbell, at the dealership, made an initial contact, just enough follow-ups, and his care resulted in my visiting the dealer two days later and driving out very happy in a new GLB 250. Roger convinced me to trade my C7 Corvette at the dealership and detailed in writing how they beat the full-price offer from CAR MAX. Everything was efficient and professional and I drove out 90 minutes after taking a test drive. Roger, the finance person, and Mercedes concierge who introduced us to the new features (including setting me up on the Mercedes Connect app and pairing my phone) were simply outstanding. I am looking forward to a long-time relationship with the dealership and Roger, in particular. GO THERE, YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Johnny Tillman is a nightmare to deal with. Not only did he not disclose all the issues he knew about the vehicle before selling it to us, but he promised us several times to take care of the registration and completely ghosted us after we paid for the vehicle. Johnny Tillman wont respond to calls, texts, or emails unless you copy his boss on them, and even then waits over a week to respond, and once he responds he reneges on his promises. Everyone else at this dealership is a pleasure to deal with, but Johnny Tillman is dishonest and shady and brings a bad energy to Mercedes-Benz.
I got my car back from them and 3 days later one of my wheels falls off while Im driving. Now theyre saying they had nothing to do with it. The list goes on and on with how many problems weve had with the car and their serviceand weve only had the car for a year. Becareful people. Even though you take your car to them for all your services and needs, theyll deny all liability.

My sons car was in for a service, upon returning the car started to blow smoke and leak oil, they put enough oil for two engines; on another item of the service they claimed to have checked and adjusted the emergency brake(which is currently disabled), in one of the pictures you can see the handle of the emergency brake They wont admit to any mistake even with the pictures taken in the dealership. Blake Bootsman Alvarez and Spencer Kaplan lied to our faces, there is still a case at MB headquarters that they said they answered to and headquarters says they didnt. Blake laughingly called headquarters a call center with no authority. Liars and cheaters, beware.

This place does not offer EXPRESS SERVICE as advertised on they’re website! Do not come here for service expecting to be out in a timely manner. I got to the place with an appointment pull up to the service it looks like an unorganized parking lot of customers dropping they’re cars off NOBODY greets you! You have to figure out where to go on your own asking random guys sitting at desk where the service advisor is they set u up with. Found the guy he was clearly overwhelmed with a customer and also on the phone and had to wait 10 awkward minutes with no acknowledgement I was there, there was other service advisor available but they didn’t wanna offer any help. Finally talk to the advisor he’s on the phone talking not sure to me or somebody on the phone, I told him I had an express appointment and he told me “we’re backed up there’s NO EXPRESS SERVICE NO Shuttle available and no loaner cars do you mind waiting 3 hours? I left to go to the other side of town to the other fletcher Jones is a little better but still not as good as they’re California location it’s sad there is no MBZ dealers as good here in Vegas. This dealer is a huge disappointment don’t waste your time!

The service department with Mr. Spencer is fantastic, I am really happy with them, but the sale department with Mr. Sebastian they made me feel very uncomfortable discriminated and its not the 1st time that a customer feel this way, they did not want to gave me a Fair price for my old Mercedes, and no discount from the new one, I went to the order Mercedes and theytreat me like I was a king, make feel very comfortable and with respect in every single way,, At Henderson location if you dont buy a car of $30,000 or up They do not give you the service that you were looking for and make you feel discriminated in every single way. If you wanna get a good deal in amazings customer service go to the West Mercedes!!!!!!!! I dont like to make a bad review but now in days many people here in Vegas think that is OK to discriminate or make you feel like garbage just because you dont want to buy a $30,000 car!!!!

Okay... this review has nothing to do with their vehicles but I felt it was important. I pass this dealership every single day and I couldn’t help but to notice that the American Flag they had flying was in terrible shape. Huge tears at the end, major discoloration... etc. As a proud American, I felt the need to email Mercedes Benz (after trying to reach the location manager multiple times and not succeeding). After I sent the email, I had a reply within, if not less, than 24 hours explaining to me that a new flag had been ordered and the location was just waiting for delivery. Then maybe 20 minutes later I received another email just confirming that the location had acknowledged the condition of their flag and agreed it needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the response from the company. Yesterday while driving by, I noticed the flag was not up (possibly due to the weather...) and today, I saw a brand new, beautiful American Flag and I got goosebumps. So THANK YOU Mercedes Benz for taking my “complaint” very seriously. I, along with many other Americans appreciate it I’m sure.
I have owned 13 Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This purchase of my CPO SL ranks among the top of those purchase experiences, perhaps at THE top. I am from SoCal, though I spend some time in Las Vegas, and I saw the car online. I’m a car guy and meticulous. I do not post these reviews until I let 90 days pass and the “honeymoon” period has aged. It is now 90 days and I’m still in awe. I arranged for an appointment (during COVID protocol) to come see the car, and it was even better than the pics and description. The entire process: negotiation and sales consummation, perfect detailing, and title/registration were all performed in a first-class manner. Every person with whom I interacted was a consummate professional. Special thanks to Service Director Spencer and General Sales Manager Sebastian for their time, coordination and expert commitment, and for making certain this was a perfect transaction for me. This won’t be my last deal at MB of Henderson. Many thanks, all!

Was looking to upgrade my Mercedes and made the drive from the northwest area to see a vehicle in person. Was assisted by Roger Campbell, was not impressed with the service I was provided and honestly I felt discriminated being at this location. Nonetheless I was offered a super low amount for my current Mercedes and was turned off by the overall service. Went across the street to BMW and was given a completely different experience and was offered more for my trade and purchased a brand new 2021!!!! Make sure you shop around and definitely check out Mercedes fletcher Jones on Sahara way better experience.
I brought my new Mercedes in for a servicing and was greeted by my service advisor Jordan Blankmeyer who was attentive, knowledgeable and had a very pleasant and friendly disposition. All issues were resolved and all work was completed diligently with the utmost professionalism and care. Blake helped us. He was very nice, and helpful. No complaints about him at all.Service center left our battery dead, partially unplugged and then we were offered to buy a battery for over $300. We tested the battery elsewhere and the reading were good. This is after spending over $1500.Edit after response from Manager:Theres no way leaving a battery dead in a car, with the wires loose is consistent with Mercedes Benz standards. The least that could have been done would be to ensure upon picking my car up it actually started, and I wasnt sent away to buy another battery I did NOT need.
Great Service by hard working MB Sprinter Team. They are the best for working our RV Sprinter into their busy schedule. New battery got us up and camping.

Utterly disappointing. Scheduled a service visit over a month ago and explained in detail, 3 issues that I had discussed with the service consultant over the phone. Fast forward today and 400 miles I traveled to get here, they are not even willing to investigate 1 of my 3 issues. Svc consultant was shaking his head no as I begin to describe my issue(s) - jumping to his conclusions - very agrivating. I have documented literature that explains Mercedes warranty coverage for my issue - was not even willing to explore further. Called the corporate line, customer service contacted them and said they cannot look at my issue b/c they are too booked up.. appt was made last month!! I dont expect this from Mercedes Benz of all companies, but here we are. Avoid this service center at all cost. They are full of excuses and no delivery.
Service Advisor is great, However I was interested in a new car they had on the lot. Very disappointed that not one Salesperson came to assist or inquire if I needed help. Im from LA Downtown Mercedes and am used to a certain type of Service definitely will not get the other car here. I will just wait till I get back to Los Angeles to purchase... Sad to say all Mercedes locations dont give the good treatment...
You would expect professionalism at a minimum from the Mercedes-Benz Brand. That common courtesy was not extended remotely by Blake Alvarez a service adviser at this location. When questioned about it, he was clear that the message was backed by the director of service. While I can hear just about anything, delivery is important. I was advised by ultimatum that I had until Friday to pick up the vehicle. In fairness the vehicle had been at the dealership too long (relating to the holidays, COVID in my family, etc.), but a call simply advising us they were going to have to start to charge storage fees would have sufficed. Instead I was told the car would be sold back to MB under abandonment. What a joke! Zero consideration for people and their lives outside of car repairs. I purchased a car and van at this location within the last two years and I can tell you those are the last vehicles I will purchase from this dealership and makes me second guess the brand itself.
We drove into this dealership with a particular vehicle and price in mind. Solex came out to greet us while we walked the lot for a minute. Immediately it was a comfortable experience. Through the entire interaction, Solex made everything easy and at no point did he try to pressure or persuade us to lock in a deal. We came in with numbers in mind and he worked as hard as we did to make the deal work with the numbers we wanted. Easily this was one of the better experiences I have had at any dealership. Great job by Mercedes and an even better job from Solex. Thank you!

I have never had a better experience with a sales person. Keoni treated us like we were the most important people in the world. Answered every question with a smile and deep knowledge of the cars and features. Keoni listened to us and even though we had several more dealer to visit, we decided to buy with Mercedes right away. Sales office got me good deal on my Sprinter 3500, but Dave Leslie service advisor don’t want to help people of color, this job is not good for him, again the issues is only with Dave Leslie sprinter service advisor, all sales team and other service advisor are very good, Dave Leslie can’t be with Mercedes
They wanted to try and charge me $13,500 for a 2013 Mercedes C2 50 engine, it took them a week to give me this price very slow and unprofessional.

All I can say is, Estatitic. My salesman Johnny Tillman was a true professional. He took the time to talk to my 76 yr old mother about exactly what she was looking for. And picked out the perfect used 2017 C300 convertible. Silver with a black top and black interior . He said it was a lease return with 30k miles and the previous owner was a retired woman as like my mom. She couldnt be happier, the smile on her face says it all. She said when you drive a Mercedes, you have a since of accomplishment and ease. Because of the safety features, I wouldnt trust any other car to keep her secure safe.There is no other place to buy your loved one a car but Mercedes Benz of Henderson, and no one better to have as a salesman. And then to find out hes a retired marine and then enlisted and retired in the Army. Hes a true Patriot and a friend for life as far as Im concerned. Ive been in Vegas for 28 years and had 28 different cars . And this is the first time Ive ever posted a review when buyingacar. So take it as you will. Give him a call, you wont be disappointed.

Bought a pre owned c-300 after about a month the sun roof got stuck. I took it in and my service technician Emilio helped me and provided me with a loaner vehicle for the time being since it was going to take up to a week. Once the repair was made he made sure my car was washed and disinfected and even offered to drop off my vehicle to my place of work since I couldn’t make it on time. I definitely will be taking my car in to be serviced with Emilio moving forward. He gave me a great customer service experience!

Moving from California we were sad to leave our MBZ dealership where we had bought multiple MBZ that always took great care of us and lived the Mercedes Brand. This dealership is not that, or even close. Service quality is awful and messed up our brand new car on a simple oil change and then refused to own their mistake that they admitted they made. The service manager Richard is powerless to do anything even if he wanted to (not sure he really wanted to), but he just sits at a desk that says manager, doesnt have any of the authority or autonomy. Customer service is non existent. If you want to feel like a valued Mercedes customer, dont come here, they have no clue, thanks to them this will be our last Mercedes. We will be trading our car in for a different brand now that it has suffered the effects of their mistake.
I only let Erik Rudd touch my c350 after several negative experiences elsewhere. Erik got me in early and serviced in less than an hour. Car feels great. Thanks for the great service!

This location in Henderson definitely has earned my trust and business for many years to come.
I’m supposed waiting for service manager to return my call to resolve the problems with the service advisor? However service advisor contact is the one contact me back, I don’t think service managers care about customer service at all good luck all Mercedes owner!
I never expected this kind of service from this place, Solex Eke made me waste my time I made the online quote for the value of my car I spoke to him at 8:40 am and he told me that he would have it ready for me soon At 3:30 pm I called him to see what was happening and he told me that he was working on it at 5 pm I sent him a messenger and no response. Dont waste your time with this place
I bought my Mercedes back in April from this place and I can say one thing that is over the top here and that is Emilio Sepulveda! He was what made my experience of buying a Mercedes the reason why I had got one! Him and the service technicians made my car phenomenal the way it should be 110% of the time! So happy with all of them! I couldnt be happier and I really owe all of this thanks to Emilio! My hats off to you my friend! Sorry I took so long to write this but I finally had a second!

Purchased my c300 here as my daily driver, i got great service from the sales representative, but the finance team could have been nicer, I expected a better level of service from this dealership, but i guess you only get that if you purchase a car worth over 100K. Im happy overall with the service department. they rock and my saleman was great, but will probably not buy a benz again.

If you are looking for someone to take care of you as family then your search is over. Not only was Michael Rainone straightforward, but he was so easy to work with. He was so patient with our children and made sure they were comfortable and made them laugh during the process. Given the current climate we love in with everything going on...it was nice to have someone take the extra minute or two to really make our entire family feel at home and at peace with our car buying experience. Not only would we buy from Mercedes Benz again, but I have told everyone looking for a vehicle, regardless of brand, to check with Michael forst because he is worth the phone call or in person visit.
Had been negotiating with both Trent and Roger over text. Came in to the dealership to close the deal just to be informed the certified car I had been speaking with them about had been sold. Don’t waste your time like I unfortunately did.
Dav in service department is terrible customer service, i not recommend anyone to service when Dav still at the location
I bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes for $35,000 5 months ago. I have put under 3000 miles on the vehicle since purchase. Imagine my surprise when I take it in for my very first service and am told the rear tires are worn down and need to be replaced immediately. They should never have sold me a car that was that close to needing the tires replaced, especially a certified car. This is a safety issue and really speaks to the character of the dealership....money over people! I brought this issue up with Roger, who agreed that they shouldnt have needed replaced this soon. He SAYS he spoke to his supervisor and nothing could be done...sorry...this happens to 1 in 200 people is what I was told. That didnt make me feel any better. Really Mercedes! You cant comp or give any kind of discount on $700 worth of tires that I shouldnt have had to replace yet!?!? You just lost a lifetime customer because you wouldnt make this right! I wont be back and Ill make sure to tell all my friends as well!
I want to share my experience with Mercedes Benz of Henderson, specifically Dennis R and Kim from the Customer Service Management Group. I had a very very bad experience and ended up getting an experience that I never thought existed. Long story short, Dennis did everything in his power to help me but I was not satisfied and felt like I wasnt heard with my issues/concerns. And then Kim reached out to me and actually explained my issue meaning she understood the issue before She even called me. After hearing her summarize my issue to me, I then felt like I am finally being heard. In the end, Kim asked me exactly what I wanted and I was Definitely astounded and felt very important that I felt part of the Mercedes-Benz Family. The best part is Kim and the Mercedes-Benz of Henderson went way above and beyond what I asked for. We are definitely part of the Mercedes-Benz FAMILY. Thank you Dennis R. & Kim for going above and beyond my expectations.
I brought my 2017 CLS550 yesterday for a B maintenance after owning the car for a year. I paid a total of 1500 for the B maintenance and the A maintenance for next year. Any customer who pays top dollar for a maintenance needs to receive absolute top quality service but not in my case. Basically, the maintenance person failed to inflate the tire pressures to its design air press. Low tire air press came on after 10 min into the freeway putting myself and my wife at risk. I inflated the tire andthe press held. The service advisor was adamant that i must have hit a nail instead of reassuring me that the maintenance was done with outmost quality so i had to call the service manager to express my concerns. Now, i wonder what other maintenance items were missed. There was a total lack of quality assurance. The service manager assured me it will not happen again. Yes, mistakes can happen but the trust is gone. Ive completely lost my trust with this dealership to do any maintenance on my vehicle. Yes, i did ask for a complete refund and i did get my full refund.
As a previous employee I know first hand what a great dealership this is and continue to send friends here when in the market for a new MERCEDES!
