Overall a pleasant experience. The only complaint I have is the title process. I live in Indiana.This was my first time buying in the State Of Kentucky. I have bought vehicles in Illinois and Indiana, never had to wait on a title to register a vehicle before. The dealership could have saved me a lot of heart ache if the process had been explained in the financing process. I am sure I am not the first, first timebuyer in Kentucky. I was fearful of why I didnt receive my title with the other paperwork. I didnt realize till I got home the title wasnt in the paperwork.I strongly suggest this is added to the financing process. Now that I know how it works, I would do business again. By the way Ty was great! I guess you have to give a 5 or 1 to get a response. Maybe they cant take constructive criticism.

The repair was done quickly and efficiently! We were originally told that the repair wasnt able to be performed the same day. We were going out of town the next morning and needed our A/C. The Service Department Manager, James Hodson, said he would try to work us in but didnt guarantee it. We understood this but were hopeful. I received a call later that afternoon and all repairs were finished. Thank you, James and the technicians would get the work done so fast!

Sam was very nice and got us a better quality car than we expected for our price range. the process was quick and easy as well. We came on a day where they were understaffed but I didnt feel ignored or neglected while Sam was working with the other customers. I was very impressed and will probably be coming here the next time we need a new car.

A dealership is only as good as its service department!! Ive purchased vehicles from many. Now have purchased 2 trucks from this one. Most people I have dealt with in sales and service are friendly. One in the service department goes far and above, Kalie Sutton. She makes me feel like family! This time I met the new service manager also, super friendly!I was in and on my way in an hour.
Youll need to give the gentleman help in the detail department. I had to wait and hour after my paperwork was done,because he was so backed up.

It was the best experience that i have had at a dealership in a long while. I was in and out in less than 30 mins., the dealership that I purchased the truck at takes almost 2 hours for the same service.
They sold me a truck that they put a motor in that they got from a junkyard, it still has the yellow numbers on the side of the motor to prove it along with the serial numbers scratched off. They even put 3 zip ties on the broken coil caps on the motor, instead of fixing it properly. When I complained about it, I was told thats what I get for only spending $20,000 on a truck. Theyre also trying to avoid properly honoring the 5 year 100,000 mile warranty that i also purchased. I definitely plan on filing a claim with the better business bureau. I also received no invoices for the shady work that was done on my truck after countless times of asking for them, which is further proof of them performing underhanded business practices.I tried to reply to this message that the (owner) sent, but Google review wouldnt let me. So hopefully you see this. Ill only talk with central management at this point. What I posted previously is just a brief summary, the entire story is even worse. I still have issues with the truck I got to this day, and the employees that Ive dealt with through the entire ordeal have tried their best to not only not rectify the situation, but to still try to make money off of me and keep the whole problem with me under wraps so no one would know. Also Moe from Moes automotive is in on this as well. I have all the proof I need to hold them accountable via text messages, pictures, and other means.
They said they did the all point inspection everything was fine tire tread was fine alignment was good an that there machine which usually puts green checkmarks next to everything was out. The kicker is they pulled my car back thru across there machine which diagnoses any abnormal wear an alignment issues an displays it on a screen rite on the wall in front of you an 3 out of 4 were in the red. Thought it was a good place to take a vehicle to get serviced I guess not.

Henderson Chevrolet is a perfect place to get your car fixed and to buy a new car. Christy Taylor is good at what she does. She makes you feel part of the family both on the phone and especially in person.
My family has been going here for cars and maintenance for years and we always get a good deal. Last time I went in Christy Taylor handle my car and explained what they did and white I needed to be done to my car. She was very efficient and knowledge.
We knew what we wanted. Keith, took us to those options and it was fast and easy, price was spot on, and I did my research before hand. Appointment at 10 and everything done and papers signed, out the door by 1:15.... Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to details. I have informed Henderson Chevrolet of an ongoing problem with the dash monitor blanking, tailgate not opening, and transmission dropping out of gear since a few weeks after the truck was purchased. After the truck was 200 miles out of warranty, the Service Manager informed me the monitor needed an upgrade and tailgate needed new latch. I was also told, regardless of informing them for over year, if the transmission goes out it wont be covered.I have told your customer service representative to take me off all mailing/contact lists from your company. I will be purchasing vehicles from a different company from this day forward, i.e. Ford or Dodge.

If I could put a zero in would have. Im not sure where they get the salesman at maybe attitude.com. Dan the salesman just got rude on the phone and hung up on me, when I started asking a simple ? I have no use for this dealership anymore and will never go back to them.
We delt with Jackie and Megan back and forth over the phone for the few days leading up to when we arrived at the dealership, they were wonderful and had no problem answering any questions that we had. Vick was our sales guy when we got to the dealership, he was very down to earth and understood life happens. Other dealerships told us that there was no way the we could get what we wanted in a vehicle. Vick and the finance people at the dealership went above and beyond to get us what we wanted ( I didnt get the exact vehicle that i wanted but it was just because monthly payment was too much for our budget, THIS WAS NO FAULT OF ANYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP JUST DIDNT FIT INTO OUR BUDGET) we still got 3rsd row seats and low miles. We just needed more room. My husband will be needing a new truck in a few years, we will definitely be back to see Vick.

Ok. Picture this. A Sunday morning with 5 kids, a dog and myself on a 2200 road trip out west. Thinking everything was go to go with our van about 150 miles from our home in a 15 passenger van, a gentleman at the gas station noticed my tire pretty low. Ok, so I back up to the $2.00 air (never would I believe I would have to pay that much for air) and had to use my credit card to get it started. Ok, the machine said my tire was low, but would not work as far as the installation of air! Ugh! So, I got rip off for $2.00. Ok, going to next gas station. But, I noticed that there was a gentleman outside of Henderson Chevrolet. So, I thought I might get lucky and get some air from him. Even though I was in a Ford,lol. Remember, it is Sunday and they are closed. But, lucky for me because they were there doing some paperwork. I met James Hodson (the service manager) and he took care of us. A lot of you are probably saying ok it’s just air. But, remember that the shop is closed and all equipment is shut down. James had to open up the big bay and charge up their air compressor for their whole line and put up with all of us. It was a lot for just a little air. I met 3 good folks that day and had a great trip. Later that Sunday in Ky, it poured down rain. I mean that it dump rain! It was sure nice that I didn’t have to worry about my tires! Thank you again, Henderson Chevrolet

I have bought several vehicles in my time. Every time Ive purchased a vehicle, I have had the taxes and everything paid up for a year. Not with Henderson Chevrolet, I purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra on October 02, 2020. The taxes which should have been good til October 2021, expire at the end of February. When I tried to talk to them about it, Im told that its my problem. Never shopping there again.

I scheduled an appointment online for 1/15/21 for an oil change and recall repair. The last time I had an appointment online I was told they had no record of my appointment, so this time I called earlier in the week to confirm that my appointment was received. I was bounced around multiple times, but when I finally talked to someone he confirmed both the oil change and recall repair. When the day came I got there and was told there was no record of my oil change appointment, and that they were extremely busy, I would have to wait for a while if I wanted to get the oil changed, and that my only option was to have someone pick me up or sit and wait if I wanted to get my oil changed. The customer service rep seemed to be inconvenienced at best, and out right annoyed and uninterested in working with me at worst. I was forced to reschedule my appointment for an oil change to the following week. I dealt with the same person who pushed me off again, and someone else stepped in to work on getting my truck in. This was my last warranty oil change with this dealership, and with every experience being a negative one I am glad to be done. No I not interested in talking with anyone, and I don’t recall the name of any person who I talked with. Thanks for probably some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Glad to be done.
