I must admit that the guy in the service dept was very accommodating since we ended up going a day early for our appointment, however, a big mistake luxury car dealerships make is judging a book by its cover. I had asked for a Genesis brochure from a salesperson. Not only did he not come back to say he checked and didn’t have anymore but he didn’t even offer to show me the new Genesis. I guess we won’t be buying one from there when we buy our eight Hyundai which include two previous Genesis!

My 2014 Sonata battery went dead about 3 weeks ago. It could have been the result of my wife or myself having left something on or that the battery is going bad. After putting the charger on, I took it to the nearest auto parts store for testing.The battery tested OK.I called the dealership to make an appointment and they were 3 weeks out. I said OK as I wanted to make sure car was reliable. I took it in the day before so they could start on it as soon as possible. I called 5 hours later and could not get a response from the service manager. I called 3ore times and no response.I went to dealership and found they hadnt even looked at it yet. I picked it up with no sorry, no nothing.

I was in the market for a 2022 gv70. Went on their website and found several at a great price . I heard from a friend that this dealer was asking $9000 over msrp. So that’s the first think I asked when I was contacted by them. Here was their response (There is an after market protection package installed as well, that is priced at 2,499. ) They can price their vehicle at what ever price they want but please list the actual price online and stop with your deceiving tactics. $2500 protection package, give me a break.

This is the best Hyundai dealership, and one of the best dealerships, Ive shopped at.My first encounter was with the service department. The team was very straightforward and friendly. They never tried to upsell me anything.The sales department here is also very good. They allow you to cruise at your pace and dont pressure you.Our next car will definitely be from them.P.s. big bonus to them not putting stickers on their vehicles with the dealer name on it.
