Findlay Toyota is the place to buy a new car! I have never felt so at ease, appreciated and happy with my purchase. I went in for service and mentioned how my lease was up in a couple months and was curious to know what the next steps would be since I wasn’t familiar with the process. Q took the time to sit down with me and explain the difference between leasing and financing, as well as provide a quote on possible options. This man was so genuine and charismatic! He shared knowledge and allowed me to make a decision that was best for me and my wallet. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Chantelle and Brandon (desk by parts sales) from the service department were phenomenal, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor! At no point did they make me feel ignorant like other dealerships (ugh Centennial Toyota) they were patient and explained the services offered per maintenance tier and answered my questions regarding window tint. Recommending Findlay Toyota to my friends and family for a new purchase!Thank you for your respect and kindness!

All I can say is I had a great experience purchasing my new Toyota Tacoma from Findlay Toyota.Our salesperson Doug Jones went out of his way to take care of us and let me tell you he did just that! Im very satisfied and frankly I love the truck.Highly recommend seeing Doug if you have any vehicle needs and or even want to explore your options. He is straight forward & honest!Honestly this was the quickest vehicle purchase I have ever had. Was in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes. We will definitely return to Findlay when were ready to replace my wifes car.

I picked the earliest appointment at 7:30 am for an oil and filter change. I was informed that my car had some recalls and needed a software update. I still was not expecting it to take several hours to complete. I believe my service completed at around noon. Lol service took so long that my brother and I ended up purchasing a new Tacoma.Im not too bothered by the wait time but I know others might be. I am curious as to why it took so long since my car takes a specialized tech and as far as I know, my supra was the only one that got serviced in the morning. I was told that the tech took 30mins to get my car on the rack since since my vehicle was slammed. I guess its kinda my fault for lowering my vehicle. Either way, the wait sucked a bit but the dealership and staff have always been professional and polite. Still five stars even with the long wait. Environment is clean with a couple food options on site.Further, their sales team is great! A week after my visit I ended up purchasing a third vehicle at a good price!. nor ridiculous markups like other dealerships. Now just waiting on delivery.

Wanted to give a positive review of Findlay Toyota. Had both of my vehicles in there for routine maintenance in the past few months. Was fortunate enough to have Vince Argentine as my service advisor. He was AWESOME! Kept me informed of what was going on and ensured that I got the best deal possible. Obviously, going to the dealership is more expensive, but you also get what you pay for. Vince beat my expectations. Easily the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had in 11 states. The team at this dealership truly cares about their job and about making sure that the customer drives off their lot with either a smile on their face or relief in their heart. It was a great experience selling and buying my car. Gus in sales and leasing was very professional, did not pressure me and answered all my questions, I was impressed that I didnt have to comeback for my running boards to be installed. Thank you Gus for my running boards! Ralph the Finance Manager was outstanding, great communicator, kind and excellent customer service skills. Sales staff was nice. I bought a used 2017 rav4 which I love. However, I was promised I could get free seat covers for my car and when I picked up my car I was told by my salesman that it was just being ordered and there was no follow up with that. After I purchased my car, I was told that my headlights were going to be buffed and cleaned since they were foggy, and also my front bumper on the passenger side is starting to come off and again was told by the salesman that it could get fix but never was. The car was also dirty on the outside and obviously has not been washed before picking it up.Another issue, I purchased my car on September 6th and picked it up on September 9th and since then my tire pressure indicator has turned on 3 times. I’ve already brought my car in to have the tires looked at and fixed twice. Well it seems like all they do is just add air into my tires and send me on my way with no explanation as to why my tire is losing pressure or even which tire, but apparently on my last visit my tire was “fixed”. Thinking my tires were fixed I had planned a drive to Bryce Canyon which is 4 hours from where I live. When heading home from Bryce Canyon, the tire pressure indicator turned on again. Pulled into a gas station to add air and found out the rear passenger side tire pressure was lower than the other 3. Since these are “new” tires I should not have to run into this problem when having this car for less than a month.So to recap, no seat covers, my headlights were not buffed and cleaned, my front bumper is lose and nobody wants to actually do their job and actually find the issue with my tires and fix them. So thanks Findlay for a terrible experience.

I’ve always had a good experience with both their sales team and service department. My family has bought 3 vehicles from them. My most recent sale was a 19 Tacoma- Its been a good experience compared to other dealerships I’ve attempted to use. This past visit their service department was very honest and didn’t cut corners. They even made friends with my dog, good people.

I would say I’ve had bad experiences in the past but this guy took his time was very respectful and not your everyday pushy sales man I would highly recommend going to him personally. He went above and beyond and I hope to work with him again in the future the financial manager named Eric was great as well equally professional and all around friendly. Completely incorrect diagnosis. Provided a photo of the underside of my vehicle and could tell immediately it wasnt even my vehicle. My issue was fixed free of charge from a different shop and Toyota wanted to charge me $4200.00. Make sure you get a second opinion. I know mistakes happen, but this was almost a very costly one.

Findlay Toyota is fantastic when it comes to servicing my Highlander. I have over 110,000 miles and it runs as smoothly as it did when I first purchased the vehicle.I had some upholstering done on my armrest due to the extreme heat, and the auto service upholsterer said to me that I should send flowers to who ever services my car, because he could not believe how smooth the ride was for the number of miles. Big Kudos to the team at Findlay Toyota that keep my car in tip top condition!

Car buying can be an unnerving experience these days. Empty lots and cars which cannot be sold because of a lack of critical semiconductor chips and recalls for a myriad of other problems. My experience at Findlay Toyota was thankfully different. I put a deposit on a new 2021 Avalon which was delivered as promised in a matter of weeks. It was one of the highest rated sedans in Consumer Reports and I can see why. It drives like a dream. I would like to single out the outstanding sales rep who handled the entire transaction for us. His name is Josh Valesano and he is one of the most patient, understanding, professional, and helpful sales/leasing agents I have ever had in my 56 years of car buying. He made the car purchasing experience pleasant and rewarding. I would highly recommend him and Findlay Toyota to others without reservation.

This place is a well oiled machine! Great service, outstanding communication and staff.I just moved to Henderson from a very rural part of Colorado and the dealership there was small. Naturally service was great and scheduling and wait times were short. I was worried a bigger dealership in a city would struggle to have these qualities.All my insecurities were squashed quickly. I called to make an app for an oil change and brake job. Chris Findlay was my service consultant and said I could bring it down that day. When I got there I was amazed at how big the service department was but was quickly impressed by how fluid things seemed to be running. Service was excellent, communication was clear and prompt. My 4Runner will only be going to you all as long as I live in the Las Vegas area, great job to the whole Findlay Toyota staff!!! 👏🏻👍🏻

First time at this dealership since I just recently moved to Las Vegas. I scheduled an appointment online for my 10k service. I pulled up and was greeted by Chris. He told me service would take about an hour, which is what I expected. So I just waited around. Very nice dealership, with food and drink market for customers. Overall customer service was great. I can’t even begin to explain how bad my experience is with Findlay.We put down deposit for a Rav4 hybrid, waited for months until it has arrived just to find out that they are going to gauche up the price by a lot. This is not the sole reason that makes the whole experience bad but the rudeness of the manager.He started to argued why they’re over charging it by saying that because they bought used car for high price and so to honor used car seller price they have to jack up the price of a new car. And he continues to attack our financial situation (with condescending tone).First of all, Where’s professionalism? If you don’t want to sell it at the price that you quoted us then don’t and simply say it’s not gonna happen and be professional about it i stead of being nasty about it.Secondly, we’re looking to purchase a brand new car, not a used one so his whole argument was a moo. The manufacturer didn’t sell it to them at a higher price and it is your problem that you’re willing to buy used cars at a higher price how is that relevant to us. We didn’t get your fair share of the money when you resell these used cars.This whole experience left a very bad taste. Nothing more worse than a conversation that left you feeling awful for days after. I’m very disappointed if this is how Findlay manager handle customers the minute they know that money don’t go into their pocket. My google reviews comment probably doesn’t make a different just by the way they handle us, but I just want to share my distasteful experiences.

I have owned my Toyota for almost 10 years and have visited Findlay and interacted with multiple employees and all of them have been incredibly courteous, friendly and professional. My car had a recall and Toyota had sent multiple service requests so that they could repair my air bags. I FINALLY went in yesterday thanks to the diligence of Brendan Bush. What a joy he was to work with. As with all Findlay team members, Brendan was friendly, courteous and professional, he was also incredibly funny. He made sure that I was able to get to and from the dealership and ensured me that my car would be fine in their service department. Any questions I asked, he went above and beyond to answer them. Kudos to him. He is an incredible asset to Findlay and I hope they know that!

I have taken my 2017 Corolla to Findlay Toyota twice, and Im very satisfied with the service and the employees. Vince Argentina helped me both times, quickly checking in my car and giving me a time to pick it up. I decided to wait, since it was only an oil change. The wait was slightly longer than promised, but the dealership has a great waiting great area. I still will drop my car off next time, though. We bought our Corolla elsewhere but plan to continue using Findlay for any service.

Service Advisor representative Jordan Santos is very helpful, customer waiting area is relaxing even though the lounge is crowded and little noisy during my AM appointment but I enjoyed waiting with their free WiFi, cable TV and hot coffee/cold water while waiting. The 3 star rating is for the poor quality control check after servicing my Tundra, the technician failed to properly inspect and install the cabin air filter back in place which created an annoying humming and shaking sound when AC fan is ON. I talked to my service advisor and he took my truck back in bay and resolved the issue himself.

First rule of business with someone like me is if you start off lying and get caught, you wont get my business. And thats exactly what happened.Just went to check out what options were available used. Wife saw a RAV4 and loved it. Then it turned into a typical car buying experience. First guy says price is non negotiable. She has top tier credit. Monthly price of the vehicle he came back with is what you would pay for a new car. We start to leave and he gets his manager and what a coincidence now its negotiable. Also says we wont be able to find any better options outside of their dealership cause everyone is doing the same. I can drive 45 minutes into Arizona and I could find much better pricing. We had money to put down and a trade in. Neither wanted to wanted shake my hand. Wont be coming back here at all.

The service department runs as smoothly as a Toyota drivetrain. I’ve serviced my ‘09 Camry Hybrid there for six years now. It’s at 200k and runs like the day I bought it. Three cheers to my Service Technician Phil Crabtree. A nine-year vet and could not have more knowledge. I’m happy my old kindergarten and hometown pal Kirk Alexander cued me in on this dealership’s thoroughly professional operation.

I don’t even know where to start. The sales guy was nice and cool. His manager who handled all the paper work was cool till he wasn’t. I was there all day per usual at any dealership. Before going in, I gave all the details of my situation. They ran my credit, said come one down and pick up your car!. I provided everything that was asked from both the dealership and the bank who finance me. Skip to 3 months later, I get a call from the manager now stating that the bank will not finance me due to a car being on my credit. Which they knew about. But that car was paid off and supposedly on their end it was still showing on my credit. I contacted my old bank who financed me and they sent them a letter showing that it was paid off. Apparently it wasn’t enough. He told me to bring the car back in. Mind you I traded in my old car for this car. Basically left me carless. Next week went to auto nation and walked out with a car that day, should have went there first.

I came in for an oil change, to get my taillight fixed, and to make sure the AC was working properly. Tan was able to quickly discover what my car needed! I also came in for the coffee bar and the seating area. I love coming to Findlay because I know I’ll get to relax here. I told the service advisor that I will be waiting for my car while the oil was changed. The exact words of the service advisor was Okay, I will come and look for you in a bit. I brought my car in at 7am for my appointment to get the oil changed. I waited till I starting seeing people that arrived after me leaving. I went to look for my service advisor and when I found her she looked at me and asked if I got a text message. I said no and come to find out the phone number she had was wrong. What I dont understand is I bought the vehicle from Findlay Toyota and have been there about 4 other times for service. I would expect that my phone number would be in the system since it hasnt changed in over 10 years. I was very disappointed because I specifically told the service advisor that I would be waiting for my car. She said she would put a complimentary service for the inconvenience. I did purchase the extended service coverage when I bought the vehicle. I have yet to hear from anyone!!

Do not take your vehicle in for an alignment. They DO NOT test drive your vehicle. I took it in twice for an alignment. Truck pulls to the right. Took it to Tire Works and they properly aligned my BRAND NEW 2021 Tacoma. Why because they test drive it. To add insult they did not want to reimburse me. I argued twice with 2 different managers. Finally they gave in and are sending me a check.

Bought 2 pre owned cars here, they didn’t even get serviced, the fluids and the brakes needed to be service, found out a couple months after I bought the last one, let them know they didn’t care, it’s a shame because I am looking for a new car but based on my previous experience not doing business with this dealership.

Purchased my 2011 Toyota Sienna minivan in 2010.Would not go anywhere else to service my vehicle. Always treated with respect by service writers and all staff. Recently had a serious issue that needed immediate attention. First major problem in 11 years, like all vehicles, alternators fail after years of use. Matt. Stanley, and mechanic Chris, truly stepped up to assist me, and resolved the problem within hours. I am grateful for such personable and professional people that work @ Findlay Toyota dealing with customerservice in such a great manner.

If you are looking for a new vehicle and want an awesome sales person, Brittany Craig is your girl! She is very knowledgeable but even more importantly, she is fun! Car buying is tedious at best but we laughed through the entire experience!I also had a great finance person, John Estrella. He had a smile on his face during the entire interaction. He worked hard to get me the best interest rate on my new vehicle.Look these two up, you will be happy that you did!

We went in for a 2013 Sienna but that was in shop so we saw the 2016.Our sales guy wasnt the best but our finance guy Alex Paz was pretty great.*****Taking into consideration the market right now and shortage of chips for the vehicles all across America, we got a great deal. We voluntarily put a large deposit down but with taxes and fees, it was like if we didnt but a good dp down.

Horrible Experience. Waited 3+ hours. Find out later the vehicle was sold to another individual. The sales associate Alexandria? A. (Alex). Unprofessional, condescending, zero transparency. She had her manager come over to tell us. Which I already found out about the sale from outside with other sales associates. The excuse by her manager “ she’s intimidated by me” BS. She lacks in Customer service and public service. Very manipulative. Not to mention she showed us the Tacoma”s on the computer as available. Next excuse it’s been tinted, oh now it’s sold. Only like 5 trucks on the lot. But says we are the largest car dealer. We left that day. Say the deliver of trucks should come in 7-10 days. . Beware of this sales associate. Bad transparency. Zero customer service skills. Wanna be confrontational and full of excuses. Lack integrity. Lacks in people person skills. I would not recommend this Toyota venue.

Overall I’m not happy and trying to sell a brand new car or trade it in to anywhere that will take it. I have nothing but great things to say about my sales rep. She went above and beyond to try and make me feel heard, ensuring that things were correct before the sale, so I was lead to believe I was walking in to sign for the amounts we had already agreed upon. However, finance tried to do a bait and switch - they have managed to get away with for now. Now I can’t even enjoy the car I wanted and was possibly going to keep even though I realized my family needed something bigger before we purchased this. I would absolutely suggest not getting financing through Toyota, even for their incentives, and highly suggest going through outside financing like a bank/credit union. It’s poor business to throw in optional things secretly because you got a better interest rate. The finance department took advantage of how busy I was, and their lack of making it right is leaving me wanting to get rid of this brand new car. Overall the finance department took this from a 5 star review to a 1 star and I’m super disappointed.

I have been here twice now and the second visit I came very reluctantly since the last time we were here we were treated so poorly. I came to look at a car they had online. I verified it was in stock and got a confirmation email at 1:17 PM and we got there at 2:30pm. We were met by the internet salesperson and she was friendly and said she would get the keys. She came back with another salesman and we’re were told she was with someone and he would show us the car. As we were walking out to the lot he told us the car was sold last week and that he was going to show us a new car that was only a few thousand more than the car we wanted to see and it had a better trim package. The car was 8k more than the car they had listed. I know they use this tactic at some dealerships to get you there. Just feel this dealership is not honest and if your in the market to buy a Toyota I would avoid these guys. It was a big waste of my time.

Chantelle and the staff are great and their attention to detail is amazing. Unfortunately, that attention led to a significant delay in the delivery of my car because the paint job a repair was not up to expectations. The car had to be redone. NOT the fault of Findlay. My car looks great!
