Good time to go with all their Halloween items out and they are reasonably priced with a good selection even this close to Halloween where other stores are empty on their goods. Costumes are plentiful and house decor as well. Found some cool blood spray to spray some outdoor stuff to make it more Halloween like .

Horrible customer service!!! I had shopping to do here and they would not even let me leave my balloons to be blown up without paying....there was a huge line and not it is taking double the time. #unhelpfulstaff

Clean, well-organized, good quality stuff. Easy to find what I was looking for. No wait to check out, they had three open checkout stations at 6 pm on a Thursday.

Large selection of party items. But there were only 2 people on the salesfloor. So it took awhile to check out or get help. But they were very nice. I wanted an item that showed in stock online but it wasnt on the shelf. The guy went to the back and was able to get it for me. So although it took a bit longer than I wanted for a quick trip, I was able to find what I needed. So it all was good.

They used to have way more stuff for parties. Seems like they have more open space the stuff for parties now.

Says store was to be open until 12am October 25. Well we arrrived right at 11 and they were shutting off the lights. Why advertise youre open until a certain time and not be. Annoying

Wi-Fi is not so good

My son is graduating high school from Basic high school. They had very little. And they charge to blow up balloons I spent almost 300 and you cant even slow up my balloons seriously. I will never buy my stuff here again I will take my chances with Amazon, will be taking alot stuff back because I found some stuff at Walmart.

At least in this location the staff was greatly professional. But they only get 4 stars for like every Party City, They are way above in price as everyone else. It was very clean, Very organised and the Staff seem to be very knowledgeable especially where everything was. If they will come down on their prices, Then it is definitely the place to go. If you are short on time, then stop on in, otherwise, there are many other places at cheaper prices.

It was a really small store. They were out of almost everything I wanted for a gender reveal party. I am used to the ones in Illinois this store is a third of those stores.

Its was ok balloon didnt lat but 4 hours

I came in for 4 balloons. The balloon counter lady ignored me twice and only after the arrival of another customer behind me was I greeted. I was informed about the balloon procedure and I proceeded to choose my 4 balloons. When I arrived at the check out counter I was informed about the hour plus wait time for balloons! How is there an hour wait for balloons when nobody at the balloon counter was in any hurry or had any sense of urgency. It wouldve also been nice to be informed about the hour wait time for balloons on my first encounter with the balloon counter attendant. If you need balloons just go next door at the 99 cent store.

Ive never had a bad time at Party City. The service is incredible, it has a great selection and price.

Ordered Halloween costume online from Party City. They notified me when it was time to pick it up. When I arrive it was ready as promised. The size I ordered was too large for my daughter. The associate that helped me was very helpful and got the right size for her.

I came in when it was super busy, the staff seemed a little stressed, but accommodation for every need i had were met, and they even let me wait in the car while they fulfilled my order. Only negative thing I could say is about the other horrible customers!

I LOVE The Consistent Great Selection of Party & Costume Supplies with Affordable prices!!! I am a forever customer but I just wish the employees were not so disgruntled & unwilling to be helpful..... Even when checking out at the register Ive encountered many different employees but NONE of them even once look me in the eye, they treat me like a number instead of a human being whos paying them, and they refuse to ask if I found what I was looking for...... And upon my insistence that I could not find an item, the check-out employee IGNORES ME SAYING THAT I COULDNT LOCATE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR so its as if Im not even Speaking or being spoken to!!! VERY DISHEARTENING EMPLOYEE INTERACTIONS!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I definitely will not spend my money at this Henderson location EVER AGAIN! Came in for 2 balloons and was told it’s an hour wait, came back a hour later was told it’s a hour and a half wait even though they close in a hour. Terrible service each time I came in. I’m sure another balloon shop will be happy to take my money.

This place is awesome, however I dont like the way the manager (male) speaks to his employees, especially in front of customers. Last time I was there I met a girl who had a Party/Cake business with her mom and she was such a sweetheart. I would love to see her manage that store instead.

This is a great place to get any party supplies you need!

If you come in getting balloons expect a balloon wait. Expect a 20 min wait. Especially on saturdays expect an hour wait. Or we do offer to set up an order for a different day just ask us. Some balloons sell faster and we may not have the one you like but we can try to find any you are looking for. Hopefully we will have the balloon of your choice.

Went for a Halloween costume for my teenage granddaughter. It was somewhat busy, however, the customer service was fast and friendly. The costume was $10.00 less than Halloween City. The cashiers were very quick checking us out. Great experience!

Great place if you need helium balloons. They have a lot of themed decorations throughout the year too. The products themselves are cheaply made for the most part and I find them to be expensive for the quality. Customer service is very limited. Still a good place for some of your party needs.

Tons of stuff to throw the best decorated parties. Dont go to a big box stores. Party City has more them you need, better than other stores and the prices are very reasonable.

Please start selling adult temporary tattoos and more gloves. Also more make up stuff lol. Oh and maybe better candy.

Beautiful balloons, but I find it disgraceful that their helium didnt last 24 hours. After how shortly they lasted at my oldest kids birthday party, I feel like a fool for buying balloons a second time only to watch them start falling before my younger kids birthday started.... they didnt last from the 5pm purchase to the noon birthday party.

Party city is a great place to go for all parties! They have basically everything you can need for party decorations! There arent many employees on the floor so I did have to go to the cashier up front for help. I was shopping for a pokemon birthday and unfortunately they didnt have themed pinatas or helium balloons.

I had to order balloons for my daughters early Saturday morning party on Friday night. They made the balloons at 7pm and when I woke up at 5am on Saturday, they were already droopy. By party time, they were useless and had zero float. What a waste of money. Ill never use this place again.
