On 10/10/2021, my husband brought our van in for an oil change and spoke to Chris who remembered us even though it been awhile. My husband then mentioned that we were having a hard start issue and Chris offered to check the battery and testing revealed that it was bad and he gave him a good price on the replacement and it was replaced. However, there was an issue with the battery being locked back in safely and my husband broke down in the middle of the road but after reporting it, I received a call from Kevin who requested I bring the van back in to be inspected and when I brought it in, the techs were already aware of my issue and I was given very friendly, quick, and thorough service and error was corrected. I appreciated them for the speedy and friendly service. I will continue going here for our service needs as Kevin was very apologetic and reassuring and the staff has such amazing customer service and friendly personalities. Thank you Kevin for reinstalling my faith in your wonderful store!! Well be seeing you again in a few months!

Chris has helped us twice now at this location and I can honestly say I hope to see him for every visit! The first visit wasn’t the greatest (was a different person we dealt with) but Chris definitely changed my perspective making a new loyal customer! He makes our oil changes so easy and is so kind. He also gives recommendations without being overbearing like some other places which is great! I definitely recommend this location as I will be utilizing them for more services, hands down!

Amazing service, 100% trust worthy auto care, it was my first time here expecting my brakes needed to be replaced, Chris was wonderful, check it promptly (no charge) and it ended up that my brakes were good, so I asked him to please check my tires which I knew I needed new ones, that was my next step, I got a really good deal on tires which I did need, I would not go anywhere else.

Ive been seen here in the past with my honda pilot as I ran over a nail. They fixed it for me at no charge. I even had a wheel lock that 2 of the mechanics there went above and beyond to help me remove. They were friendly and even joked around with my kids, while we waited.My cousin popped her tire today and had to drive the car down to the shop when we arrived the whole side of the tire was tore up. Chris came out and helped us right away, was pleasant, quick, friendly and even joked with us as well. We went to walk around to shop while it was being fixed and he called us when it was done to let us know. A brand new tire if not fixing cost us about $140.We were needing a photo to include and he was kind enough to let us know we could come back to take a photo for work if needed.I will be returning with future cars and recommend this location if in the area. Great customer service.

Super fast work. This was the second shop I took my car to because I was looking for a second opinion. Chris was very professional and spoke honest on what my car needed. He ordered new tires for my car and they arrived that day. Got my car back within a few hours. Really quick service from everyone there.

Came here first thing on a Sunday morning to have my brakes looked at. Chris was patient and understanding as I explained to him how another auto shop in Henderson tried to scam me into getting unnecessary services for my car. He kept me in the loop as to what was happening, even showed me where a leak was, and was honest about how much everything would be. The wait time was a little long, but thats only because quite a number of people showed up all at once right when the shop opened. I will definitely be coming back, as Chris took very good care of me and did everything he could to help me out :)

Well, I had a nail in a tire. I called and Chris (the very nicest guy) said come on in and I got there and didnt have to wait long. All told, about an hour and a half. He even put my new wiper blades on my car that were in my back seat at no charge. And at the very end, gave me a hug. Just go there and make sure you deal with Chris. Hes off Monday and Tuesday though.

In a pinch this place was here for me a nail in the tire before work and it was repaired within 45 minutes and given back. Taking the time to prepare the order and explain any other additional findings was Chris Deuel. Amazing guy really took the time and cared about me as a customer and look forward to returning in the future because of him.

Had to replace a tire today. Went to Big O and was waited on pretty quick. They had computer records of my previous visit. Prices went up on tires just like everything else! I was out of there in under an hour. Everything looks and feels better! Ill go back again.

Price gouging and incompetent. Horrible experience

Had them do a new tire mount and balance for me. Tech messed with my stereo settings and cranked up my volume. They used clip on weights on my painted aftermarket wheels like come on thats just being lazy. Use Sticky weights on nice wheels! Then i took my car on the highway for the first time and get awful wheel shake at 60 mph. Was told their best tech worked on my car. Ill be going to a different Big O for my warranty now. Staff doesnt seem to take pride in their work.

Went a couple times now for oil change. Most recently, They didnt have my confirmed online appt. The unibrow guy at the counter didnt let me choose the lower priced change & gave me the most expensive.During that they decided I needed new brakes immediately. He then only quoted me for 2 instead of 4, so after I approved I was caught off guard and they already started the work so I had to say yes to the even higher price. Also now my car does not drive straight.Much appreciated. Will not be returning.

After calling ahead and verifying their hours and ability to see me, once I got their I was told that they couldn’t help me. I have a slow leak in a tire that’s getting worse. I drove here knowing they were ready and able to help. But this place doesn’t care. If your time is valuable to you, go somewhere else.

Free brake inspection and still had good pads, no scamming to try to get me to buy anything that I dont need or want. Fast good service

I recently visited Las Vegas from Montana, and had to have some work done on my tires. I could not have picked a better Big O Tire location!!!! Dustin, the store manager was BEYOND HELPFUL!! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and as a woman traveling alone I could not have felt more comfortable!!!! I would absolutely recommend this store if you are having any sort of tire issues,, and ask for Dustin, I know he will treat you right!!!!! 5+ STARS BIG O, Henderson!!!! And..... 5 more for Dustin!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I brought my car in to have the bearings done. I had to take my car to Toyota 2 weeks later due to the noise it was making and found out Big O had left the bearings loose and did not complete the job right causing $3500.00 dollars worth of damage to my car. All Big O would say is people make mistakes. This is a significant mistake I prefer someone not make on my car. I did not want to take it back to them and have them make more mistakes. They refused to assist with the cost of repair as I did not bring it back to their shop.Bad place to take your vehicle.

Came here for an alignment and they got the job done within the quoted wait time...no mess, no fuss. They even fixed a leaky tire valve for no extra charge. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely come back for all my other car needs. Thank you!

Not only did I get a super price on the 6 tires I purchased for my RV. After a 200 mile trip to Arizona the left passenger tire went flat. I saved my receipt and took the tlat into Big 5 they promptly repaired it (NO CHARGE)…turns out it was the value core stem and the tire was still great

Just thought Id let you know that I was just in there for 5 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge that I was there. I need a qoute on 4 new tires for my honda accord but after realizing that no one wants to do their jobs Im out. Taking my business elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with the work done, I came in for a oil change and a lube job, I told the manager that the Vehicle was rocking at about 60 miles a hour, so I get a call that they cant do the lube job because the rear end is leaking and needs to be replaced, I told the manager I had work done in California in December and He said if I do the rear end that the money I spent in California would be deducted from the bill $2149.57 and I would pay $1700.00The Manager who approved it Don Nyland was let go and when I told the person in charge they said He didnt have the authority to do that....... I want to talk to whoever owns this Big O, and I picked up my Yukon and it was all dirty and it still rocking...........I want it fixed right and I want a refund of the difference

I just recently purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer with 168,000 miles on it I brought it in to have it looked at. As I noticed it had what I thought was a brake fluid leak on ABS hydraulic pump unit. This could have turned out to be a very expensive repair. I came in Just before 5pm the Manager greeted me and took time to listen to my worries on my vehicle he personally took it into the shop took a look at it and did a visual inspection of what I thought the problem was. But his instincts and knowledge led him to the true problem a bad AC job that had done the previous week it was AC oil blowing all over the place not brake fluid. He assured me my vehicle would be safe to drive home for the night and that my brake were fine nothing wrong with them. The next morning I dropped my vehicle back off for a oil change and full inspection they did find some other issues that I need to have addressed but nothing extremely pressing at the moment. Thank you for honestly diagnosing my car instead of taking me for a $1700 ride like some other places would have done. As soon as Im able gather my money together I will bringing the Explorer in to have the all needed work and maintenance done. Thank you for the excellent service

Had to replace the front tires on my cat and the did a good job.

Went their for the oil change and they advertise free tire rotation and even on the receipt I received upon paying for the oil change services it clearly states that the free tire rotation was completed but after I get my keys back and give a look at my tires I noticed nothing had even been touched, usually you can see when they remove the lug nuts and or rub the rims with hands or gloves or a rag but didn’t see anything of that nature and then I further inspected the tires and they are they exact same position as they were when I brought my vehicle in? The front 2 tires are a little more worn due to this being a front wheel drive vehicle but nope, they didn’t even perform the tire rotation because then the warn tread would have been relocated to the back of the vehicle. Very disappointed

Drove in to repair a flat. The sign read flats repaired forf free. I thought there had to be a catch. The professional behind the counter took my keys and my flat was repaired in 15 minutes. NO CATCH! The folks there were extremely courteous and did not pressure me to purchase any of their other services. What a breath of fresh air. I dont need tires or breaks yet but you better believe that I will go there when I do. I highly recommend this honest business.

Bought 2 new tires that they were supposed to put in the front but both landed on the left side. Too frustrated to return for the correct placement. Also wanted Yokohama tires but those needed to be ordered and wouldve taken days to get. Needed tires now so had to settle for Big O brand. Service has been lacking since new owner took over.

Billy went above and beyond. We had been battling with new tires losing 5-9 lbs of air from Phoenix to Vegas. Billy made sure the tire was good to go so we didnt have to worry the rest of our vacation. He deserves an immense amount of recognition for his work and customer service.

I was there and gone in under an hour. I got a great deal on some tires, and the guys that put them on were super friendly and knowledgable. I will be coming here with all of my vehicles for as long as I live in the area.

We were headed home from Las Vegas when our car started to have issues. We couldn’t put gas in our vehicle. With a ten hour drive ahead of us we didn’t know what to do. That’s when we called Big O’ Tires and spoke with Shaun. He told us to bring our vehicle in and they looked at it to see what the issue was. They performed a complete fuel service and one of the mechanics (I think his name was Josh) even went with us to the gas station to see if the issue had been resolved. After discovering that we still had an issue they inspected the gas tank and found that we needed a new fuel pump and they didn’t charge us for the inspection. The customer service that we experienced was beyond fantastic and we will definitely be using Big O’ Tires for all of our vehicle maintenance needs. Thanks again Shaun and Josh for putting our minds at ease!

Went in with flat. They said no leak and to watch it over time. Did not offer to reinstall the good tire. Drove home with donut on vehicle and checked the good tire in a tub of water and found the leak in the side wall. Returned to Big O and they were closed. I live 2.5 miles away and returned within 20 minutes of original visit. They were driving out of parking lot at 5 after 6. I went to Pep Boys next door and bought new tires. Will not return to this Big O again

Robert was awesome, checked our tires and found a nail in the sidewalk, we have a spare in the storage unit, we got the spare tire here and they installed it for free.I will always support a business that supports me. Way to go BIG O.

We had tires rotated.Took almost no time!

I had a appointment towards the end of the day and as I arrived Robert was not happy. He gave me a straight up attitude along with one of the other mechanics. They lied and said that they rotated my tires when they clearly did not when they were confronted they didnt even care so I took off. The next day I called corporate and The store manager KJ was very helpful and had me come back the next day to make everything, right. KJ is an awesome store manager. The other mechanic should really take notes. I was very frustrated and felt taken advantage the first time around as being female. Huge shout out to the store manager.

Store is supposed to open at 7.. its 8am and not open...workers standing around waiting for manager to open so they can work. Cars are lined up. Come on....

I visit here to get my fiat a oil change Mike was very busy he told me I will be with after finish up with my customers. I want to say very good customer service since he took over. Big O Tires is awesome! Staff is very friendly I had a flat they didnt even charge me to fix it. I also got a estimate on some brand new tires the prices were really good. If you need some air in your tires just pull up go inside ask him if you can have your tires checked they get you right in fill your tires up and get you on your way. I recommend Big O Tires anybody looking for new tires or flat repair.

I was in a pickle, my tire was busted and I dont know how to change them, thankfully Big O Tires is just around the corner and Justin was super helpful; unfortunately my tire was done but he was able to place the spair on and, get this, (eventhough it wasnt his job) he found a loose radiator hose, fixed it and added coolant to my car ALL FOR FREE! I offered to give him a tip but he politely decline. I truly wanted to give this gentleman a reward but all he asked for was a review. Im very grateful Justin,thank you for everything!

Use to be good the last 2 times I came though horrible. I think you should just stick to the tires. Because your mechanics never get it done right.

Billy and Jim are the best, most honest people. On a routine alignment they noticed my ball joints were completely destroyed and it wasnt safe to drive the car. I got new control arms, they threw them on, showed me the completely broken old ones, and test drove it to make sure everything was perfect. They care, possibly saved my life. And it wasnt expensive at all. I cant thank them enough.

Josh is great at his job, was looking for service, after speaking with Josh the looking was over, in and out!! But, my receipt said they rotated my tires ....free, but they werent rotated, if it didnt happen it shouldnt be on receipt....but joshes professional approach will have me going to that location as my store

I very highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE and TRANSPARENT repair shop to bring their vehicles to. My niece was experiencing an overheating issue and we took her car to shop after shop and none of them were able to figure out the issue. We brought her car here and was immediately greeted by Kj. He paid close attention to what she was describing and quickly got the car into the garage to diagnose the problem. Not even a half hour later, Kj comes back inside with a FULL inspection and amazingly had found the issue for the overheating. He went into detail with us the other items on her vehicle that he noticed were about ready to need attention and never once pressured us into buying anything. He answered every question we had with the most amazing professionalism and his knowledge on repairing vehicles really showed! I ended up having all of the other items he mentioned on the car replaced and he did the repairs himself and had the car back to us at the time he promised. My nieces car runs much better than it did when we brought it in and i no longer have to worry if her car is going to break down. SUPERB JOB GUYS!!! Dont let the negative people get to you, you guys have just gained a new lifelong customer!!To anyone looking for a repair shop, look no further. I understand the low rating. I dropped my car off this morning after speaking with Don about tires. He said he lioked and could get them today and he would call me when don . I called at 3:17pm today and even spoke to Don again about the tires. He told me they should be in anytime and he would call me when done this evening. Then he has chris call me to say my tires would be in tomorrow and that I could get my car tomorrow. I went up to get the car and Don himself asked who did I speak to about the tires as they had to be ordered from Redding. I said YOU. you told me it was today. He simply handed me my keys and I lef . The guys here are amazing Im bad with names in general but I absolutely have no complaints. I need to get my air filter replaced but I was tight on funds so they gave me the relief that I dont have to get it replaced now just next time. They helped me with getting set up with easy pay explained everything to me so I can replace my two front tires but better yet got my oil replaced as thats why I came here today. Thank you Big O

Took my flat tire here on a sunday to have it patched/repaired. Woke up the next morning for work and it was flat again. I knew something was fishy when I asked the guy at the shop where the hole was at in the tire and he gave an obvious bull$h!t answer. I was willing to pay for the work, but they told me they offer this service for free. I would rather pay to have the work done right, than to be done dirty and cause me to be late for work!

These guys are a hot mess. Every time I have been in there I wait double the time they tell me its going to be. Currently dealing with a warrantied tire that needed to be replaced, I waited 6 hours for them to tell me the couldnt replace it, and 2 full business days for them to order a replacement, and now they tell me its going to be at least 2 more days. Super frustrating when I rely on my car to do business. Seems like someone dropped the ball and simply didnt order the tire. I wont be going back after this tire gets replaced.

My son was in Henderson for work and noticed a funny sound coming from our car. He took it in and Craig was awesome. He quickly determined what the problem was and went the extra mile (including staying after closing time by half an hour) to make sure that he was back on the safely. Great customer service from people who care!

The service is not as genuine as it was before the new company took over, they seem like its more about money rather than service. I miss the two people that worked here; they always tried to help me with the best of their knowledge. But then again I havent really had too much experience with the new company that took over, so far tho not happy. I need to find another old school shop that will change my oil. =)

I had my oil changed in my car and I brought my own oil and they changed. I am fussey on the oil I use. They were gracious and polite as I made an appointment for it.

I had a deflated tire, needed a new full set of tires. I went to Big O Tires for help and Rus was happy to give me a good run down of what needed and what didnt need to be fixed. He called multiple stores to find tires they didnt have in stock and even gave me several options so that I had control of my car situation. He gave me a quote on other things that I could possibly come back for and told me that I can stop by anytime. I would definitely go again for any car needs.

Big os is usually a awesome place. But recently. My last 4 visited I had to go somewhere else went in hoping for a change. On some oil. Apparently they were short staffed and it took them 5 hours. Ummmm no. Never again
