Probably the best customer service I have had in my 27 years in Bowling, let alone at a Pro-shop. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They will know every answer to your questions for sure and help you to get the best for your game.I have only known them for a month, and it feels a very welcoming place every time I go there.

Quick service and attention to my needs!

Took in an old bowling ball to see if I needed bigger holes drilled and the employee was extremely knowledgeable and told me the reason why I should stay with the size I had. He could have easily drilled bigger holes for money.We also bought some discounted bowling shoes only cost $30. I suggest you buy bowling shoes instead of paying$4 to rent everytime you go to the bowling alley.

We do not live in Nevada BUT this it our bowling supply store. The staff is very knowledgeable. Paul discovered my Dad had a issue with his thumb and changed the pitch, Now no more discomfort in his thumb. Every time we visit they treat us like family. Thank you Jon, Paul, John and Trish

Beyond 5 stars service and products. Oversea visitor in Vegas for a couple of days. Purchased 2 bowling ball with bag. Johnny is super friendly and accommodating in attending to our needs. Been to few other Pros shop in Vegas but I think JB Bowling Supply is the largest of them all with good variety of stocks. In addition, their website is pretty comprehensive on their products with competitive pricing as compared to online Bowling supplies platform. Great store. Trish was super helpful, cheerful and was happy to answer all our question. Plus she really went out of her way to save us some pesos. John fitted us and even tho they were very busy, he was able to get our items drilled so that we could hit the lanes tonight. Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were able to help us with some adjustments to an old ball, and the purchase of a new ball inside an hour. Both worked great the first night of league play. It’s on the other side of town from Summerlin but well worth the drive!

Bought a pair of shoes from these guys. Great price and very comfortable. Very nicely organized store. My husband also found shoes there as well. The only negative is that we live in Summerlin...its a bit of a drive for us. But otherwise great place.

Great service! We went in looking for a spare ball for my 86 y.o. father-in-law. We ended up getting him a new ball and a pair of new shoes. They had his size in stock, and they fitted and drilled the ball while we waited too! Great experience!

There is a wide inventory of balls, bags and accessories. Paul, John and John are very knowledgeable with experience. They also are passionate about their work and listen! I have been going there for roughly 2 years and it is worth the drive since I live on the west side!

John always does a good job on bowling supplies. Never have I gone anywhere else to get my ball drilled or to but a new ball. Only place in town that will always get a job done within days of getting it in. Recommend by me as best.

I live in Alaska and travel to Las Vegas a few times of year. When I am in town it is an absolute icon on my maps to go in and see what I can drag home or better yet they will ship my purchases to me so I dont need to lug it around for the rest of the trip. I have a top tip! Get your drilling specs on file, Jon and or Staff will professional drill your equipment and get it out ASAP, especially when your using some type of interchangeable thumb. J B even has professionally plugged used bowling balls for a fraction of new if you would like a tester. What a stock of bowling balls and almost any of the popular supplies you would need. There is even a stub lane on site to test your grip! Nice! Check this place out for your self, thumbs way up! Thanks to Jon, his Wife and valued staff.
