Casey****- was awesome. We went in on a Saturday and he talked to my husband about a few balls while I picked out a new bag. The next day, he watched my husband throw his ball, then measured everything out, walked him through WHAT he was doing and why, then had a new ball drilled up for him within 45 minutes. My husband said the new ball fits and feels loads better than his old ball. Hes already talking about getting his next ball and his old ball redrilled from them in the very very new future. Casey was professional, friendly, and honest, plus he actually took the time to listen. We couldnt be happier.

Very experienced and friendly staff that really knows how to measure and drill you a new bowling ball.

My ball got stuck in the return and a deep wide gouge was the result. The staff there didn’t hesitate to take care of it. They resurfaced it but determined that it still had a flat spot. So they gave me 4 equivalent new ball options to chose from. They drilled it on the spot just in time to catch my flight home. Kudos to the staff and manager Casey Shepard for their dedication to the sport.

Went in with a lot of stupid questions so I thought... but Casey took the time to educate me on what I thought I learned from YouTube...lol..I will never go anywhere else..Im a newbie so I went with the GB4 for first ball...cant wait for my next one...

Very competitive prices, but the primary reason why I patronize this facility is the friendly and professional service of Johnny Petraglia (the son of the well know professional bowler of years past). Johnny is always available to answer any questions no matter how insignificant. Sometimes though, youll need to be patient. Because of the number of his patrons, he may have 1 or 3 customers patiently waiting for him. But, the wait is well worth it. Whenever he services you, its like youre the only person in his shop (Besides, he has a lot of bowling supplies in his store, fun to browse in.).

The facility is inside a casino. The idea family fun in using a groupon saved us money. The staff is friendly and the patrons were as friendly. they had a indoor facility where you can purchase food and drinks. This manner of exercise was fun. I havent bowl in centuries, yet, its like riding a bike, youll never forget. I did more gutters than scoring, yet, once my file cabinet opened I remember all the technics. I laugh, enjoyed my gutters balls and even got better. By the end ofa the session, I was tired. Yet I accomplished my goal in being able to still bowl at 62 years old. If you want great exercise and laugh while you are doing it, Try bowling at this facility, enjoy and have fun.

I went down to this pro-shop in Nevada during open hours but there was a sign that he had stepped away. When we notified a worker at the Welcome Center of the bowling alley, she said that he was at the bar! Then about a week later, I try to call about pricing. The number that is listed doesnt work so I got transferred to the front desk of the hotel and then she was able to redirect me. I sat on the phone for about 2 whole minutes of the phone just ringing. Im waiting to leave a voicemail but the phone stops ringing and it hangs up. I can never get ahold of them!

Never Open, has own hours not reliable what so ever. Could be a really good place, just seems like whoever runs it has better things to do..
