My coworkers and I all rented 2 jetskis for the weekend. We damaged both and brought them back late. I couldnt have asked for a more lenient, understanding group of people to work with. If this is your first time renting, youve found the right place. Just please be more respectful towards these people than I was. Take every precaution to keep the vehicles safe and return them early, you never know what to expect.

We had a great experience with Skiwi rentals! They made the experience so easy and did all the work for us. The customer service was amazing. They truly went out of their way to make us feel so welcome-- a map was printed out for us and they showed us where would be the best route, when cell service cuts out, where to stop of lunch, how far a full tank of gas would get us, etc. They had a nice video for us to give us the low down on using the jetski. They even offered us a cooler to borrow for our lunch! I cant say enough good things about the company. The only downside was that the jetski seemed to be on its last leg, but you get what you pay for I guess. When we came back we asked the owner about the more expensive jetski and without any hesitation he towed it out for us to see! That thing is awesome!! Maybe we will come back and splurge one day.

Fast and great customer service from the office during the booking until the day of rental. Boat and trailer were in good shape and as advertised, Yamaha SX210. Returning the boat was quick and easy but we were earlier than the rush around 5pm. Only downside was the boat wasnt fully fueled. From experience boating, I decided to top it off just in case before going out, and ended up filling over 16 gallons. Dont think we wouldve ran out of gas on the lake but you never know. They are very busy on the weekends so I chalked it up to a small oversight. But a less experienced boater might not have caught it.

Last week I rented a Can-Am Spyder RT from Skiwi for a weeks delightful riding in the National Parks of Utah and Colorado. Machine performed flawlessly and the service and attention I received from Crain, Teresa, and Collin were matchless. Rent from Skiwi.

Had a large group and rented 9 machines. They were great and had followup emails both before we picked up the machines and during the time we had them out. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

My wife and two other couples came to Vegas for the week. We wanted to rent jet skis on Lake Mead for the day. Unfortunately, we tried to book a discounted trip through a third party (which turns out is illegal). The morning of our booking, 30 minutes before our appointment, this person cancelled on us. We were devastated and decided to drive to SkiWis shop even though it was 30 minutes before they opened.Once they heard what had happened, they sprang into action. Greg immediately gave us a good price on four jet skis and got everything ready for our trip. We were trained, outfitted, and on our way in an impressive amount of time. The jet skis worked wonderfully and we had an AMAZING DAY out on the water!If you are traveling to Las Vegas and want to do something out of the ordinary, PLEASE rent a ski or boat from SkiWi! They will treat you right, take care of everything and make sure your vacation experience is everything it can be. We are no doubt customers for life!

Clean boat and easy renting. They hook it all up. Provide equipment skis, tubes and ect. Boat was in great condition. If there was one drawback it’s value. $100 overnight fee is a little much because they close at 5. Not everyone is on the lake at 7am. Think about staying open tell 7. However would rent again.

This place is a rip off. It just so happens the so called damage that the jetski had was the exact amount the deposit was. The guy at the boat harbor told us this was going to happen but it was to late. I will never use this rip off company ever again. My advice rent from lake mead boat harbor. Oh if you do rent from them stop at a gas station they dont fill the jetski.

I have rented from The Lake Mead Marina Harbor, and other places. I most honestly say these guys were awesome! Not only understanding but willing to work with you to ensure you have a safe trip.We rented a Yamaha 21ft and enjoyed it. The equipment is efficient and well taken care off. If you need a boat, need a place that is down to earth, dont mind hauling the boat to marina, and need a boat without a prop. This is the place to go.

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a rental place. Our boat got canceled due to high winds but we still wanted to celebrate mine and another’s birthday so we rented 2 can am spyders instead and took them out to Laughlin for the day!! We had a blast. They keep up with highway traffic no problem and they are extremely comfortable !! Don’t worry about what not to bring cause of storage, there is PLENTY of storage. Also we’re able to keep all of our helmets in the storage while we were in the lake. We will definalty be back to rent some more toys !! Thank you again guys we had the time of our lives !!

I had a great time with the boat I got for the day at Skiwi rentals. The easy check in, the informational video laid everything out for me. Once we got to to the lake everything was smooth sailing. The boat was excellent for tubing and wakeboarding. We also got a jam in the boat due to rocks, but we called craig and he helped us with ease. Overall my experience was great with Skiwi and we are surely coming back again.

Do not recomend !!!! They charged us $418 for some scratches on the top of the lid ! When we rented them, they said the only scratches that matter where on the bottom. They sent me an email telling us how much they charged. The part on amazon they “need to replace” was $70 on amazon. Never renting here again. we rented the jet ski for 3 days $800

Took my Sea Doos down thinking i had a rock in the impeller. $$$. Craig came out, looked them over. Said no rocks in the impeller. Asked me to fire it up. Told me a had a blown Spark plug. $40 bucks later i was on my way with 3 new Spark plugs. Great Guy! Great business. You cant put a price on honesty! I was prepared to spent much more. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

This is by far the best boat rental place I have ever been to, not only was the owner extremely easy to work with but the price he told me I would pay was exactly the price I paid. I was late returning the boat due to the line at the loading ramps, he worked with me stayed after they were supposed to close and we chatted for a little. The boat was a twin engine jet boat which is extremely nice to be able to rent, the owner allowed me to use his personal truck and trailer to tow the boat, which is very well maintained and drove great, I also got to see his collection of the jetskis he resorted.I am very glad I rented from here and will happily do so again in the future

Craig and Skiwis team were wonderful. Provided us free GPS for our Cam Am Spyders, chargers etc. When one member of the group got sick during the trip, Craig had the motorcycle towed at no cost!!! After searching a few different Jet Ski rental websites, I came across Skiwi Rentals. The reason I decided to rent from Skiwi was because I was able to locate prices, rental options, and was able to speak with a live person without any hassle. I spoke with a wonderful lady who walked me through the booking process. The prices for the Jet Ski I rented are very reasonable, plus they even offer an SUV rental for those of us not from Nevada, so we can haul the Jet Skis around. Once we got there, the staff gave a very thorough explanation of Lake Mead; places to go, places to avoid, where the most inexpensive gas station is, etc... The machines were in great condition and zipped up and down that lake without any issue at all.My experience with Skiwi Rental has been so positive and delightful and I highly recommend them for any rental they offer. The customer service is excellent and I will be returning the next time I take a trip to Las Vegas.Erik.

At 1st the equipment plug was coming out after he told us how to fix it he gave us Additional hour Even after the store was close To make up for the inconvenience.

Skiwi boat was okay. I just wished they would of told me that it was another issue instead of saying it was carbs then paying for it. Had 2 older skis and one had an acceleration issue the othe did not start. Told them both what was going on and immediately was both carbs. I asummed they new what they were talking about. The next weekend was able to take out. They one that did not start was fixed but the other with acceleration issues did not took back and was told to get new ones. They took it in again to look at and was again ready for me. Took out again to the and the exact same problem and this time fuel was bubbling out of carbs.took in again and again the same response get rid of them we aint gonns be working on those types come next year anyways leaving me to believe they didnt want to work on them in first place. by the end of the week i had to call them and was told that compression was not enough that it was to low. They could of easily told me that in first place instaed of having me pay for the carbs and that not being the issue. Other that they were friendly and talkative till the end when they told me that i wouldnt want to pay for them to get fix. I guess one out of 2 aint bad.

We had a great experience!We rented 2 jetskis and their escalade to tow them which was perfect for our group of 8! Because it was spring we got a fantastic deal. One of the jet skis did die about 100 ft from the dock but they brought us a new one immediately and compensated us for the trouble. This company is WAY cheaper than renting on lake mead so if you are coming from the strip anyway it is a great option!Renting a jet ski is really a hidden gem of tourism in las vegas and I am recommending it to ANYONE looking for something different in their vegas experience.

I rent from Skiwi every time I come back to visit my family and friends in Las Vegas and I will continue to rent from them. The staff is very friendly, professional, caring and honest. Their customer service is outstanding. To illustrate this point, let me share an experience with you. They mistakenly charged my card $812 instead of $218. As soon as they recognized the error they apologized profusely for the mistake and the funds were credited to my account the NEXT day. Usually, you have to wait weeks on end to get a refund from companies. I was very impressed with their willigness to resolve what could have been a really big problem.Their prices and Jet-Skis are the best around---and they even provide you with a trailer. The first time that I rented from Skiwi I rented the budget jetskis. They were great and I had a blast! We were really hoping that they would have a tube we could pull, but they did not. They offered to reimburse for the price of any tube we bought (if we wanted to do so). The next time I rented from them they recommended the luxury jetskis. I took their advice and it was fabulous! There is no comparison---the luxury jetskis are faster, much more comfortable, and without a doubt worth the difference in price.I love renting for Skiwi and it has become a tradition with family and friends to rent from them everytime I come to visit! They are a no-hassle, customer comes first company and that is very hard to find these days!
