Sales manager is incompetent and rude .He said was getting a travel trailer in 2 weeks ago. I asked him if he can track it and he said no they don’t have a way to track it but it has green light as shipped and was supposed come in 2 weeks ago . I said to him there must be away to track it . He said been doing it 30 years And they just say when it left the yard . I called forest River and they said with the vin dispatch can track it . I called the manager back up . I told him this And he argued with me that it’s not his job to know where it is ?He. Said if I act like this how will I act once purchasing it ! Needles to say I won’t be doing business with them . Mister honest is not very honest snd needs learn his job!

I called @ 1 1/2 months ago regarding service for my Honda motor. We discussed motor oil change, servicing the foot and it was recommended I change the water pump as well. Was told the cost would be no more than $300. Took the boat in and after a week or so received a call to let me know it was ready for pickup and the cost would be $ 751 and change. After regaining my wits I asked for an explanation. Was told they did what I asked AND changed spark plugs in the motor. Told Eric we never discussed spark plugs and if it took 3 hours at $98 per hour to change 6 plugs he needed to find another mechanic. Had no choice but pay since my boat was locked in his fence but no sorry or anything. Then the day Im going to pick up the boat I had the bright idea to spend another $ 105 to have the boat cleaned.........surely they cant screw that one up.......wrong! Picked the boat up after hours on Friday the 17th and I truly do not think they even sprayed water on the carpet! I will never spend another penny with this company and will let all acquaintances know as well. BTW...I was forced to give 1 star or I couldnt send the review, otherwise they would have received 0!

Great people and a great place to buy a boat, get repairs, parts or anything you need for your boat. Mike the owner runs a great business.

My son was traveling today from North Carolina to the Bassmaster College Series event at Bull Shoals. He knew he needed to get some Yamalube Oil for the boat so he googled a Yamaha Dealer along his route in Arkansas where he could swing in and pick some up. He had a couple of empty jugs with him so he could get the bulk oil as he has at EVERY OTHER Yamaha dealer we have ever been to traveling across the country fishing these tournaments. He went in and told the service guy he was traveling to the Bull Shoals college tournament and needed to get some bulk Yamalube. The first service guy said sure we’ve got that, then another employee immediately chimed in and said NO, we don’t do that, if you want oil you can buy it off the shelf. WOW!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! You’ve got a college kid 14 hours from home trying to get to a tournament and needing oil for his boat, he’s got empty jugs with him, you have bulk Yamalube like EVERY OTHER dealer in the country and you tell him NO, that if he wants oil he can buy it off the shelf at $40.00 a gallon!!!! Well gues what, you made the sale so I thought I would send you guys this little love note from North Carolina to go along with it. We appreciate the hospitality!!
