The owner’s, Stuart and Kristina are great people, who are completely trustworthy and will do anything in their power to help you. We also worked with Lucas, who is also a top-notch guy! If you are looking to get a boat go down to Boulder Boats, they won’t let you down. Also, Malibu puts out by far the best surf and wakeboard wake in the industry, don’t let anyone fool you. Don’t take my word for it, do your own research and you’ll see how far Malibu is ahead of the rest of the pack.

I really can’t say enough about the staff at Boulder Boats in Henderson. We purchased a used Celebrity 180 boat from the Arizona branch and as with all older boats there were a few snags to sort and as our local branch in Vegas they took on all work required and provided the level service and care that you would expect if buying a $50,000 boat.Nothing was too much trouble and David in sales, Trent in service and Gwen in accounts all went above and beyond. I want to HIGHLY recommend Boulder Boats to anyone considering purchasing a boat. My wife and I are relatively new to boating. We bought a small Yamaha jet boat last summer, and loved it. Then we tried surfing on a friend’s boat, and decided to upgrade. After considering the different options, we felt the Axis line of boats (built by Malibu) represented the best value for us – lots of wake, lots of room, great handling, great ergonomics, and best value for our money.We began by talking with the General Manager, Mark. He took a great deal of time to talk to us about what boat might fit our needs, what boats wouldn’t (and why), and how to get the most value for the best price. He took the time to understand our family’s needs and abilities and our intentions about how the boat would get used most of the time (do you really think you’ll have 17 people on the boat with you?). I’ve been in sales a long time, and Mark comes across as trusted advisor, more than guy trying to close a deal.He introduced us to Dave Humphries (sales person) and Dave helped us consider the different options, and get out on the lake for a demo. We ended up settling on the A24, but the A22 and T23 were in the mix, and probably would have been great choices as well. He offered us a fair price on our trade in, and what we feel is a good price on the new boat.Hayden took us out for a demo, and helped us select some “starter” gear when we got back to the shop. He was considerate in recommending low and mid-price gear for our mostly beginner family. Again here, we didn’t feel “oversold” in an area where I’m sure their margins are good, and they could have pushed products that would have cost us more, and we might not have realized the benefit of. Thank you, and well done.Our thanks to all the team at Boulder Boats. We had a great experience at every interaction. We felt that we, our time, and our business, were valued. We look forward to having them help us service our new boat. Our first boat buying experience could not have gone better. We were indecisive and Lucas was incredibly patient. We found a used boat that we are so excited to have. From Lucas, to the finance department, Kirk who took us out for the water test and taught us how to trailer the boat, and even the sales lady helping find life jackets and boards, I was incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. This is a rare and phenomenal group of people.

Omg, if you want the Best experience in you life go here. We were looking for a great used boat. Not knowing the area, we got on to Craig list and found a couple of boats that Boulder Boats had on the site. We got ahold of David, he got right back to us. We told him we were flying in from Washington and wanted to come by and check out the boats. When we got there, we were greeted by a very sweet girl at the front desk . She called for David, which came and introduced himself with a great smile and up lifting personality. We were taken to the boats we were interested in. No pressure. We told him we would like to try out one of them. That was set up for us. After filling out some paperwork, with no pressure!! We made arrangements to come back and take a test drive.Kirk took us out on lake Mead. The boat just wasn’t running like it should. So they said the would take it in and check it out and fix what wasn’t working. After a few days, we were called back by David.Kirk took us out again and the boat worked great. Kirk is so good at explaining everything about the boat. We asked many Questions, and he knew all the answers.David was so nice. There was never any pressure, great customer service. Felt like everyone there was part of a very happy family. From David our salesman, to Kirk our chauffeur, to Maria, who did all the paperwork, to the guys in the shop who answered some more questions we had . We just purchased a new to us Chaparral Sunesta. I swore I would never buy another boat out of state, but they made the entire process easy. The boat was as nice as described over the phone and in the multiple pictures David had sent over. I knew about any small imperfections before I saw the boat in person. Amazing Boat, Amazing Experience. The staff at Boulder Boats has been incredible to work with. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience with my boat. I have always heard it was more important WHERE you buy a boat, than the boat itself. I believe that statement is true when it comes to Boulder Boats (although their boats are the best around anyway). Several months ago, my wife and I visited Boulder Boats (AZ) after much research and visits to other dealers prior. We were greeted in the lot first by Dustin (GM), who was busy himself, but insisted on helping us with whatever we needed. Dustin immediately treated us as though we were long time friends. Dustin spent hours with us on this initial visit, showing us any boat we were interested in and taking his time to answer all of our questions.We ultimately made our first boat purchase from Boulder Boats and could not be more pleased. We purchased a used boat from Boulder Boats. From the very first phone call to the very last handshakes, the buying process was easy and reassuring. Dave was our sales man, and he has been nothing but patient and kind. He answered what must have seemed like endless questions, sent over 100 pictures, and was great about returning phone calls and emails. We purchased this boat out of state, and therefore relied heavily on communication. When working with the finance team, they too were very helpful and friendly. They worked hard to get us the right approval with a low down payment. When we arrived in Nevada, we were taken right away to the water for a 2 hour, overly detailed test drive. Hayden was absolutely delightful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to our boat. He has a passion for water sports and also answered any question we had. When it came time to leave, we had an issue with the trailer lights. Hayden stayed outside for an extra hour, along with a few other employees, to help determine we had a blown fuse in our truck. We also received a lot of help from JT in the pro shop. He helped us determine which surf board would give us the biggest bang for our buck based on what we want to do with it. Every person we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help us. We do not have one negative thing to say about this dealership, and we will definitely be buying from them again in the future. They are very highly recommended from me!

Purchased a boat online and was given a virtual tests drive. When the boat arrived everything looked great. The first time we took it out we realized that the bimini frame was broken. They did send flaw pics but missed this. On our approach of putting the boat away(first time) we saw that one of the bunkers was floating in the water. While in the water holding the bunker down I realized this is not the first time. The broken bunker had put a gouge in the boat. They said if we were there they would take care of it. I offered to get multiple quotes to fix it but with no reply from them I fixed the bunkers myself. ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE they will not support you of something is not how they represent it.

What an amazing buying experience The staff at Boulder boats is incredible. I live in Las Vegas and bought a boat at the Arizona store. My salesman Lucas works at the Nevada location but took care of everything for me to purchase the boat from the Arizona store. Things couldn’t have went any smoother. The whole transaction was done over the phone. I got to the Arizona store, went for a lake test with Mark which went perfectly then came back and signed all the paperwork with Joelyn. Joelyn was amazing, she explained everything throughly and was just an absolute please to deal with. After the transaction I had a few questions about the boat and one of the technicians stopped was he was doing to come out and help. I didn’t catch his name but he was so knowledgeable, addressed my concern in minutes and off we went. Thank you to everyone at Boulder boats for making my experience such an amazing one!!! You guys are the best of the best!!!

These guys are the best. I didnt feel pressured AT ALL to buy a boat. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me locate a boat and sent me dozens of pictures including damage etc. We demod the boat and Ben who did our demo was amazing. Super nice guy, very very informative and knowledgable in Malibu boats. Lucas was my salesman and he never once pressured other bother me to buy a boat. He let me ask him a million questions and gladly answered every single one without hesitation or frustration. Never once did he put any sort of pressure to buy a boat. My fiancé and I have been shopping for 6 months and went through some serious lows while searching for the right boat. Once we met the staff at Boulder Boats we knew we had to make the long 1300 mile round trip to Henderson. Sleep deprived from driving all night, the Boulder Team made us feel like we were part of their family the minute we walked through the door. These guys are the best boat dealership you’ll ever run across. Having bought boats at various other dealerships, my experience with boulder boats is beyond phenomenal. Starting with David my sales guy. This guys knows his boats. From features to pricing as well as what the other brands have. He’s a very informative person to have in your corner when trying to decide on what boat to buy. He has a “no pressure” sales technique that is hard to find with most salesman. This made the whole buying process more comfortable and easy going. Then there is Brittanie in their finance department. She will find you the best rates and terms hands down. I had a pre-approval through my credit union which I’ve been a member of for over 15 years and she beat them by a full % and better terms. On to TJ that runs the front counter when you walk in. Tell the guy what your looking for as far as accessories, boards, tubes, etc and he’ll steer you in the right direction. Product knowledge is his thing. He’ll set you up with the right products based on your experience level and what your overall wants are. Lastly the guy who took us out on the test drive (can’t remember his name.... sorry). Super nice guy. Spent close to 3 hours with us on the lake showing me and my wife everything this boat could do and had us doing it ourselves so we would be more familiar with it when we take it out on our own. He made sure we were comfortable which each thing before moving onto the next part. We didn’t feel rushed at all and feel like we retained everything he showed us due to his thorough demonstration.Now one major thing people should know from our experience with Boulders boats is that we are not from Nevada. We live 400 miles north in Utah where we have another Malibu dealership that I will say we were beyond unsatisfied with. Their pricing, service and sales staff has no comparison to that of Boulders staff. I would drive even farther to get the service that I received, because honestly you won’t find a better experience elsewhere. That being said, if you’re in the market for a new or used boat. Call boulders and ask for David. From there you’ll know first hand what it feels like to do business with the best in their industry.
