Staff is good and helpful. But the hair... Listen to the other reviews. It tangles soooo bad doesnt matter what you use. On the package looks perfect but after you put in your head and wash you will spend at least one hour daily to untangling it (mine is long). The hair gets reeeally matted! I do not recommend it at all. Very expensive for the quality it is. I never had that experience before buying cheaper ones.

I’ve bought clip ins from the hair shop here and in LA for 5 years, the hair literally lasts me over a year and I prefer it to Bellami which tangled after the second wear.

Cheap hair at expensive prices.

Dont buy extensions here. After just a month, every morning when I wake up they are matted on the bottoms. I also have to brush them out at least 2 times a day to prevent this from happening while Im awake. I have used 5 different tape in hair extension brands and have never had issues like this.

Not as advertised...The hair shop suppose to have a large variety of hair in the store but it doesnt .All the hair I needed and wanted to buy they were out of stuck or they didnt have it...and very expensive in price Not very impressed

Worst experience ever . I’m a hairdresser who went in asking for more info and details . The LAZY receptionist didn’t make any effort to even lift her butt of the chair to answer my questions .The shop looks nothing like the pictures, no inventory, no customer service .
