They’re literally out of stock in EVERYTHING. The person in charge stated she had just received deliveries however she had not put them out yet. Mind you it’s already 11:30 AM. This place needs better management

Great customer service by the lovely girls working the evening of Nov 1st!!! I never write reviews but they were so friendly and helpful I wanna give a shout out esp the cashier. I didnt get her name but my receipt says associate 0631. She was so patient dealing with my forgotten phone # to my account etc. But she was great!!! Thank you!! I know your job is hard dealing with so many people.

I avoided Sephora because I’ve heard bad things about them. I went into this store today because I wanted the Kat Von D matte palette and I’m very happy I came in. I told the girl there I wasn’t confident with shadows and blending and she gave me a couple tricks. She was so sweet. I’m definitely coming back here more.

The worst customer service I ever received in my entire life. The employees were rolled their eyes and give attitudes. I exactly told them what I want, but instead they persistently criticize and telling me what they want me to do. Just awful.

I only go there if I have a gift card and free stuff for my birthday that’s it

Went here to buy some makeup like I always do when I go to sephora and the lady didnt help me find my shade in foundation she helped other dumb lady who dropped foundation all over the floor and ended up leaving cause she just took off after that I wish I chould give them a zero

Terrible customer service I was standing around for half an hour waiting for someone to help me. I ended up leaving and not buying anything, since no one would help me find what I was looking for. The employees here looked miserable, like they didn’t want to do their job. I rather go to a different Sephora.

Unfortunately this is the Sephora closest to my house. They are always out of stock of EVERYTHING. None of the workers there know what their talking about. Their skin matcher machine doesn’t even work! Worst Sephora ever.

Sephora claims to support transgender women and offering makeup lessons to help beginners learn. Yet they hire employees who discriminate. One of their employees was extremely rude to a friend of mine who was asking about these classes. Making her extremely uncomfortable and on the verge of tears.

Worst customer service!! Never ever is this place stocked! Shelves are always empty. And the girls get mad when you ask a question. I asked a question to an employee who was picking up trash and she was so rude! Refused help me find an item I was looking for. She should be happy she’s not picking up trash at Burger King where she belongs!!!

All have attitudes towards their customers not helpful at all . You have to type in your own gift because the sales girls have no idea what they are doing, the store manager has nothing to say besides I’m not sure

Wonderful products

This store has really no samples cuz there all stolen and if they do have a sample they dont have the product in stock very dirty kids runing around playing with the makeup easy place to steal from.

I went to this Sephora tonight to do some early Christmas shopping for my daughter and the employee at the register was nice and sweet, However, she had 2 bags to put my items in on the counter one small and one large, which I didnt understand because all items can fit in the large bag. Once she was done putting my items in the bag she gave me my total of $140.72 and she handed me the large bag as if she didnt use the small one she didnt put tissue paper in smaller bag but the large one. I saw her put the smaller bag back on the counter behind the register I assumed it was empty. When I got home I was excited to show my husband what I bought and two of my Fenty Beauty cosmetic by Rihanna items were missing Im beyond pissed and called immediately and spoke to an operator she said she couldnt help me because the store just closed and to come back in the morning. I hope the employees are not stealing from customers Im writing this review as my proof and hope this issue is resolved Im so upset Fenty is not cheap make up smh! I have spent thousands of dollars at JCPenny over the years I buy a lot of home decor/clothing online and have never had any issues until today in store please do better the employees are more concerned about hanging out and talking at this location no one offered to help either the whole time I was there at least 45 minutes I was in store. Im not a review writer I hate it but who knows how often this happens to others due to employees not being focused on the job their hired to do!

Worst Sephora experiences every time I visit. No matter your status as being a vib rouge they treat you like absolute trash. Employees roll their eyes at you and give you major attitude. Worth the drive to a Vegas Sephora to avoid this awful place. Never shopping at this location again!!!

Firsts time I went to a sephora was the one at the fashion mall and employees were not very polite, felt ignore and had to walk up to one of them to ask for an appointment for my daughter she said they had nothing available but I suggest she check and she did she had 2appt.left fotos the day I schedule both and they said they would call later me to confirm never heard about them again...I gave sephora a second chance and went to the one at sunset walked in 5 employees were there non. Not one of them greed me at all never offer any helped they were just gossiping with each other and they only had one customer who one of them was doing her makeup I purposely stand by 3 of them that were just talking to. Each other In a circle they ignore me the whole time 2nof them walked in front of me didnt say a word. I grab a lipstick and ask one of them were I could fine them to buy them and said she just were u got it u can look for it..And when I asked her what do u recommend cause my lips get really dry she said.. Well I guess u can just try the one ur holding right now and if doesnt help then, I dont know they something else next time and she just walked away... I decided to but when I was paying the guy that was there just said ur ready to pay I said yes...He never greed me after that he just grab he product kept turning to talk to 2 other employees turn his back on me and was talking to them the whole time he was doing the transaction, he only turn to say pass ur card and looked away again I paid he handed me the bag and receipt with not even doing eye contact and saying anything to just talking with his contact workers... Cant believe such a nice Brand has such unprofessional employees this was sent on Saturday July 15.... Might as well go back with MAC...

The most horrible experience Ive ever had I was really excited to come and get my make up done for my birthday dinner tonight but I just kept getting pushed aside and every time I ask a question it was like I was being a bother thanks alot Sephora for making my birthday great !!!!!

Every time I come here they don’t have anything re stocked and the store is really empty. I came in today to get a few things and they didn’t have one thing I was gonna get in stock, the customer service isn’t that great either.
