These guys need to get it together.not up to par. orders are always lost and my customer dont want to hear excuses. I wish this company the best.

Terrible service and always wait 30 mins for parts. Employees just walk around not doing anything while there are people waiting to be helped.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICEIt was 5am when I was woken up by a neighbor about my private water main gushing water all over the street. I ran out, shut the line off and started making calls.When I arrived at Furguson’s I was helped immediately, the proper part was provided and the fix / assembly was thoroughly explained.These guys seriously rock.I had 8 family members staying at the house Gabe it happened. Most plumbers said they couldn’t be there til noon ... Furguson’s came through. Thanks guys.

I was referred to this location by Home Depot because Home Depot was out of stock for the simple outdoor irrigation products that I needed. The staff was completely disrespectful and had an attitude with me while I was trying to ask them if they had the parts that I needed. They didn’t care or even attempt to make an effort to help me out; in my opinion, Home Depot has better customer service and I won’t even bother with this company again.

This is the first time I went to this store, it was for a water pressure valve the clerk was very helpful he instructed me as to the right part to buy I am happy four stars.

Service was good. They were able to order in the same part we needed for replacement. Of course, it would take a week before we could see the parts. Thats the only drawback.

Ferguson’s exchanged my high end water heater under the six year warranty. It’s only been 2 1/2 years and it started leaking. They charged $100 to make the exchange and didn’t explain why.

Just purchased a water heater from Ferguson. Previously I have had good experience with them and honestly I saw other employees treating customers respectfully. The guy who helped me was rude, not helpful. I will definitely consider going somewhere else in the future.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Using Ferguson ( plumbing and hvac ) for all my commercial projects around the states but this location is a big big joke . Reps with lack of experience and knowledge . In my opinion whoever read this review should consider using another supplier or at least different location.

Very knowledgeable staff, if you have a broken plumbing fixture they have the part to repair it. They are open to the general public but cater to the professional. For example, you can bring in a leaky faucet and while they will identify the exact replacement cartridge dont expect them to walk you through how to swap it out.

I buy 2 months moen parts from them the part is stop working . When i call them they cant find any document on that deal. When i ask on the warranty they told me is true moen and they dont warranty this part . When i was buying they didnt tell me moen well send me new if is something rong with my old one. I well never buy from them any thing scam people. Prefer home depot or lowes.
