My wife always wanted a pool table but never had the space for it. Moving in to our new home we realized space was available for a game room. Visiting the Billiard Factory in Henderson we met with Robert who was very helpful. The Olhausen table was the one we liked and purchased. The table was delivered and setup with some backup folks. After using the pool table, a friend mentioned the drawer was not closing flush to the table. My wife noticed one of the pockets the felt was starting to wrinkle. One of the pockets when the balls would fill it up sometimes a ball would drop out. Called Robert and he sent Bradley out to take care of everything under warranty. He went over every part of the pool table and took care of the issues we had. The drawer needed parts and he said the slate was slightly out of alignment. While waiting for parts in the meantime, we installed a billiard table light Robert had ordered for us. Bradley and Ronnie returned later and took care of the drawer, stretched out the felt, leveled the slate and aligned the table under the billiard light and answered all our questions. We are not experts with pool tables but feel very comfortable that the pool table was done right by Bradley and Ronnie. They said you would notice the difference playing and they are correct about that. We are extremely pleased overall and really enjoy our first pool table. We stop by the Billiard Factory store all the time checking out stuff. Thanks to the Billiard Factory team.Dan

OMG! I purchased an Olhausen pool table and it is even more beautiful than it looked in the store. It elevates the room and the set up was amazing. It is so level and plays like a dream! I wont shop anywhere else. These guys rock....

Just got my pool table delivered today and it looks/plays great! The process from start to finish was pleasant working with Robert Romero, especially when compared to some other pool table shops in Las Vegas! I would recommend visiting this location and speaking with Robert to anyone looking into buying a pool table.

I ordered a specialty billiards table from them. They were very helpful and professional throughout the process and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. The install team did a great job! I would order from them again. Highly recommend.

We had Billiard Factory replace the felt and cushions on our pool table. The cushions were cut so bad they needed to be done over. When the service technicians came to install the cushion side boards, they used bolts that were too long and left with the job not done properly. Talking to the service manager Mark, he seemed to not care about the quality of there workmanship. I was also told by there service technicians they do not have the proper cutting equipment to cut the foam that is used for the cushions. Beware of this business. I would give them zero stars, but the review program wont let me.

Never buying online again. Paid $15 for shipping for ups ground. 5 days pass by they never shipped my cue. I had to call them for a tracking a number that wasn’t emailed to me. Then my tracking number doesn’t even work. Unreal never buying from here again. Garbage, if I could give no stars I would

Updating my review:We had an issue with them and the owner reached out to quickly solve our issue. It did take us about a month after our first installation to get the replacement part from their floor display. The communication got alot better.Previous review:I would like to warn you. This location has no communication whatsoever after they have taken your money. If youre like me, its going to drive you nuts. We paid for our pool table back in December 18th, 2017. It wasnt in stock, we were told it should be early January to mid January until the table will be delivery. Not once they called me to give me an update whats going on with the shipment. I reached out to them 4 times already. I made sure the last 2 times I was on the phone with them, I made sure I scheduled the delivery date. I called them myself two days ago to find out if were still on for the delivery for today and what time theyre going to be here. Today is my delivery date, February 3rd. Theyre supposed to be here at 11 AM. Its almost 11:30 AM, not one phone call to give me an update. Im regretting going through with this deal. Its a headache following up with them, since they dont have the decency to call you. I would suggest to stay away.

Robert Romero from The Billiard Factory in Henderson Nevada ( near Las Vegas) is the go to expert for cool, quality billiard tables! He’s earned five stars in my book for his knowledge, willingness to think outside the box, top notch service, diligence, follow through and overall character and warm personality. Not only did I get the pool table I was hoping for, but Robert coordinated with another quality supplier to ensure delivery and installation were done with similar professionalism — all for a reasonable price.As background, I’m doing a major remodel of my home outside of San Francisco and my wife graciously agreed to swap out the piano for a custom, contemporary pool table. So I began what turned into a nationwide search for the right pool table. I found some interesting tables in Florida and NewYork....if I was willing to triple my budget to over $40k, I wasn’t. Next lesson: the industry is very fragmented with few national suppliers making quality control hard to monitor/understand so after talking with nearly a dozen independent suppliers, I decided to look at Olhausen, a old line supplier with a wonderful reputation and quality products that i believe our vastly superior to another national supplier— Brunswick. The only problem was the design options didn’t fit the decor of my house— until I met Robert. Unlike other Olhausen distributors, Robert understood that for a reasonable price, i could have the table built with literally thousands of color combinations! So, the search was on. After getting samples of several finishes, we locked onto a glossy ebony on macassar combination for the apron and legs with a black lacquer finish on the rails and feet. It’s gonna be awesome! No, i haven’t received the table yet. Olhausen is building it now and Robert has agreed to ensure timely delivery and installation post a very unpredictable conclusion to the construction process of my home remodel. I don’t write reviews very often, probably once a year, but i feel that strongly about Robert’s ability to ensure final installation is performed with the same professionalism as the “specing” process. You should too — that is talk to Robert before you make s final decision to buy a quality billiard table ...no matter where you live.
