I love the selection of Fabric that they have here. The cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. The fabric cutting department does get a little backed up so it can be challenging to find assistance with other items in that area. Id definitely recommend this store for great selections.

Always have exactly what I need, even if I dont know what I am looking for. Staff is extremely helpful and non-condescending when I describe the vision in my head that may not be in their usual, particular pattern/need request (as I deal in multi media/purpose arts projects.Love my local store. I sincerely hope they reflect the core values of every branch store everywhere.

Its a good store, but unfortunately the shelves seemed pretty empty. I know many companies are dealing with staffing issues so when we were able to find a team member, she was very helpful.

This place is great! All kinds of at home stuff that would be actually fun and productive. Also there jewelry section is mighty unique!

Love joanns, a little unorganized but I understand companies are understaffed. Just made me stay there a little longer than I thought. I was in no rush. Cashier was very nice and helpful.

I will admit, the way I look can scare or worry folks. But I promise Im a nice guy. Im one of the good ones. No reason to tell security to scan the jewelry aisles as soon as I enter it.

We got what would work for us. Holiday items where 40 to 50 percent off and it was way to high.

Joanna F&C always has those sewing and craft items. Store clean and neat. Easily found what I needed. Friendly check out.

Store looks like an accident waiting to happen. Boxes everywhere, clearance just dumped in open containers, non-customer carts and ladders blocking isles, and thats not including the store looking like its been a Saturday sale day. Every isle had big black boxes at the end. The only reason for 2 star is the people I interacted with were friendly so I do not want to discount the customer serice. Hopefully this store will get an overhaul in the cleaning department.

Great visit I found everything I needed

The bathrooms where really bad! I needed help and finally found someone. They acted like i was really bothering them. I left! No purchase! Went to Michaels

I needed two items: Best Press and a fabric Jelly Roll. Their stock was so low that I was unable to get the type I wanted, so I went home with a lesser choice.

Well organized and stocked with more than the usual Joanns standard stores. Tons of kids crafts and toys, more florals and fabrics. Very little clearance but not over stocked!

I shop JoAnn Fabrics for yarn online. I am happy with the sales and quality of product. But come on with your shipping already! It takes 2 -3 weeks to get your product with standard shipping thats just ridiculous now days to have to wait 2-3 weeks to receive your product. I would buy more but I hate waiting that long. Michaels has same day delivery for just 2 dollars more so I tend to buy from them unless they are out of what I need, Or its exclusive to Joanns. Its sad because I like the choices better at Joanns.

By the time the taxes are added on the discounts really do not matter, but I still like the store.

First you walk in and it is so dark and gloomy you start to feel sad, like your in a old dirty thrift store. Then the high prices hit you. So disappointed in AZ it was my favorite store but they were never dark!Here NV they are all dark. I wont go back terrible dark store when you have bright stores like with better prices like Hobby Lobby who needs Jo Anns. Does the company not realize the only way to sell products is with decent lighting! Save electricity lose cousmer now theres a way to go out of business.

I’ve been going to this store a few times a week and come to the realization at the fabric cutting table, especially in the mornings, that unless you’re a older white woman they will literally skip you and help other customers despite the ticket number system. The first couple times I thought maybe it was on accident, but now I’ve realized I will get a number and they still help other customers who come up later. I don’t know if it’s because I’m male, under 40, or have darker skin, but either way it keeps happening. For the amount of money and times I’ve been here I think I at least deserve to be treated the same as all their other customers and not purposely ignored or skipped over.

I took a learn to sew class tonight with Melissa. I had never touched a sewing machine before. But with Melissa teaching she made it easy to learn and understand. She was a great teacher, she was encouraging and positive. We made pillows which I think everyones came out great. I highly recommend taking the learn to sew class. The class sizes are small and intimate which allows for everyone to learn and get one on one attention.

A very pleasant experience, Im not too big on arts and crafts but the emplyees really helped me find what I was looking for, and my gift box actually ended up being on sale!.. then they gave me an extra 10% off coupon!!

Just ran in for one small item. Clerk directed me to item as she cut material for a shopper. Much appreciated. In and out in minutes.

Very impressed with a representative named Perla. She was at the 1st register closest to the front door. She helped me locate items for a gift basket. When ringing me up she found coupons to save me money. While waiting in line I noticed that she was really hustling, ringing up customers and answering the phone between each one. Due of her service, I will be back to that store again.

Ordered online. It was filled within an hour. Went into the store to pick it up and was out in less than 5 minutes. Item was exactly what we asked for. Would definitely order again.

They have a lot if great craft things and that is why the 4 stars but I took away one from the 5 because the prices are pretty high. I mean they are about 20% higher then Michaels or hobby lobby but they have things those other stores do not have.

How does a fabric store have only one 80 year old woman actually selling g fabric. Pack lunch and dinner. And get a new manager.

If I needed to make a dress I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

There is so much open space they can certainly space out the fabric bolts. Install tables so the ladies can open bolts to see the fabric patterns. Use some payroll to merchandise. It may be me, but the lighting is poor. Given this business survived Covid lets improve this craft especially for the talented staff and customers.

Im not sure what was happening at Joanns it was very warm in there, the shelves were empty in a lot of places, it looked like they were either just opening or getting ready to close. I asked an associate for help, she said Im not sure maybe in the next row all the way to end on the bottom (nope!). They had 1 register open and about 5 people waiting in line. Another associate came after about 10 mins.I dont usually shop here so idk if that is the norm.

Always have what I want. Just make sure to jump on their sales events and shop early for holidays - their inventory goes fast.

For all of you acrylic artist the store has no selection of nothing maybe few bottles of acrylic paint and no pouring paint at all thats all your best bet for big selection is Michaels and hobby lobby..

There were no employees in the area I was looking in and the ones that I did find werent very helpful. They have a wide variety of fabric but nothing that I was looking for at the time

So much selection to choose from when it comes to crafty projects. My favorite part of the experience was when the cashier let me know to go online and get a 20% off coupon as I was checking out. She saved me money when I didnt even expect it!

The cashier is super awesome nice lady, she took the time to introduce me to the store app. I can say that this will absolutely never, ever happen in Joann in Chicago! I am thrilled by the customer service experience in this store!

Used to love this store and the people are nice enough but recently they have changed their coupon system and you no longer get the better discount if something is already on sale. Which they make a problem because whatever the coupon in the app is, they put on sale. Could of saved 50% on an item but was on sale at 30%. So, had to pay More than i should have and to me, thats pretty shady.

All the product I needed but waiting for the cutting table for 1 hour and 45 minutes was miserable when one employee decided to leave her position of cutting to take a cart full of material back to the shelves. Then to watch the others clean the tables more than once because they didnt remember the employee before them already had cleaned the table. It took way too long for more help to come to the cutting table.

Joan is my go to place for framing all my puzzles.

Went and got my VGK material to make a quilt! Nice people!

I like the quality of the products. They have regular sales and clearances. They are slightly competitive with Micheals, but Micheals is more geared towards artists, as JoAnns is for mostly for the seamstress. I love their paper products as they go on sale often. Service is always amazing and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Always a great experience

Theyre taking numbers but overall I had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only person who was asked to stand behind the line was me. That was my only issue.

Its a ok store. Its great for entrepreneurs and those who are into making things. Lots of arts and crafts stuff for kids and adults. Its a good way to help 2020 go by faster and keep the family occupied.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Do not go into this store looking for assistance as you will not receive any. Had Mike which appeared to be of a management position completely ignore the help I required as he couldnt be bothered to help me locate the snaps I needed to repair a jacket of mine.

It took so long to find someone to help me in the store. I had to ask someone to call for help. Lot of walking from one end to another because I couldn’t find an item and no one to help.

A busy place and well stocked. The waiting for fabric was extremely long and then waiting to get checked out was long. I was tired from standing.

Baking dept. Is expensive. I really need it i will go there. I I love the store.

Great products but doesn’t know how to staff fabric cutting lines, it took about 30 minutes for me to get to the front of the lien to find out that there was a pre cut piece of fabric already done...

Not the greatest experience thats for sure. I went yesterday with my husband to get some fabric. One of the ladies that worked their was rude to him twice and had an attitude. When we was finally able to get the fabric, we asked to speak to a manager. Which one never came so we left. If that is how they run their business, I definitely wouldnt recommend them. We ended up getting the rest of what we needed a Walmart when we could have continued to shop their had the lady not been so rude and she didnt seem to want to help. Like we was bothering her!

Place is kinda run down and looks more like a health hazard than an actual crafts store. Ya figure a craft store would be maintained a lot better or at least have some razzle dazzle up so you dont have to see the eye sore that is the store. Maybe a giant pair of Google eyes would have made it more interesting. Either way, most of the stuff my wife was looking for was gone which is kinda good for my bank account. I didnt really want to come to the store but my wife made me so theres that. Maybe she should get a coupon if I stay at home.

It has been a while since I have been in a Joanns but I always love it. Went in looking for Cricut Vinyl, not much in stock today, and came out with a lot of other goodies. Check out line looked long but went very fast.

Friendly courteous workers. Theyre quite busy at the fabric counter so be prepared to wait. The cashier staff are always friendly and courteous. The selection of yarn and accessories are fantastic but quite variable. Recommendation for normal small items is to order online and pick up at store. If purchasing fabric best to go to the store and browse. Never know what you can find.

I sew clothing, and Joann is more of a craft store it seems. The selection of fabric for clothing is not very extensive, so I tend to shop online. There is a lot of quilting fabric, though, and a lot of fleece. Sale prices are good, otherwise, they are pretty high priced.Im not especially impressed with the quality of Joanns fabrics. Much of it is off-grain, so I buy at least a quarter yard extra to compensate. And what used to be 44-45 fabric is now 42-44; this is probably not Joanns fault, but just pay attention to the bolt.I go to Joann only when there are items on sale, otherwise, I prefer to shop for higher quality, albeit perhaps a bit higher priced, at Mood and other quality sites.
