I dont go to the lake without stopping here first LOL. Stop with the little things you need for each trip, but they have outstanding prices on the long-term Investments as well. Like kayaks and bimini tops. You wont find a friendlier staff anywhere else also!

Pretty standard boat equipment store. All three employees were pretty busy doing their tasks and on the phone. After searching the store, I realized this location didnt stock all the stuff that other stores might and they dont sell actual fishing equipment, at all. If youre going for boat stuff, great. If you browsed West Marines website thinking they stock fishing supplies, youre best going somewhere else.

Great sales - look online and then pick up at the store. Convenient good supplies.

Had the drain plug we forgot at home. However, no fishing gear.

This is one of the best boating stores around. From Kayaks to Stand up paddle boards. All the accessories for your boat and watercraft. Safety equipment to clothing. If they dont have it in stock they will order it from there website for you. Great customer service and very friendly. Keep up the good work West Marine!!!

Awesome service. I picked up a fridge and one of the workers spent half an hour changing the door opening from the right to the left for me. What a great employee. Ill be back!

Price is a little steep but the service I received here was fantastic reminds me of what good customer service really is. although the product that was recommended did not work as I wanted it to but then again the grass is always greener on the other side.

I went in to get webbing and buttons to tie down some furniture in my boat. Not only did they have what I needed they even installed the buttons in the webbing for me. Service above and beyond!

They only sell hose by the foot but no sign. I bought 7 of 5/8 hose and needed 6 of 3/4 to sleeve one end at my bilge pump. I had to pay for 1 even though they have no sign. I dont mind paying for it but the clerks answer to me saying they should have a sign was I dont have a way in my register to do that!
