As a CEO of s company, I think it’s just as important to compliment customer service. I was in your sunset location and warmly welcomed. The girl taking my order (Kiara) was pleasant and professional. You didn’t have my bagel available, and she quickly suggested an alternative, cinnamon toast bagel, which is my new favorite. Thanks for the suggestion and courteous service!

I rank this Places a 2 Star. Overall the Food quality is good depending on when you go. Earlier mornings Service is pretty good but once the day gets going you may have wait for your food I usually wait about 15 to 20 minutes for a toast bagel with cream cheese. Staff needs alot of training and attention to detail. My wife and I made a to go order for pickup, arrived at the location, paid and was told be a few more minutes as we waited and getting a bit impatient, so we asked the cashier for an update and my food was sitting in the Pickup spot the entire time. The place is EXTREMELY dirt and Disgusting pretty shameful to see. (My guest bathroom floor is cleaner then this place a bit gross considering you serve food) And its just speaks plain out lazy workers and Management. Management is poor, your team needs better training and run more productive, And clean your store. I love Eisenstein Bagels, one my favorite place eat breakfast, i will no longer come to this Location is been like this for years, so I dont see it ever improving. Shame they make good food. Service and Location is pretty lousy. I will revisit again to if anything said was actually considered. Good luck hopefully you care about your customer and take to consideration to win them back. After these experiences.

I love the bagels, but every time I have gone the service is a painful experience. They usually cant work a register and it is so loud in there if they cant hear you half the time. Also they are so soft spoken for the most part you cant hear them either. Id recommend ordering through the app if you dont mind taking the time and go on Monday when they do a bakers dozen for I believe $7.

This place used to be my goto but service has been going downhill since the pandemic. My cashier today was not very personable or even the least bit friendly.I understand you have to get there early, in order to get the full selection of bagels, but at 10am, the selection is meager at best.Finally, the quality of bagels, just isnt as good as normal. One bagel seemed to be a bit raw in middle.All in all, there are too many other choices. Time to explore other options as this place is undergoing tough times with staffing and customer service

Have been coming here for two years the food and bagels are great but the service is horrible every time I come here! It took me two seconds to get my bagel! Then it took me 10 minutes for them to poor a cold brew from the pitcher to the cup to hand it too me and then guess what the cream pitcher was empty! I was literally the only customer in the store! This location is the worst! Every other Einstein location has been wonderful!! Great food and service! What the hell is the problem in Henderson?????

Somewhat slow, but the bagel was good. not the cleanest store I have been in. most seating is outside.

Staff not trained didn’t ask me what smear I wanted didn’t ask me for a drink or anything else like they didn’t even know what to do only asked if wanted it toasted ...she asked me if I wanted toasted I told the cashier no. I told the cashier b4 I saw the manager cut my bagel n put in toaster if that was my bagel she said yah I said I think I said not toasted...she then turned to the manager and told manager it’s not toasted, the employee looked scared to address the mngr mistake. The manager the huffed and puffed and turned the knob on the toaster with a attitude... I left but I also noticed the whole place looked filthy and in sanitary I used to mange a Bruegger Bagels and this would have never flew with the owner ... sucks every time I’ve visited this location I haven’t had a good experience

Bagels are delicious, and the price it is acceptable. Staff can do better: They did not have boxes to go for the coffee. They were also only two employees trying to take care of a Monday morning crowd.

Plus and minus.. Food was delicious. Order was wrong, was so crowded we decided to just eat what we were given. It was still good so I was still ok. Plain coffee was out, they said they needed to brew more. 30 minutes later when I left, they had not started brewing any more so I just settled for vanilla hazelnut, which was ok, but not what I wanted.

Bagels were amazing and decently priced for what you get. Fresh, soft and warm. My boyfriend had never been here before and he loved it!

Great service! Tried something new today and loved it. The selection of bagels was a little different from other locations but it was a nice difference.

I went there thinking it was going to be so good, because I had been there before. When I came in there were already 4 people waiting and one person checking out. So I ordered and paid. Stood there for about 20 minutes waiting for a single bagel, all employees were laughing and just playing around back there, there was about 5 of them. After the long wait I got a cold bagel and wasnt even toasted! Terrible customer service!

Always love Einstein, first time this location which is pretty busy. There is good corona safety consciousness, no self service of any kind, very friendly staff, but why on earth have they discontinued onion bagels?? Seems like a mistake! Bring them back and I will rate you like I used to. A perfect bagel experience has to have onion bagels.

This place used to be the best. We just moved back and stopped by for bagels and theyre terrible :( Super dry and misshapen. We ended up throwing them away. They were just inedible. Super disappointed. Maybe theyre not bothering to steam them anymore? Or not using purified water and just the gross city water? Not sure.

Although crowded. Had efficient system food was out hot and fresh and made exactly how we ordered.

Had some great food in a clean place. Helpful, nice employees.. what more is there to ask for!

Ok my sister and I went in there for breakfast sandwich and ice vanilla coffees..... I got a perfect ice vanilla coffee my sister just got flavored vanilla coffee they did not put the half and half in there why do they do mine and not hers then with my breakfast sandwich I asked for a couple bagels to go home and I asked them to slice them I get home in both the bagels are not sliced customer service in details need to improve

This spot in particular has never gotten any of my orders correct. I asked for honey cream cheese and got only honey, no cream cheese. Like how??

Ordered bagel and coffee. The coffee was old and lukewarm at best. Not even an apology. Said theyd have to make fresh but would take 20 minutes. Went across the street to McDonalds for coffee. Wont be back.

Had a horrible experience on Sunday, October 4. Ordered ahead on the app for two bagels with schmear and a plain coffee. When I arrived at the store, there were no orders in the Order Ahead area and there were two other customers waiting who had already ordered. Proceeded to have 4 walk in orders and the two previously waiting customers receive their food before me. Checked at the counter and there was my order sitting to the side but never called out. Asked about the coffee and cashier didnt have that as part of order. Lo and behold the coffee was out. I left it. I will not return to this location.

I think this employee was new she gave me the completely wrong coffee after walking away and forgetting to give it to me in the first place. This was after giving me all cinnamon raisin bagels after asking for cinnamon sugar. I even saw her grab them and I told her hey did you grab cinnamon sugar? And she still insisted these were the ones...

If you want to know something about anything, DO NOT ask Carla. Carla barely knows what the sandwiches are made of, let alone the needs of her customers. When requested information upon about sandwich ingredients we received a swift shrug and I dunno. Upon requesting to slice the bagels she only sliced 2 of the 6 I ordered. And when inquired about the Orange Juice being squeezed in store she tossed a quick basically. Even checking out she hassled us, refusing a form of payment I have personally used here before.Total disregard for us as customers. I want to leave a second star because the bagels are good and the rest of the staff is kind and knowledgeable but Carla ruined my day and made both of us feel utterly unwanted in this establishment.

I completely agree with a previous review are used to go here and I just started coming back and it was beyond disappointing. We called and spoke to the general manager asking him to replace the items that were missing he told us it wasn’t his problem. If you think about it he’s correct I’m the one with bagels and no Schmeer and none of the sides or beverages so I guess it is my problem.

This was my first time going to this specific Einstein Bagels and the staff was extremely nice they were so very polite they were fast the restaurant was very clean everyone wore their masks they made the experience very very enjoyable the food is excellent I love the bagels has a breakfast sandwich they have different varieties they have ham they have bacon they have egg whites I personally get the egg whites I would definitely recommend going here and they also have a Rewards program so if you want to join that you get points and you can get free stuff

The Green Chile Cheese bagel was off the hook, the hubs got the Jalapeno Cheese, and the son got the all cheese one. They were PERFECT for our road trip

First time I stopped in for a breakfast bagel with bacon, egg and cheese it was really good but much more the an egg mcmuffin. But it was much better. Only thing they need to do is get Vanilla Creamer. Had their coffee with sweet cream (which was not sweet), had to add sweetener and it still was not to my taste. They do off MANY choices of bagels which I was very impressed with. I will be back for a variety dozen.

The big brunch box was a great value. For a little extra they let us upgrade our bagels. Ill be going back for sure.

Great for breakfast (order ahead & pickup). You can taste the freshness of the perfectly prepared bagel. Only downfall is for 2 breakfast sandwiches its nearly $20. 🤦‍♀️

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Dont go to this location. First they get my order wrong and then they forget to put my drink order on my receipt so they have to put it on my moms. Then they were rushing my mom to finish her order and then the guy at the register was giving her problem with giving her the senior discount on both orders. She was paying for mine too. Then the guy starts having a bad attitude, I just wanted to say something to them but I am better than that. Hopefully someone reads this and this gets handled.

A guy there, super sweet and awesome. Just wanted a gift card and a coffee, couldnt get anyone to help me. Stood there at the pay counter for about a 5 minutes and all staff were busy putting orders together. But no one on register. I wish I got his name,dark hair, white male in 20s, with a light blue shirt. He was delegating the orders to customers, stopped what he was doing because he noticed I stood there for awhile. Got me a coffee order rang up and a gift card purchase. Super nice and sweet. Definitely put a smile in my day and will be back because of his positive attitude was contagious. Thanks bro! As for everyone else thanks for nothing.

Ordered farmhouse and nova lox, took a while to make. The nova had a very small and skimpy amount of everything but the onion.. Farmhouse is great.

Usually love Einstein but this time I went shortly after they opened about 530 am expecting fresh baked bagels and variety but what I found was they only had about 6 types of bagels ready and did not taste very fresh. The girl behind the counter seemed to be fairly new as well not very knowledgeable or super friendly. She didnt give bad Service she just didnt seem to care. Ill try a different location next time.

I went in before work thinking it was going to be a quick 15 minute stop. I ordered a bagel with smear and a coffee. After 20 minutes a guy who had walked in way after me received his order and said it looks like they forgot about you. The cashier overheard and went to check. She then said I’m sorry, we will make it right now. 10 minutes later, i received my bagel. It literally took 30 Minutes to received a one bagel with smear!! Then I was late to work! Thanks Einstein, never again.

I feel like Im always disappointed when I go here. I love their bagels but the selection and service at 11 am on a Monday was horrible. Seems like this franchise would know how to keep up with low inventory of bagels. I just dont get it. And the service is always horrible. I waited in line 20 min the get 13 bagels of limited choice. If the bagels were so darn good I would never go there. Hard to believe this place stays open.

Low on bagels and only 1 kind of coffee. Have been there when they are out of coffee and the place is a mess. Maybe they need more help.Quality of food is good but wait times can be long.

We really love the everything bagel with lox and cream. We don’t have this chain in Santa Cruz so it’s always nice to visit our local favorites.

Very tasty bagels. Great coffee and if you buy an insulated coffee cup, refills are $1 on any return. The Green Chile bagel is the best. The Nova lox sandwich is smokey and creamy. Did I mention they have great coffee. Staff is extremely friendly, especially for an early morning establishment.

The food was delicious. The location was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I really enjoyed their bagel sandwiches the most.

My husband and I have been coming to this location off and on for a number of years. My husband loves their coffee when we go out. Unfortunately the coffee isnt enough to give this particular Einsteins a higher review. The bagels and food are typical Einsteins fare, the location itself is a little lacking, as well as the speed of service.This location has been here for quite a while and is quite a small space inside. Often times during a rush the line to place your order can easily reach to the door. And it often does. Then there is typically a wait after you place your order to pay, and unless you ordered just a cup of coffee there is yet another wait to get your drink and bagel. So after you order, its a good idea to keep an eye out for an open table if you plan to eat here. Have someone in your group snag one as they fill up quickly.There are about 12 tables inside and a counter that faces along the window, which often times makes it hard to find a place to sit and have a morning chat. There are about 4 tables on the exterior of the space, 2 being on the west side of the building which is great for morning shade, and 2 directly in front of the building.We have been to other Einstein locations in the valley and have experienced varying wait times, which is understandable as drinks have to be made, blended, etc., bagels have to be toasted and smeared, and other degrees of cooking depending on the order. However, the Einsteins on Decatur and Charleston seems to have this down to a science. I would strongly suggest having management try to emulate the strategies used there at this location. I would also suggest a larger location if at all possible. Until then, my husband and I typically snag an outside table in the shade as typically we are the only ones out there and it makes it feel like a private cafe.

Stopped by here Saturday morning and picked up a dozen bagels for the guys removing tile. They loved them. Clean, well staffed store, fresh bagels ready to go. Ill go here again & again.

I had lox on everything bagel with cream cheese. A little light on the cream cheese, but it was good. Very nice customer service.

Consistency is best! You always know exactly what to expect at Einsteins. Great tasting food. Good service but this location is notorious for long waits. Do not go if you are in a hurry.

This place cant get it together. They are constantly out of certain bagels and schmear needed to make certain sandwiches. They wont bother telling you if theyre out on an ingredient, theyll just make the sandwich with something else, which completely changes the flavor.

Wide variety of options. My husband likes the jalapeno/cheese bagels; I like the breakfast sandwiches. The coffee is good too. Weekends are extremely busy! Too bad the location isnt a little bigger.

I love Einstein Bagels and have frequentedvarious locations around Vegas for over 20 years. Sadly, today will be our last visit to this location. After several incorrect orders (everything from wrong cream cheese to two bottoms on my bagel to missing items), I finally decided to email the company a few months ago. The managers reached out to me and tried to make it right. Since then, unfortunately, things have only slightly improved. I visit every single Sunday and my order is almost always the same and yet they always toast the wrong bagels, forget ingredients on my sandwich and/or forget my side (potato salad) and pickle or leave out an entire bagel. Today, I once again had to ask for my potato salad, didnt even bother to ask for my pickle because it makes me feel like a nag. As the employee handed me the potato salad, she said and your extra jalapenos are on the jalapeno bagels (something I always order but dont always get); I considered letting her know that unfortunately they had toasted them which I didnt want and failed to toast my everything bagel which I did ask for (and all of that was noted on the screen above the food making area-I checked) but she had already turned to walk away. In my car, I ate my sad Veg Out sandwich, which was not toasted like I ordered and missing the cucumbers and the arugula (it only contained one unripe yellow tomato which I removed, two red onions and some spinach and the cream cheese/hummus). I told my son sorry about The toasted jalapeno bagels but that I just couldnt complain again...I hate having to complain. Some of the employees look at me with no smile when I enter and I think they think Im an annoying customer just because I want my order made correctly. The lady manager has been kind and always reminds the employees to make sure my order is right...but it usually still isnt. Idk, Im starting to think maybe its on purpose at this point :( so we will have to find another Sunday morning breakfast place.

Bagels are good. Coffee is awful. Service is often disorganized and chaotic, depending on whos behind the counter. There are a cpl staff members who are outstanding, and when theyre there its a much more pleasant experience.

Delicious bagels....not to dense or chewy...just right! Wish there were a few more schmere flavors available in the tubs....more with fruits would be nice. I like the free bagel with every bagel pack, and the variety of bagel flavors they have.

Their customer service sucks!!! I spent nearly 45 minutes trying to figure out how to use a coupon that the teller kept telling me that I didnt have and accusing me of trying to steal food from them, only to sit on hold another 30 minutes with their customer service and be told that yes, my coupon was valid. I mean, why issue the coupons if you dont want to allow people to use them? Overpriced bagels and other food items. Im very disappointed that Caribou Coffee decided to merge with them.

Not much of a bagel guy but I stopped in for my office staff and the Einstein crew was amazing. I was greeted upon entering, offered suggestions and was referred to by name during the visit. Im still not a bagel guy but I go there a few times a week just because the staff is so wonderful. Keep it up. And thank you.

Bagels are good, sandwiches really good, coffee very good. Always lines on weekends. Place gets dirtier as crowd gets busier. Staff tries its best to be friendly in spite of sometimes rude patrons. Whenever I was nice and took time to thank them they seemed to really appreciate it. If you sign up for bagel club youll get lots of good coupons.

They switched their coffee from Einsteins to Caribou. What a downgrade. Their egg sandwiches are good. I like the poppyseed bagel double toasted.

I love Einstein bagels normally. But this time I ordered a bagel with egg white bacon avacado sandwich and didnt get any avacado

Ordered dark mocha latte, paid for it, then was told they dont have the dark syrup... Had to settle for milk chocolate.

Avocado toast barely had any avocado and my egg was like a cold piece of rubber. There wasnt much selection of bagels. The person that helped me was friendly though.

First time ordering bagel egg sandwiches. Ordered bacon/cheddar on plain bagel and turkey-sausage/cheddar on jalapeno. I did not check the order in the store. Got to work 45 minutes later and opened up the sandwich, both had sausage no BACON! Huge disappointment. It even says on the receipt what I ordered but the order was wrong. Tried calling them but no answer so I left a message. :(
