This 1 star gose to the tire center. Unorganized, workers and customers agruing while Im just trying to pay for one tire. And they do upsales w/o letting u Kno.

Decent price to put titres on

I come to this location to install a set of tires what I have bought from Walmart and they refuse to do the job because the size of the tires, when I told them that I have done it here before they give another excuse and said can’t install because I have spacers on the truck, don’t come to this location people here are lazy and don’t care about customers

Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Went in to get 1 tire replaced at 10:30 AM and were told it would not take long at all as there was only 1 customer ahead of us with a head light change only, here we are 2 hours later and still not complete. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES HERE WITH 1 PERSON AHEAD OF US. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever and terrible service. Price is inexpensive but would rather spend an extra $20 and find a shop that actually has good timely service. Additionally we were quoted a different price and upon payment the total was $30 extra. When asked why the price change Cindy said that she didn’t add the extra fees to the total when she quoted us. Not how you should do business. Do not waste your time!!! There are plenty of other shops in the area! :)

Auto center always comes through.

HORRIBLE customer service. These people do NOT know what they are doing whatsoever. Came in to get rotate and balance and flat check. Came back and a very rude guy named Steven tried to tell us we did not ask for a rotate and balance. Original girl that we asked confirmed that we did in fact ask for a rotate and balance. We got here at 5:45 they told us at 6:50 that they would go ahead and do it (after we found the manager.) Then a hour and a half later they STRIPPED our lug nuts and told us they could not do it but found a valve stem needed to be replaced. We waited for another 45 minutes for them to do that. We get back to our vehicle at 8:12 PM with our 3 kids and it STILL says low tire pressure. What a waste of time! The waiting area was disgusting and filthy. Will never come back

I bought two Goodyear tires for $170. Great service, great price.The cashier, I think her name was Marcia, was amazing.

Went in for 700 dollars in tires and was in a hurry. Normally I understand a discrepancy as the job does take time. Due to this worry I asked ahead of time if my vehicle would be started on immediately as no other vehicles were ahead of mine. The representative checked the computer and no other jobs were to be started ahead of mine. I have the go ahead was quoted an hour to put the tires on. I come back 20 minutes later and 4 other cars were put ahead of mine and I was then told that my vehicle could not be completed so I asked for my keys back. Worst Wal-Mart tire center I have had to deal with and they could care less that it affected my schedule and plans.

The staff are helpful and honest. Ive personally never had a bad experience with them.

Bad service with calls. This is my fifth time this year calling them for price quotes or other questions and they talk like we’re wasting their time... Next time say the business department you guys are in and sound like you guys like your job. So frustrating.

I believe more than 3 hours wait to replace my battery slowest people work here if I would have known I would have kept going to Costco Am glad Am a Costco shopper.

Took more than 2 hours to replace 1 tire!!! Not 4 tires but 1 single tire! My car was the only one who in line to be serviced when I arrived. Their employees are very slow and inefficient.

Horrible customer service. Don’t bother calling they don’t answer. Mr ponytail and lip piercing was still in the 80’s and not willing to even look if the tires I ordered were delivered.

Very upset ! When looking at work order before laying noticed they put the wrong oil in my car . Not only that but overcharged me 39.99 for some thing they did not even do . NEVER AGAIN

Tried calling auto center 9/22 at noon today was placed on hold for 5 minutes after being told just a sec hung up tried 3 more times keep getting disconnected, lousy service
