I do like the quality of parts from Napa as they are better then most stores. My complaint that put them at 2 stars was the manner in which my item was delivered in and the complete lack of customer service/ support that was given after I contacted Napas customer support. I was told the only way to deal with the issue was to call during the hours of either 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. cant recall which nevertheless there was no feel of sincerity or anything in the email. I have a big issue with the hours cause I work Monday through Friday and typically get to work at 6 in the morning and leave between 6 and 8 at night. This then means I will have to call while at work to try and deal with it that way. Unfortunately for me its a bit inconvenient. Anyways keep in mind the item was delivered by Napa while I was at work and my wife was there for the delivery. The delivery driver and his Co worker had both told her that everything was in the box and its completely undamaged. My biggest concern with the items being thrown around is the worry of bolts for this item. It is a engine lift that absolutely needs the correct size and strength bolts installed in the correct spot.

Ordered a headlight and socket from this store and it was delivered bright and early in the morning. Couldnt ask for better service. Just wish I hadn’t forgot to tip the delivery driver. :(

DO NOT BY PARTS HERE. I DID AND IN WAS NOT GOOD FOR ME, HAD TO GET TWO DIFFERENT ONES FOR MY A/C CONVERTER.WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN THEM THEY SAID ( I HAD TO HAVE A CERTIFIED SHOP INSTALL IT) NO ONE BUYS PARTS THEN HAS A SHOP INSTALL.THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!! STAY AWAY FAR AWAY.

They got a few selection of disposable gloves for anyone still looking for it.

Great service,needed some parts and they had them delivered from another local store in 3 hours.

This store is going down hill fast.Another time I was on hold for 31:15Yes I could have just hung up but I wanted to see how long it was going to be. I drove there while on hold and there was 1 customer that came and went when I was on hold for 10 more minutes.

Meet place. If you like the old west and the western movies, this is a great place to visit. A lot of interesting stuff to see.

These is not a discount tool place, however they have the right parts and knowledgeable staff to help you get your to projects done easily. I tell friends kick a buck and buy a good quality tool, and not from the place that sells cheap stuff to only use once.

Ordered a battery on line and sent the order to this store. Order wasnt received here because they apparently have a glitch in their ordering system. Clerk was kind and accommodating and finally sorted it out, but the wait was far longer than necessary, especially since online ordering is so common these days. I would have given a 5-star if Napa had their ordering system straight.

Hell of a place to get your car parts for very low prices. My man Jerry helped me out and his customer service was excellent...FYI The store is having a sell on most parts till the end of November.

Terrible customer service, was looking for a part for the truck and he was just talking to his friend and after 5 minutes he still hadnt even acknowledge me or bothered to talk to me. So went to OReilly and received the customer service that was needed Will never shop at a Napa again

Just lost this customer. I called for a filter. Told them I would be there shortly. Never once did they say sorry we are about to close. To make matters worse. The reason I had to come was because they sold me the wrong filter to start with. Im sorry, my time and money will be better spent going to Autozone. Goodbye Napa.

Very poor service. Went here first for bolts to go on my skid steer wheels. Slow, wasted my time only to tell me he couldnt find it I later found it on Napas webpage online, that is after I had gone to 3 different AutoParts store, 2 equipment stores and NVBolt. If you need a part from Napa, Id pick a different location.
