First time buying a BMW and I was very happy with my experience. Carlos, the salesman, answered all of my questions and kept me up to date on the status of the car (it took a few months to arrive at the dealership due to all the global supply chain issues). When the car arrived they gave me a lot more money on my trade in than I ever expected. Everyone there was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I cant think of anything negative to say about the folks there. I will definitely be a return customer.

Check engine light had come on and off and other sensor lights were also showing malfunction or concern. We took our BMW to our regular mechanic (who specializes in BMWs), who told us that we would have to take it to the dealer. Made an appointment very easily at a convenient time. Ian helped me and told me that he would call me back with the issues found and estimated costs, he gave me a time that he would call. True to his word he called roughly at the time he said he would. Turns out that small rodents had made a nest in the engine and chewed through some wiring. Ian informed me that this is apparently a common problem here due to the excessive construction. He is currently helping me with documentation to submit this to insurance. The dealership, as they always do, washed my car and it looked amazing. I cant say enough great things about this experience with BMW of Henderson and Ian. Excellent communication at every juncture, Ian found me discounts where he could apply them. It was a very positive experience. Will definitely use their repair and maintenance services again.

Very disappointing! Brought car to have my halo light bulb replaced and was quoted over 3K parts labor to repair! (did not need all the parts they said I needed). I see why most people are afraid to buy a BMW due to repair costs! Pure laziness and disreguard on the dealerships part, for saving the customer money! I ended up buying the bulb on E-Bay for 20 bucks and paying Christiansons Automotive $150 to install it! Saved $2800 not going to BMW for repairs! I am very happy I did this!

I just moved to Henderson from San Diego. I was happy to know theres a friendly and professional BMW dealership close to me. I needed my 35k maintenance for my X5 so I stopped in and met my advisor Ian. Ian was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Ian quickly got me in and out. The one repair I elected to do was done competently, but took the whole afternoon to complete. I passed on 2 other repairs that were not urgent, and, I thought prohibitively high priced. Shuttle service was good. Service advisor, Kyle, did not quote me on repair of broken trunk release handle, but said on service receipt that I had declined the repair?? I was taken aback by one thing. I wanted to use a particular cc for my $900 repair, but could not find in my wallet. I used a different card, then Kyle found the preferred one on the floor. Apparently Kyle didnt know how to credit back my first card and run my preferred one instead. And there was no cashier on hand to redo the transaction.

The answer was yes. But first I wanted to confirm that they had the Airbag in stock before I drove 90 minutes from Laughlin. I was put on hold for several minutes, eventually told: Yes, they had the Part in Stock.I drove the 90 minutes and relinquished my car to the Service Department at Henderson BMW. After waiting two hours, the Service Advisor came to the waiting area to tell me: My car was taken apart, but they did not have my Airbag in stock and that they would only now, order it.I held my composure and told them to please put my car back together so I could leave.Two hrs later, my car was back and I drove out, only to notice, before I left the Dealership Property, that the Drivers Side Airbag annunciator light was illuminated, indicating that the Drivers Side Airbag was inoperative.I immediately drove back into the Service Writers area and asked them kindly to address the issue.One hour later, they returned my car to me and I left, after spending a total of five hours at the dealership.I was told that I would be contacted shortly, as soon as they received the Airbag.Two weeks later, I called to check on it as I had not been contacted.I was placed on an 11 minute hold, only to be told that they knew nothing about my Airbag.I am appalled at the staggering ineptitude of the Henderson BMW Dealership and I wonder if I will ever be contacted by them to replace my Recalled Airbag.If anyone at the Henderson BMW Dealership ever reads this, I hope someone will have the decency to emeliorate this situation.Thank you for your time, as no one at the dealership seems to care about my time.Respectfully Yours,Captain L.S. I had a amazing experience purchasing my vehicle. I inquired online about a car Carlos immediately texted me and got back to me. He drove the vehicle to my office so that i can view it. He informed me that one had sold but that I could build my own online and asked me to come in so that he can assist me. I came in Saturday he was busy with another customer, but had his co worker Kyle assist me. He was as awesome as Carlos was. I explained to him i was shopping around the last few months because I did not know what kind of car I wanted. Every other car lot I got Terrible customer service and could not see myself going into such a place for next few years to get my car serviced. I was able to get my dream car and these 2 young men Carlos and Kyle made it happen to me. One of the most expensive, but easiest transactions I’ve ever made! Rafael sold me my X1 and was super nice to work with and know I can always reach out to him with any problems. Chloe showed me the features inside of my vehicle and was also super helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience. The finance guy did say some dealerships are actually doing markups of 5k and they dont do that he was a little surprised when we said that is what they did on our car. definitely an awkward moment.

Greatest service ever. Carlos is the man. They were so nice and friendly. We did not feel forced to buy a car from them but they were so nice that we wanted to give them our business. This is not a normal car dealership. Most dealerships you go to will have people that come a swarm you. Here you can walk in talk to the manager, and then he will send you to a great salesman. They were very accommodating and the best service.

The team at BMW of Henderson were very attentive during my visit and made me feel welcome and kept me informed during the buying process. But that is where it ended. I have called back a couple of times with questions with no response. They are a car dealer so what more should I expect. The after sale support was much better at BMW of Murray. I am lowering my review. Called again to find out the status of my vehicle title. They said they would call back. It has now been 2 days and no reply. Beginning to believe they cannot deliver title. If you are out of the state of NV I would recommend going somewhere else.

I brought my vehicle here for service back in July when I was having issues during a cross country road trip. They had my BMW X5 for 5 days and I had to call them regularly to get any kind of update. Instead of calling I stopped back in one day and they updated me that my vehicle needed a water pump, new belts and tires for $2,400. I didnt understand how a water pump and belt issue was causing a limp mode issue with no overheating.. but I agreed to service. Then the service guy caught me as I was departing via rental car and told me he made a mistake and confused my vehicle with another customers and they were still figuring out the issue with my car. Then over the course of the next few days I called over and over with each time being told they were still trying to diagnose the issue. By this time my daughters tournament and our family vacation time was exhausted and we were paying each day to extend our hotel reservation so I stopped back in to the dealership and was told by the service that they still werent sure of what the issue was. It could be the small turbo, but we arent sure. So I asked if the vehicle would get me back to Austin and they informed me it would. So I asked for my vehicle back and they gave me a discount and only charged me $700 to let me know they didnt know. When I got the vehicle home and on the diagnostic software it was determined that I was suffering from a malfunctioning MAF sensor. Once the MAF was replaced all issues were resolved. Why couldnt this dealership figure this out? I will give an extra star because they were nice in each interaction and they did wash my vehicle before returning it.

Four days ago, I would have gladly given a four or five-star review for the service we received from BMW Henderson as the purchasing experience was relatively painless. However, after my new to me used VW Toureg had battery/alternator issues and stopped working, the service and sales team at BMW told me it was my problem! I have not even made my first payment on the vehicle. Its now a lump sitting in front of my home. I cant even use the key to get into the car to jump it, not that the battery would stay charged. When speaking to the tow guys, he said our battery is fine, and we need to get a new alternator! I do not think we should have to spend $900-$1500 on a car we just purchased. Its ridiculous. When requesting to speak to the sales manager, I never received a call back when our call was disconnected. I have since left two voicemails. I work in customer service, and this would be unacceptable. So, yeah, thats a one-star for me.

This was truly a horrific experience. The service rep always took 2 days to return my calls. Though I was always offered a loaner at other BMW dealerships, It was denied here EVEN THOUGH the repair job is going to cost(another story), $9400. But they really nailed the nightmare when they returned my car with hard water deposits ALL OVER IT, because they left it in the rain. I WILL take it back to have them detail it. I would like to give more stars but I didnt have the best experience overall. My service advisor Manny was nice enough and I didnt really have too much issue with him. The intake process went ok, I got a loaner (which I had reserved). I was a little surprised to learn that the although i got the extended warranty I still had to pay for the annual service (last year the warranty covered the service). It is what it is.Regarding the pickup, my car was supposed to be washed before i picked up and I was told the car had been washed when i was paying the bill. They bring the car around...its not washed. I ended up waiting a bit longer for the car to be washed.The next as i was leaving home the tire pressure light came on. Tires were checked during my service so this was a bit surprising to see. Turned out the service folks just forgot to hit reset. They also kept all my tire air caps.Manny is ok but overall experience this time was not great.

I wish I could give a better review but the service I received from Ian was less than stellar. My appointment for rear brakes was at 9:45am. I did not leave the dealership until after 4pm and they knew I was waiting in the lobby for the vehicle. First in the list of things that added to my unpleasant experience was Ian quoting me the wrong price for the brakes. Then, when he approached me in the lobby telling me the vehicle needed front brakes too and asking for my authorization, he showed me the correct price of the rear brakes and asked for approval to move forward with both. When I asked why the price changed he said they didn’t realize this was a different series vehicle and had larger brake pads and they have to get them from the other BMW location. They scheduled this appointment for me and the vehicle has been here before and they didn’t know what kind of pads I needed and didn’t have them in stock? That was at 11:30am. Then, at 2pm, he told me that actually the front brakes are on back order and they won’t be able to do them right now and that they were just starting on the rear brake replacement after I had already been waiting for 4 1/2 hrs at that point. Ian also had the nerve to ask me multiple times if I would “help him out” and give him a 9 or higher on his survey because he gets flagged for anything less and last time I only gave him an 8 so he was flagged. If you want a better survey score, please provide better service worthy of it. Don’t call me out on the previous rating I gave you and then ask me to do you a favor. He never once apologized for anything and never asked what he could do to make it a better experience. He only updated me one time on the status of the vehicle. I had to go find him twice to see when it would be done. I will not be returning to this location.

TERRIBLE experience dealing with theses guys with my LEXUS LS460. They had my car for over 3 weeks and never repaired it. They rented a car for us to later end the rental without informing us when they sent my car to a LEXUS dealer. ( By the way, who treated us like family). We were never even offered a bottle of water at BMW of Henderson. The service manager from BMW ended the rental and never till this day answers my calls to explain why he did that and never informed us and stick us with a $200 bill from Enterprise. I wouldnt have written this if its not true.

Came in for an oil change and the mechanic found an oil leak. My Service Liaison found the necessary repairs could be made under Warranty so the repairs cost me nothing. Always nice when the car gets fixed for free.

I bought a vehicle there in Henderson. While buying everyone seemed very attentive but highly pretentious. After the loan cleared several days later, nothing but problems afterwards. There were several problems with the car which they had promised would be fixed. I took the car in to have it serviced. Many of the paint issues were not resolved even though I mentioned it. A button was supposed to be replaced but apparently came broken to them. BMW…. really? I’ve had better service on my Nissan. They told me they would reorder a new button and contact me the next week. The week has passed and no one has gotten back to me yet. Theses guys act nice but highly arrogant when you are in the shopping process but then after you buy you are a second class citizen.

Overall fine. I told the service advisor that I was getting an Exhaust Fluid Reserve < 1000 miles notification in my vehicle and he entered customer states leak.... This reveals a clear lack of attention by the service advisor.

The BMW Service Department is terrible. They ignored me upon arrival. They didnt have a loaner car for me, despite delaying my appointment for a week in order to reserve a loaner. They then just shipped me off to Enterprise Rent-A-Car for them to deal with me, adding another 90 minutes to my experience with them. And finally, it took a week for them to fix my car because they didnt have the parts on hand. They are the dealership, they are by definition supposed to have parts on hand or at the very least able to get them within 24 hours. This experience was so disappointing that I am now actively shopping to get rid of my X3 so that I never have to deal with that service department again.

I needed batteries replaced in my X5. My service manager was Kyle. They did exactly what was needed, contacted me in about 2 hours to pick up. I arrived to a washed and vacuumed car. They also topped off my gas tank! Great service!

I travelled halfway across the country to trade in my Mustang at this dealership for a newer one. I worked with Darnell, and he did a fantastic job at making sure everything went smoothly. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships, and this one tops them all. Totally recommend buying from them if you’re in the market!

The staff at BMW Henderson is fantastic. Ian and his manager Ronnie went above and beyond to assist me. Traveling from out of town I had my BMW serviced at the dealership for some mechanical issues. Ian and his techs had my vehicle repaired and back on the road in no time.
