I never leave reviews, however I have had some major frustrations with this shop. I had a bed extender put in my Tacoma and it was mounted in my bed crooked, very crooked. They needed up leveling it out for me, but now the bed extender sits at an angle from front to rear as they had to Jerry rig it to sit level from side to side. Pretty disappointed as this is a super simple thing to have installed.I decide to give them another shot doing a line x on a a new F-150. Well aside from the stickers and silicon in the bed they use to Mount the line x plaque, they refused to remove the sticker or the silicon mess in my bed. This was super annoying as they know that I am a critical customer and it should have been obvious I don’t want stickers and glued on plaques on my truck. To add insult to injury, they actually got line x in my tail gate hinges so it doesn’t even close right as the locking mechanism doesn’t rotate freely any longer. Hard to say how irritated I am. Being I am going about $10,000 worth or more work to my truck with AMP steps, coilovers, rear shocks, UCAs, and a Tonneau cover. I’m not sure I can feel comfortable using the same shop.

Had my Line-X done on my F150. The work was great. Service wasnt great, they canceled my appointment without telling me, but when I came in they fit me in.

My experience with 4 The Truck can only be described in one word ...... ~Awesome~I waited 7 months for a bed cover for my 2020 RAM truck from the dealership. A good friend suggested to call Ryan at 4 The Truck in Henderson and see what he could do.. What a blessing ~ In less than a month, I had my new bed cover on and she is looking good.... Shipped wrong part but accepted return and credit. Description of fit was the error.

Charged me $155 for an “alignment” but didn’t actually change any of the alignment.To clarify, there were no adjustments made to the alignment.. But I was still charged the full price of an alignment.

I walked in, discussed with Terry about doing a lift and tires on my 2015 ram3500. Terry was very friendly and knowledgeable; answered all my questions and concerns. Once we figured out a set up, was able to squeeze me in 3 days later, even when their schedule was booked. Had my truck completed in about 5 or 6 hours... The guys did an exceptional job! Was very happy with the lift and tires.

Tough guy Rob is not friendly at all or trying to keep his customers. I spent 6k at this place and they are not trying to keep repeated business. Instead this dudes ego took over and lost another customer. Try going back to customer service school.

Anyone see the completely horrible job they did on the Corvair build for Winder Towing? Took over a month, the first attempt fell off in sheets, the second attempt was peeling day 1 and the whole.(Bright Yellow) paint job is covered with overspray. 362k views of the video in 2 days - work would have NEVER left our shop looking like this, period. If there was a fundemental problem with doing the job for the customer - prep refusal, out if scope work, DONT DO IT. No excuses!

Tell you one price over the phon and then jack up the price when you get there

Called and asked a simple question over the phone about installing a part I purchased elsewhere and the guy I spoke to over the phone said they don’t install part thats not theirs, its all good except the person is not friendly and enthusiast enough to be on the phone with customers. He was rude and even if you say “thank you” he will just hang up on you without saying bye. If they are that rude over the phone then I cant even imagine how they are in person. People please stay away from this business. Take your business somewhere else where they would treat you like a valued customer.

They dont answer the phone. The voicemail says to send a text. They never respond. Are they out of business?

They did a terrible job on Matts Corvair build. Its almost unbelievable. As a collision repair technician and painter, I know personally that you just cant do this, or let it leave the shop. That was the worst Ive seen, liner literally pealing off. Check the YouTube video on Matts offroad recovery! Sad disgrace!

This is the place to go for lifting or lowering your ride! Quality, Quality work and the results will speak for itself! I have had 2 trucks lowered and beds applied with Line-X. Very fair prices! If you look for the cheaper fix, especially for lifting or lowering, guaranteed you’ll regret it! Sign me a customer for life!

They did my line-x in 2 hours. Looks perfect! Call ahead of time and schedule because this place is always booked out. Terry was able to answer some questions over the phone and was helpful in showing me another cool product at their showroom. Professional business that does quality work.

NOT FOR MY TRUCK! These guys are a joke!The couldn’t even figure out how to properly align a 2020 Ford F-250. Donny told me one of my steering stabilizers were leaking so that’s what was making it pull. The truck wasn’t pulling it was literally drifting from one edge of the lane to the other. Just like a ping-pong ball. Do yourself a favor find another place!

Theres a waiting room. You could spend a lot of time there if youre comfortable with that. The dude that helped answer my questions told me everything I needed to know, and that dude was also waiting. The other guy, that guy that cant answer any questions about the products he says he installs, he taught me about my truck, and I really appreciate this spot.This place is best if you live far out of town and are looking to really do something new to your truck.

So, round August 2019 I bought rims and a Line-x bed liner, from them, I finally hit enough miles for my first oil change, was at Chevy dealership and was told they couldnt do the tire rotate due to a cross threaded lug, come Monday morning I called 4 The Truck with the problem, was told to bring it in and they would check them and see what could be done and should be under warranty, they definitely checked, had pics ready to show but really found out the dealership didnt try to hard, nothing wrong with studs or lugs, all the while was treated with respect and humor from these guys in person and on the phone, it was no charge for the investigation, felt alil less manly for not checking myself (I live in a apartment) but took it with a grain of salt, these guys at 4 The Truck are professional and understanding, would recommend them for parts and service, thanks guys,,

Just had a Line-X bedliner sprayed in my RAM 2500. Overall a great experience, and the bedliner looks amazing. It was a little pricey though. I dont know how it compares to other areas, but $672 (Premium - out the door) seems high. Im happy with it though.

THIS PLACE IS EASY TO MISS - When arriving at the google maps location marker, you have to travel around the back of the office center. Confusing, but dont give up.Had a great encounter here at the store. Hoping to order some custom parts, and havent heard back yet, but the staff was very kind and helpful. They are a licensed A.R.E dealer for anyone that wonders. Lots of stuff here, and guys that know trucks. Store is very clean, and while not huge, still has the variety youre looking for. Consider this my recommend for your truck needs.

To be fair, its been almost a year. I got the amp research power steps installed. Today, came out of the car wash and every bolt was loose. Still they were still there, but its called locktite, fellas. 🤬

Ive checked out other shops before I found this particular shop and in my honest opinion, this shop is the best!1. Customer service, CHECK!!!2. Great prices, CHECK!!!3. Quality of work, CHECK!!!Im a pretty picky person and Im telling you, this shop is OUTSTANDING! The guys up front are very knowledgeable and helpful and the techs in the back do some awesome work! Dont even waste your time and money at those so called nationwide 4wheel shops and other BS custom shops. Youll just end up with headaches!I give this place 10 of 10!!!!

Took my vehicle in today to get lifted after a good friend referred 4 The Truck. Was greeted by the owner Ryan. Ryan was very helpful and discussed what I was looking for in the looks and purpose dept. He helped me choose a wheel and tire package along with the lift. Ryan was very knowledgable about all the products available. His counter person Adam even assisted with some technical questions. Once my truck headed to the back I met Josh the installer and felt confident in his skills. While i was waiting I also met the office manager Christine who was a pleasure to talk to.The truck now looks awesome and am more than pleased with the outcome. I was surprised to hear they had an in house tire mount and balance machine as well as a laser alignment rack. Really a 1 stop shop! I have had my last 2 vehicles lifted at local shops and have not had this kind of service. Top notch guys keep it up!

My experience has always been great with Adam and Matt from 4 The Truck. Adam has treated me like my truck is his own. It is hard to find old fashion good quality service out there, however at 4 The Truck that is exactly what you get. I bought Wheels, Tires, Headlights, Lift Kit, Line-X and custom accessories. I love the LED bar they found and Installed for me it looks great. 4 The Truck employees have pride in what they do and are second to none in my opinion. Great quality service professionally done!

I LOVE this place. It has everything you need for your truck. The prices are great and the staff is wonderful. They really know their trucks, and the products they sell. The techs that do the actual installing are perfectionists! I would drive the 30 miles from my house in a heartbeat for anything my truck should ever need in the future! If only I were rich.... I would have one of everything installed at this place.

Interacted with them for under 5 minutes. Manufacturer shipped a product to their store when I purchased it, they made it seem like it was my fault. Proceeded to tell me it would take them 2 hours for a bolt on exhaust and $340 to do it. Tense times racially I get it, but the whole interaction felt uncomfortable, wont be back. Which is unfortunate because they are 1 of the 2 A.R.E. camper shell distributors here in Vegas

Tires & wheel purchase, highly satisfied. CLIENT FOR LIFE! - I came to 4 The Truck thinking I knew everything there was to know about wheels & tire fitment.... well, it turns out I knew very little! HAJimmy, of 4 The Truck patiently listened and later presented me with the best solution which resulted in my dream truck.How did he do it?First, he could of easily taken my original order and sold me wheels and tires that barley fit, resulting in an uncomfortable ride, more money spent, and little satisfaction. Instead, he asked very effective questions, counseled me on how tire measurement, camber, wheels and offsets affect & work with selected lift kit. Proud to say I purchased the right tire and wheel package. Ultimately, this meant a lot to me.Also, since 4 The Truck is one of TOYO TIRES biggest dealer, Jimmy was able to negotiate and provide competitive pricing = savings!In the end, I concluded that no on-line tire shop can replace that face-to-face knowledgeable service I received from 4 The Truck. Ask yourself... is the little savings you may obtain from a online tire shop worth more than face-to-face professional help? NOLastly, only regret with accessorizing my truck was purchasing an on-line lift kit. Should of paid a little more money and purchased a more reputable lift kit from 4 The Truck!Thank you 4 The TruckAll the bestMichael

Bed liner looks great rack will do nicely

What can I say.... just another shop that over promises and under delivers. I purchased an auxiliary fuel tank and although the install work seems good their customer service is severely lacking. They couldn’t have my install completed when promised. I received a call about 3pm saying they hadn’t even started on it and needed to keep it an extra day even though my truck was there at 8am as they requested. (BTW a tank install is a 4 hour job) Then I had to chase them the whole next day and it still wasn’t ready until 4pm. Every time I called they made me feel like I was bothering them. When I did pick it up they told me I had to go to the gas station and put some fuel in the tank so they can test for leaks. Shouldn’t that have been a part of the install? I mean they charge $120/hr for labor. I won’t do business with them again.

I have used 4 The Truck in the past and they were good. Recently when you try to contact them through their webpage it takes forever. They have a monopoly on Line-X and charge more than dealers in Cali and Utah. I ended up going with another liner developed by the original creator of Line-X.

Best shop in Vegas, hands down. While I was initially miffed that the install took a little longer than projected, it was well worth it. They didnt want to rush just to meet an estimated date, so they take the time to ensure the job is done right. Adam and Matt are awesome!

I love this place. I first met Wes when I was shopping for a set of rims and tires for my 02 Duramax in 2018. When it came time to put rims and tires on my 13 Silverado I went straight back to Wes at 4The Truck. I will return to Wes when my 05 Avalanche needs rims and tires. See you soon Wes!

Recently had a wonderful experience taking my Nissan Titan to 4 the Truck for a Line-X bedliner for the very first time. Got a great price and the communication was incredible with Christine via FB. 4 the Truck did a great job with the Line-X which makes my Titan look brand new. Quality work and helpful service. Ill be taking my truck back in the future for any further parts or accessories.

Very over priced! & the staff is NOT professional. You can easily smell the stench of weed off of them as if they smoke it in the back of the shop. I came here for a quote for my truck and laughed at them. Its like they make their prices up on the spot or base it off of what you look like or drive.

This review is midway thru a rather long quote process. So there will be one update to it but I wait for a call....I call make an appointment for September 25th on the recommendation of a acquaintance that had a lot of good things to say about them. I go in for the appointment check in with Wes and tell him what I think is wrong. The mechanic checks it out and tells me some of the stuff I had concerns about are all good but some other stuff is not. They charge $60 to check things out and that $60 goes towards your repairs. I say ok great let’s get things rolling and Wes says ok just need to find the part numbers and when I do I will call you and you can pay for everything. I don’t hear anything the next day September 26th so I call at 4:30pm before they close and speak to Wes who says he’s working on it as we talk..ok. The next day September 27th I get a call at 12:30pm and it’s Wes telling me he has not forgot about me and just needs to find one more part. Now we skip ahead 8 days to October 5th cause I have received a call, text or email. I call at 9:00am and speak to someone who just answered the phone with a “hello”. I say that Wes has forgot about me there is no call coming Therefore I want my $60 back I feel like you forgot about me so therefore if I don’t matter to you I’m not going to go to you. During the eight days down time frame I was able to get an appointment with 4wheelparts have them check out the truck and the parts are on order and I’m going in to have it repaired. Currently i called at 9:00am is 11:00am and have not heard back from 4thetruck. Standby called again just to get closure on yes refund or no refund they took my number and will call back. Update called Justin and Eric never got a call back. I’m going to assume this happens a lot and it a business model. Stay away imho.

I purchase a Backflip MX4 Tonneau cover for my truck, & Mr Wes Cade made it better. He went out of his way to accommodate the scheduling to fit my needs. The price of the product was reasonable comparing to other places. I will not hesitate to recommend, and go back to do business with 4 the truck any time I need one of their products. Once again. Had 4 the Truck install a leveler kit on my 2500HD GMC 2 weeks ago. The lift is fine so far but the truck pulled to the right when I got it back. They told me it was a brake issue even though it wasnt an issue prior to there install. I went back in after having the brakes checked by an outside shop with no problems found. 4 the Truck realigned the front end now it pulls to the left when braking, they are now claiming its because I had them realign the truck...so another words it magically changed from a brake issue to an alignment issue but of course at no fault of 4 the Truck. also, loved how the tech that did the work told me there was no change. I no longer trust them to work on my truck so Ill be having someone else fix there poor alignment job...If I were you Id take my vehicle somewhere else unless you like paying for it twice!

This place is a mess the staff argues about everything like a bunch of high school girls. I had a lift installed well 1/2 installed lets forget the back so it looks like a dog wiping its butt on the ground. Then after asking to get the rear done we scheduled an appointment that I called 30 minutes ahead of time for only to get there with a ride and get told no we cant do that. I paid a bunch of money to have a tonneau cover installed and the very next day started finding parts of the tonneau laying in the bed of the truck! I came back into 4 the truck and was told the manufacturer of the tonneau was in house that day and he wails take car of an upgraded cover at no cost to me! Great! Customer service!!! So after 2 weeks of no communication and me having to call them they said your new cover is here! Walk in the back to look not only is it way the wrong cover but it is a cheaper pos! The owner came and said the one my sales employee said you were getting would cost me another $1100. Well take the cover off and me and my friends one of which spent $12k at the same time I spent a bunch of money will not be back!!!

This place is awesome, took my truck in for some service, which they performed flawlessly, they also have a lot of truck accessories at very good prices.

Took my 2001 toyota 4 runner in for leveling kit snd new shocks put on. Initially was happy, then noticed lots of rattling and clanking underneath truck, brought it back and they tightened everything up. 2 months later, after normal driving the rattling started again. I brought the truck in to ask them to take a look at it and the place put me at the bottom of the list, and SEMA car show was more important than a paying customer. Honestly I am starting to feel like this place needs some improvement and might have a quality issue. The issue has not been resolved at this time, I would just be cautious dealing with this business.

If you need anything for your truck this is the place to go. Good people and awsome service

I first discovered 4 the truck online and gave them a call they said they had 1 xrc smittybilt front bumper for a Jeep wrangler JK and would sell the one on the floor. Once i arrived at the store I was ignored and not assisted after speaking to a sales person they told me that i would have to order the bumper and I could not take the one on the floor. After an argument they gave me the bumper for less than retail. I was very pleased with the outcome I came back on the 2nd of this month and purchased the rear bumper and recieved it 24 hrs later Very good customer service the second time very pleased Good truck shop

Poorly run shop. Inexperienced staff horrible customer service. They charged me for an invoice, took my truck for months, then charged me 60% more on the final invoice agreed to, the welds were sloppy, the entire job was sloppy and poor. When I said I was unhappy they held my truck hostage. The owner Ryan is a crook. Sounds like he cheats his employees and I found out he hasnt been paying his taxes and is losing his business due to unpaid child support. Horrible work and even worse customer service. Beware!
