Scheduled Safelite to come to my house. The technician, William, replaced my windshield and also thoroughly vacuumed the glass pieces inside my car. I would absolutely recommend Safelite for the professionalism of their tech and the effortless process of scheduling the replacement!

I purchased my brand new jeep 10/06 and my windshield was damaged by a flying rock while on the freeway. I was furious to say the least. I called my insurance co and was transferred to satellite. They offered to come to my job via mobile service however I opt to come to this Stephanie location the following day. I was in/out in less than 30 minutes. I was greeted by a friendly staff, while I waited I enjoyed some coffee made from the Keurig. When my car was done I was given an inspection of my vehicle which I barely knew where the crack was. Given a pamphlet on my lifetime warranty. They vacuumed my vehicle and cleaned all my windows, I was also sent off with a can of interior cleaner😊 I couldnt have asked for anything more. Cost was included with my insurance. I left with a smile.😊

I picked up a horseshoe shaped chip driving across the country. I got a same day appointment. In and out in about 30 minutes. Not pristine, but much better than the original damage!

Avoid this place! Took my 2021 Taca in to have the rear window replaced. They replaced the window alright but broke the actuator for the power window. They then tried to charge me for the actuator until I told them it was working when I brought it in. I was told they could get one in a week and here we are 3 weeks later. Ive never taken the time to write a negative review before but this is just anembarrassing way to conduct business.

One star update because it’s impossible to talk to a person. Need more service and can not talk to a person at all. I need to ask a question about the service I need, I do not want to make an appointment until the question is answered. Horrible customer serviceI’ve edited this review after having the job completed by Shawn who was excellent. Overall the service was very good once you get an appointment. The initial call to make an appointment and get a quote was horrible and I recommend the company hires additional phone staff to handle the high volume of calls they receive. I really want to give a five star but I just can’t since the initial contact was so hard. I thought the price was very responsible in fact I would have had no problem paying 35% more which I think would more than cover additional phone staff.

Replacement windshield was custom order. Safelite staff advised as to anticipated lead time and contacted me immediately on arrival to schedule replacement appointment. Staff was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond on windshield replacement. I didnt even have to adjust my rear view mirror when I picked the car up; it was positioned exactly as I left it on the new windshield. Highly recommended!

Had an unfortunate rock chip that wasnt repairable. Safelite on American Pacific was honest about the repair when I came in to ask about it. I later scheduled the windshield replacement online. Brought it back to the same location where they completed the job in much less time than what it said online. Ramon was the person I spoke with both times. He had great customer service and did a great job on replacing the windshield.

I had a windshield crack that spidered out of control to the point a replacement was inevitable. This Safelite location was great...!Safelite Website: I inputted my car information and the requested a quote for a full windshield replacement. After that I booked my time and we were good to go. I appreciated that I received an email AND text reminder 24 hours before the my appointment.Appointment day: Nancy was so friendly and cheery at 8:00 AM in the morning. We processed my invoice and one of the techs explained briefly the details of the work they were about to perform.I dropped of my keys and gave her my cel to text me when the work was done. They finished my windshield replacement ahead of schedule and I was texted promptly.The windshield replacement was perfect and they cleaned all the windows in my car which I appreciated. Safelite made it very easy from the website to my visit from beginning to end. If I ever have any future window issues that require professional work, Im definitely visiting this particular location. Buckle up!

Hired this company to repair a window on our work vehicle. Let me start by saying if we could give zero stars we would. Their service is awful. They wasted so much of our time. They kept making excuses for why they sent emails to confirm times they couldnt meet and never informed us nobody was coming. An entire day waiting for no reason. I wish I could bill them for the time they took from me. I will never use them again and I recommended to go elsewhere if you want to be treated properly. I dont know how they stay in business with this level of incompetence. We would never treat our clients this way. They should be embarrassed

With the Pandemic going on, Satelite made the whole experience hands free. You make an appointment online. The day of your appointment, you park your vehicle where it says Safelite AutoGlass Customer Parking., you text the number located at the front of the door stating that youre here. Im here. Then you drop your keys off in their safe key lockbox and you proceed on with your day. A Safelite technician will give you a call shortly to let you know who will be working on your car and followed up with another call when your vehicle is ready to be picked up.Overall, I highly recommend them. The technician did an excellent job. 5 Stars! Thank you guys

I have been here 4 times over the last 2 years. Once to fix my front wind window and the other 3 times they have fixed side window motor. On 3 different cars. Saved me a ton of money.

Due to a smash and grab incident my family desperately needed an emergency crash wrap. We arrived at a different location around 4:30pm on Saturday, but the tech had gone home sick and the location closed early. The next closest location was the Henderson location on American Pacific Drive. We raced over and made it only a couple minutes before they closed for the weekend. We didnt think we had much of a chance of getting anybody to stay late to get the work done, but that is exactly what happened. There was a very friendly, professional tech named Jimmy (I believe) working that afternoon, and he took great care of us despite our last second arrival. He thoroughly vacuumed the broken glass out of our car and did a great job with the crash wrap. We would have been driving all the way back to coastal California with broken windows in the cold if he had not been so awesome! We even offered him some cash after the fact as a tip, but he refused to take it, stating that he was just happy to help. Great experience and hats off to Jimmy!

The Manager was very rude my truck was in the back in the process and he stopped it from getting worked on because he was over talking me over the whole time in conversation not a very good place I do not recommend anybody taking their vehicle here

I own a 2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible. It was bought with some windshield damage. I set appointment for 17th of August. I left the keys in their keybox near the front office door. They fixed it, gave me new wiper blades, put rain-x treatment on the new windshield and was done by 1:30 pm. Didnt pick it up until about 4 pm. I was quoted over $500(online) but since they were able to use the same molding on original window, it ended up to be a little under $400. Plus I tipped them $20, as I was pleased with the highest quality of workmanship on the new window. Car looks great, almost brand new. Thank you Safelite. Much appreciated!

My windshield caught a foul ball while in Las Vegas for my kids travel ball tourney. Safe lite didn’t have any mobile appointments available that day, but they were able to get me an appointment at their shop. Windshield turned out great.

This was my second time using this shop and they have been professional and they beat their install time quote. I will use this location again maybe next time I will try the mobile service.

My wife made the appointment for them to come out which they did. The tech told me what he was doing which was fine but after 20 mins he comes to the door and states that my molding strips are glued on and he showed me but I didn’t see any glue just clips so he mentioned that if not replaced that it will look wavy. I am a certified mechanic and know if there is glue you can use a heat gun to loosen it, but then after that I look out the window and he is standing on the passenger side door entry and pushing a metal object to get the glass to loosen from glue again a heat gun works with out damage I think these kids need more training and it was the worst job I had done for glass replacement do not recommend them to anyone

Affordable, and great service too. They came to my house but my truck was too tall, so I brought it to their shop and it was done in 2 hrs. Very professional tech, very polite, but I forgot to tip him. Also I found a 30 dollar off coupon by searching for safelite promo codes. So definitely search that up

Avoid this office if you can, the receptionist neither greets you or is polite and could use some classes in customer service. (She does the installers a great disservice for their hard work as shes the first/last you see )dont sit in the office as it gets hot through the day if you can avoid it. Its a shame because the installer was a really great guy.

Safelite Henderson gets NO stars from me. NONE. I had to do at least one star to set the post, but they dont even deserve that. I was kept home all day waiting for someone to come fix my windshield and nobody showed up. When I called to see what the deal was I was told hed called me twice and got no response so moved on to the next job. I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL OR TEXT AT THAT TIME! No missed calls in my cell phone logs, no texts, NOTHING! I sat here by the phone all day for nothing....AND I paid in advance. I demanded a refund and that money better be back in my account ASAP. Believe me, Ill tell everybody I know to use another service.

Fast and professional, had an 8:00 appointment was in and out with a new rear window in just over an 90 minutes. Very nice job. I have used safelite all over the country and never had a bad experience.

Ralph called me 10 mins prior to showing up, When he arrived, he called again and I met him outside with the keys. VERY personable, very accommodating, and even offered to allow me to watch the installation process. My windshield was replaced in about an hours time and I again met him outside to view the work and get my keys. Surprisingly, I was even given a large can of window cleaner. They earned a lifelong customer, and thank you Ralph for being so awesome!

This is the second vehicle Ive unfortunately had to replace a windshield in. Both have been done at Safelite. The first was a mobile replacement they did in the parking lot while I was at work. The second I had done at their shop in Henderson. They are very efficient and professional. Quality products installed the right way with a good warranty. Cant even tell the windshield has been replaced which is how it should be.

Received a quote online and the price was great! The website blaintly says anything under 6inches is fixable by safelight, so I scheduled. However something told me to call and double check after reading reviews of how this company scams and rips people off. To begin the receptionist is HORRENDOUS and extremely rude! I let her know what the website said and she went on to tell me that its anything smaller than a debit card. My question is who is lying?!? The website or the super nonchalant rude receptionist? Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and actually just received a legitimate price from another auto glass repair company. SHOP AROUND PEOPLE!

Awesome company..the guy waited around while my child went to pep boys to grab a part and thy sold her the wrong part..after an hour of hyst sitting here they were nice enough to come back out 2 days later once the part arrived..didnt charge me anything extra..Ive referred them to 3 people already..their number is now locked in my phone..

Good job with repair in windshield. Still have suction cup outlines on my windshield. Cost is high, but I knew it before I showed up. Appointment in an hour was more important.I didnt want it to spread.

I was in and out in about 90 minutes. If you have the opportunity go ahead and watch the technician remove, prepare new windshield and install. That was a great experience. The technician was outstanding and front desk people are customer oriented and make you feel comfortable.

These guys were great. Our windshield had to be replaced on a saturday due to some kid throwing a rock off the overpass these guys last appointment we would miss by 20 minutes but thanks to their policy of waiting at least 30 minutes after the deadline we were able to get it fixed saving us from having to stay 2 extra days.

When I called safelite they advised me that it could be repaired and that I didnt have to replace the windshield. That was great news but what was even better is the job they did. I cannot even see where it was repaired and to top it off it was done in 20 minutes.Nothing but good reviews for this place!!

Needed a windshield replaced on a 2015 vehicle.Went on Safelite website to get a online quote.Quote received from Safelite came back at $239.00 with the online discount code .I stopped by the Henderson service center to verify quote and to schedule.The service person entered exactly the same info. into the system as I entered on my onlibe quote, he informed me that the price was $427.00 !!!I questioned this and mentioned that I have an online quote from this location yesterday at $239 with $10.00 discount code.in fact I had it on my phone (saved)He could not explain ???Needless to say as a professional business owner I have decided to use a more ethical and professional company to repair my windshield ...I would suggest that consumers / customers should shop elsewhere.This appears not to be a reputable companyI would suggest to go with the #1 review company listed online .and not Safelite .Take the time to research service centers and select one that you feel is ethical and professional

Awesome service and I cant really complain about the price because it was lower than I thought it would be. Everyone there was super easy to deal with, they had wifi, coffee and water. It was as nice as replacing a windshield can be!

I was scared out of my mind coming into this place because my truck is important and its my everyday. Shawn worked on my windshield because I had a rock chip in it and now I can barely see where it was chipped and he cleaned all of my windows at his own will. Best place to go to and I will highly recommend to everyone that has issues

I don’t write many reviews, but I feel like I need to in this case bc this company (safelite) is absolutely ripping people off. My drivers side window was shattered so I called for a quote and they told me it would be 475 for the window repair (250 just for the glass). Nope. Called a glass repair shop up the street and got brand new glass installed for 180 bucks in just a half hour. I think it’s sad that companies rip people off like this and if you’re smart you’ll make a couple phone calls and safe yourself a few hundred bucks. Good luck.

They did a great job replacing two pillar covers that blew off a 2016 Ford Explorer during high winds. The covers they installed exceed the quality of the manufacturer and dealer replacements. I highly recommend Safelite Autoglass.

Replacement was great, just rescheduled twice

Safelite is not worthy of any stars, as others have found out to be able to show a responce of any type you must select a star.The glass was replaced, but after the installer broke several trim molding pieces he just used double sided tape to hold them in place. He never did inform me of the broken moldings just collected the money and left. I contacted safelite about the problem which they said it was not thier responsibility to fix the problem. The dealer will replace the mouldings for $200 . Thank you safelite.I hope that I will not be in a position again that I would have to use them again.

The hood on my RV was not latched and popped up while I was driving away, on the highway, at 60 mph. I was still finding long strips of rubber in the cab of the RV several days after the installation. This is not what I expected. The engine hood not being latched is hard to understand from a place that works on vehicles all day long - just drop it and it latches! That safety issue alone should have made this a 1 star review. I was lucky that the hood has a secondary latch and I was able to find a place to pull over safely and latch the hood properly. **edited** Upon further inspection I found that they had cracked or broken the interior flashing at every single screw-in. Unbelievable.

If you are having a rock chip repaired; Watch Out as there is NO guarantee the entire windshield will not shatter! Complete replacements are OK. My Chip repair left a blemish and there is also NO guarantee for clarity! A years guarantee against windshield shattering!
