Thus far everybody Ive come into contact with has been very friendly and very good at what they do.Im still in the process of getting my car fixed and will be picking it up within the next 10 days.I expect that the repair will be as good as the friendliness.

They did great work on my car. But my floor mats were filthy. they did not put paper over my mats or clean them after they finished the work. So I had to go and get a detailed car wash in order to get my mats cleaned.

I have a 19 year old Jag that was t-boned. I love this car. Sunset is in the process of fixing it. After my initial meeting, I am confident they will do a great job!UPDATE - How much do you think Jag dealer charges for a seat belt? No, take a really stupid guess. $1000.00. Sunset found one for $175 at the same auto yard where they located a door. AND they perfectly matched my 19 year old paint. So my beloved Jag is once again in pristine condition. I cant say anything else about this place other than they are the BEST.

Poor customer service, getting your car back with a check engine light on. I had to take my car to a different dealership to get the issue fixed when they said it was a sensor that was located in the bumper that Sunset collision just fix. LOL

Never is fun to have to take a car to a body shop for repairs. It means something not nice happened to your vehicle. If it has to be fixed, Sunset is where I will recommend to everyone I care about go. The service and expertise is incredible. Top notch, honest, responsive, and diligent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! You will DEEPLY REGRET it! My car was hit and the other driver ran. I took it to Sunset Collisions because it was on the list from my insurance. My car ended up being totaled and without notifying me or get my authorization, GARY told my insurance that yes it can be towed to auction. I will have to drive on my gas money and time to the auction place to get my things from my car and hope I can get there in time. When I spoke to GARY (who I believe is the owner) he said well they called and asked if it was ready and I said yes. I told him one of his workers put it in my file that I wanted to retrieve my paperwork and other things in the car. He told me he DIDN’T even look at my file before saying yes!!!!SAVE YOURSELF FROM INCOMPETENCE! GO TO ANY SHOP BUT THIS ONE!! You will thank me later!

This is my second repair experience here. Both times they did great work in a short time-frame and at a reasonable price.Mitch examined my car carefully and then explained two options in detail. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment he took my car in immediately.Totally satisfied customer!

I have mixed feelings about my experience. Ill start with the positive,It was fast and simple to drop my car off after my accident. They were friendly and I was referred by Hyundai. My back bumper off and truck was misaligned.My car came back to me in perfect condition and included a small bottle of touch up paint and free car wash. Nice.HoweverAfter being called and told they had the parts on hand, I was told theyd have to order someone and it would take longer. I previously had spoke to a repair shop that already had the parts, but ended up choosing sunset because of the distance.So I told them I would just take it somewhere else, they said they had already stripped. Well, okay fine. He assured me the parts would be there soon. Long story short, a Month and a week later I got my car back.After having to come out of pocket for the extra days I had the rental car that my insurance didnt cover.They were friendly before and after. During was a little stressful and I was 6 months pregnant. The process was too long for me, but my car looks fine, there are still scrapes on the inside metal of my trunk, not sure if that was to be replaced, but.

Estimate was high. Way more than what I espect

I went into SCC to get a detailed inspection due to a altercation with another driver on the interstate and got a kick the tires inspection along with a repair estimate for an alignment job. Keep in mind the the car never made it to the lift knor did the inspector use a guage to check my wheels at all yet I was told we not going know for sure until we get the vehicle on the lift what kind of damage we looking at and needed to schedule another appointment to do that. Yet I have a repair estimate for a wheel alignment, unreal.

Went in with a friend and asked for an estimate on my car while I was there. I was blown away when they gave me an estimate immediately and it was so low and guaranteed that I have no choice but to take it. Thank you.

I have been here twice and I cant say enough good things. The first instance was after I had a collision repair at a different business that was recommended by my insurance. The previous company said they did the repair and that nothing was wrong but something was. After the other place rechecked it still saying something was wrong I went to Sunset Collision. Within 60 seconds of having one of their professionals in the car with me driving to see the problem they knew exactly 1) something was wrong and 2) exactly what was wrong. They evaluated the problem and gave me three options to fix it with a different price ranges.This second time was due to a supposed problem I didnt know the answer to. I made an appointment with them and they checked out the problem and it ended up being a system within the vehicle that I was not familiar with. I asked what it would cost me and they said to not worry about it because there was no problem found. This shop is a stand up shop and is not there to try to make money off of you.Sunset Collision Center truly cares about the customer. They arent there to rip anyone off or to fix a problem that isnt there. Other companies will tell you that there was a problem and fix something to make a buck. Sunset Collision isnt that company. If you want a company to trust and work on your vehicle, Sunset Collision is the way to go. I will never go to another shop unless Sunset cant fix the problem and they recommend someone.Trust in Sunset Collision!!! They are the best!!! We took my Dads 1991 Ford F150 in for a quote. The drivers door and roof (rust) needed some work. they had us fill out a paper and indicated they would contact us. that was over two months ago and we never heard back. We were recommended by our mechanic Pete the first time we needed some work done on a different vehicle and were returning customers. I guess they did not care and do not need the business. I was very disappointed with the outcome and will not recommend them to any of our friends. I also told Pete of the experience so he is aware of what happened with his recommendation to his clients.
