Great job car looks like new

The name says it all, youd never know my vehicle repaired..

I had my Tundra repaired after an accident. They communicated with me about every aspect of the repair. Everything was done on time as promised and the repairs were incredible. There is no way anyone can even tell what was repaired!!!!! The staff was fantastic and easy to work with.

I went to New Collision after my car was in an accident and the other persons insurance which was Geico recommended them, biggest mistake of my life! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, they fixed the big problem where my car was rear ended but then broke my trunk liner and gave it back to me with it broke and the car was filthy. I have been emailing and leaving messages for them to fix my trunk liner and nobody replies to my emails and nobody calls me back. Do Not Go To This Place They Are The Worst Shop In The State!!!!!

All I can say is 3 years later Im still doing rework on my truck to fix the sloppy job they did . Its worth a little more to go somewhere else and get quality work done. There warranty means nothing

Had my car repaired via insurance claim. I have visual paint drips, and the speaker no longer works as well as a small trim piece which came off. MY RECOMMENDATION... FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would give this place a 0 stars.

I can not belive how terrible this shop is. Rather than talkin smack ill just explain. They had the car for 2 months after an accident. They seemed great at first but then it took 2 months to get the car back.when they finally gave it back the body work looked great but the bran new tires wer very dirty. They didnt clean the vasiline substance off of them. No big deal but then the next day my tire sensor warning came on and would not go away even when i perfected the pressure and not even a week later the bran new car overheated on the freeway. So apon taking it to the dealership and they looked at it and informed that the radiator hose never got clamped onto the radiator. The tires had not gotten the weights put in the tires and the shop had to have rigged the machine to get it to pass without the wieghts in them so the shop lied about the work they did. The car suffered further damage bc of the INCOMPETENT mistake of NOT PUTTING A CLAMP ON THE RADIATOR HOSE!! and so they took the car back to fix it again and then returned the car with black grease scuffs all over the place the car is filthy with their mess. If i could put a picture on here youd be suprized. And to make it worse they gave tons of argument and minimaly cooperated to make thingsrite simply enough to satisfy legalities. The car will be taken back to the dealership to have it inspected again to make sure its even safe let alone fixed properly. Cantbtrust the car after they touched it. Some of the mistakes they made and corners they tried to cut are unacceptable at best. I know each experience could be unique in its own but just a warning... If you get anything significant done here i urge you to have the work double checked.

Took forever with everything. Cannot reach them via the phone number posted above. Have to physically show up at the shop for anything to be done or communicated. Week plus and counting just to get an estimate.
