I took my car to Maaco to get it repainted and fix minor body damage. Carlos and Valerie were so friendly and helpful. Carlos helped me choose the best color for my car and was quick to work up the quotes and get everything situated. I have full faith they will do an amazing job & I cant wait to see what my baby looks like when its all done!

These people promised to complete my job, and didnt finish the job. I finally told I was going to take my truck out, Im going to take it with me whether your finish or not. They still kept me waiting for over an hour, and then told me they were doing me a favor. I told them if they were doing me a favor, they should have told me ten days ago when you promised it, and then I could have decided then if I wanted you to do the favor or not.What happened they were supposed to do something they didnt want to do to finish the job, so they kept putting me off hoping I would give up.Would you want to do business with a place like this?

My car was absolutely embarrassing before I brought it to them! I would park so far away from my work so nobody would see the horrible paint on it. Im so glad I brought it to this Maaco because it looks like a brand new car again! It did take a little longer than I expected so I called and spoke to Valerie (and expressed my discontent lol) and within one hour it was ready for pick up lol. Her customer service is excellent!

I had a great experience in this auto shop. Valery and Carlos were really helpful and nice. I recommend to visit over there if you have any body parts issues.

Im so grateful to the staff, and particularly the manager-she is so beyond wonderful in regards to customer service and professionalism. Not sure what the negative review on this Maaco is talking about. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Dropped off car on a Friday (they were closed for 45 minutes but took the car in anyways), was quoted 4 days but took 6 so no big deal. Car looks great for 800 bucks, cost was more than I wanted but I sprung for 300 in body work. For 500 for the actual paint it was well worth it. The General Manager and Area Manager were great to deal with, good conversation, and even gave a tour of the shop as they made some minor repairs (emblems were out of place). Would recommend and will be back for my other vehicle paint/body needs!

There customer service is good. But after I received my quote. To paint hood, roof, and trunk. I was surprised by the high quote. I did my research and I thought. Maaco offered a tier pricing chart. But I decided to check elsewhere. But the turnaround time was good 3 days. My suggestion is to always research and shop around. Good luck with your auto painting needs.

Macao in Henderson is the place to go if you want the absolute best paint job for your car. They did a GREAT job. Very professional and courteous. Delivered early. Hassle free and above and beyond what I expected in results.

I took my car for body repair. I was told that it would take 3 weeks but it ended up being longer. There was no professionalism with calling and keeping me updated. They left the inside of my vehicle a mess. I would never recommend this establishment.

I purchased a car through carvana and was told that they were going to pay for an exterior detailed cleaning because of how the car arrived in heavy rains. I contacted maaco numerous times and took it in 3 different times to only be told they couldnt do the job that day. I ended up waiting almost a month just to get what seemed like a car wash. I didnt pay for it to be done but just the service was all over the place and no one really knew a firm answer on an appointment. I even showed up on a day where I was supposed to get it done and walked about 2 miles to occupy my time because it was going to take 3-4 hours is what they told me, only to be called an hour later saying the person who was going to do it wasnt able to do it. They did pay for my uber back there but it was just such a waste of time. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

Needed to take my truck in for some body work. They had to replace a bumper and do some painting. The truck came out good as new, and the invoice (which was thankfully covered by insurance) was very reasonable.

I came in one day, the staff was very helpful and very friendly. It was so easy to get informations I needed to know to make a decision where I wanted to get my truck done. Took a little longer than expected but it was because they wanted to ensure the quality was up to my expectations. Murphy was great and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Overall, well worth it!

My dad and I have known the owner, Mike, for quite a while now. He’s a stand up guy and very fun to talk to. His shop is state of the art. No materials or machinery were spared in building this shop. From auto body to mechanical, his shop has you covered.

Very disappointed with the entire process. (Grade F)1. Estimate was for $452.00 (Paid $1195.00)2. Work was started and finished without insurance approval ....3. A 5 hour job turned into 5 weeks to get my vehicle back.4. Manager said it was insurances fault when my claim was denied but he did the work anyway and even got an estimate for additional unapproved work and went ahead and did it. Costing me $700.00 more that the original estimate.5. To top it all off the paint doesnt even match the rest of the car. It looks different and is noticeable.6. I know Covid times are tough but its not a way to serve a customer.7. I would not have had the work done there if it wasnt approved by insurance.8. My neighbor said he could have done the work for $300 and the paint prolly would have matched even better.Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I was getting one of my vehicle doors replaced. I got my vehicle back halfway done. My vehicle was not covered as the door was being prepared on my vehicle causing it to get dirty from the inside from residue sanding from anotherr vehicles. After receiving my vehicle it was dirty from the inside and had to get it detail.

It was just fixing a little dent in the bumper and few scratches. Not a big job.. The ceos started that morning. I was told that itll be ready only the next morning. Fine. The next morning, Tuesday, I went there and guess what?? Its not even sprayed yet.. The lady promised to push the work so they will spray it that morning and it might be ready in the afternoon or the latest the next morning (sounds familiar??lol)3:30pm I called to check and was told they have an issue and it wont be ready until probably Wednesday but they cannot guaranty even that.I went there and when I asked to talk to the owner they gave me the run around that he is not there/available/nowhere to be found and they have an issue with the compressor for two day but they took the job anyway knowing they cannot perform. Bottom line, I was promised that they will spray it tonight and itll be ready tomorrow at 8am..A. If you have an issue, tell your customers ahead or give them an honest update about it so they can make the decision either to wait for you to solve it or take it somewhere elseB. As a business owner myself, Im ALWAYS available to take care of unhappy customersMy advice to future customers - go somewhere else if you dont want your time to be wasted

This shop did excellent quality work on my car for a very reasonable price, $500 less than an estimate I received from a competing shop. At the time I had my car serviced, Jason Eager, the Operations Director for all the Maaco shops in the valley was temporarily running the shop. He was very professional and careful to provide top quality service. They even provided a ride to and from the shop via Uber when my car needed an extra day to repair. I recommend them highly.

I had an excellent experience here. I had just my fender painted in Dyno Blue Pearl, and they matched it perfect. And they saved me a car payments worth compared to the other shops I quoted. Keep it on your radar.

The paint job was not even average at best. Had to bring car back to have areas buffed and some areas required respray. Means more time having to deal with a bad job and car rental while they redo what they should have done right in the first place.

Friendly gave me what I wanted not what they wanted price was right on my budget

2003 maxima that looks brand new now. They even went the extra mile to make the head lights clear again. Murphy was very professional behind the front desk. Highly recommend. Thanks fellas!

First experience here sucked it was ran by money-hungry stillings manager named Frankie hes no longer there he did a city job on my vehicle but its Under New Management now and I took my car back and they corrected everything that the old management messed up. If i could give this business a zero i surely would so my husband went online to make an appointment for a saturday at 9am and when he showed up there was a guy there and no one else the guy told him they where close and he was there to clean needless to say that was the person in charge so to my husband surprise he went monday to talk to someone about painting a truck and trailer that was the same guy my husband said well i give him a second chance so we went to drop off truck today and guy was so unprofessional and rude so we decided we would not give this company our money and will be calling corporate today..
