Tabitha just came in to service our office. She stops in to update us about Caliber Collision 11 locations. She is bubbly and very knowledgeable and I love her a little gift she gave me. She flew to Nevada from Arizona and TSA made her take the matches out of her matchboxes. From the beginning to the end whoever is assigned to you will keep you informed every step of the way, professional, friendly and will work out or find a solution to any problems that may arise. This is the 3rd vehicle I have had to bring to them and each time I leave more impressed with their attentiveness to the customer. I never had any issues.

What a rip-off. I took my car in for a dent was almost invisible in the front bumper. they milked the repair and replaced the whole front bumper. Charged me $1,000. I never approved the work and I never got an estimate. I would never have approved a $1,000 repair for an invisible dent. They got approval from my insurance company. Imagine that. I paid for it not the insurance company, they never consulted me about the repair. And they never consulted me about the cost.

Our car was fixed up better than when we bought it. Julie was an amazing customer service rep. She checked in every other day to give us updates and see if we had any questions. She really is delightful. When I picked up our car, she made sure to let us know if there were any issues to bring it back in and theyd get it fixed up.

I actually stopped at this place by accident. I was searching for the Caliber Collision - Henderson East and it took me to this location since it was on Eastgate. The correct Henderson East is the one on American Pacific. Hope that helps other people in the future. That said, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and they were very helpful with sorting things out.
All I can say is, it was a job well done satisfaction guarantee.
Had to have my car reworked 3 times to get it to 95% perfect. The adjusters are great, but the techs for paint and detail are absolutely awful. Tried to give me my car back with tons of swirls in the paint and an actual hole in the paint as well. Ill still have to compound and polish out some swirls myself. If you need something done quickly, and quality is your second concern it might be worth while calling them. Otherwise stear clear of Caliber.
Had to do some insurance claim repairs and their team handled everything efficiently. I received phonecalls with updates and my truck was returned to me looking perfect. Will always recommend this location, special thanks to Klaus, Joanna and Darrell for all their good work.
We took our car in for an estimate on repair of the passenger side window frame. Julie talked with us about what caused the problem and then asked if we would mind waiting inside so her techs could look at the problem About 15 minutes later they brought the car out and it was fixed. I did not expect the repair that quick and I appreciate that. Thanks
Fantastic customer service. They communicated with us when it was going to take a few days longer due to vendor delays. Its very clean & has basic coffee setup and popcorn complimentary. The waiting area is on the small side, but has reading materials and a small kid-friendly area.They had transportation ready for us to get a rental after we dropped off our vehicle.All-around great company for a not-so-great time (crashed car)

First appointment, no problem whatsoever. I asked for a quote to fix my SUV due to an accident I was in and James Dennis (Service Advisor) was very helpful and told me he would have a quote for me within a couple of days. James asked me if I wanted to leave my vehicle so they could perform the work. I specifically told James I would be taking the vehicle with me since I hadnt talked to my insurance adjuster yet and that all I wanted was a quote.Two days later, James started calling me, telling me hes already ordered all of the parts for repair and he wanted to know when I was going to come in.Im not sure about you, but what part of quote tells someone to purchase parts for the job?A few days later, I finally caught up with James on the phone and he proceeded to tell me that I was the one who told him to order the parts - during my first appointment for the quote. This never happened. He then proceeded to call me a liar which made me upset. I dont lie, nor do I have a reason to lie about James accusation. Why would I tell someone to order parts when I hadnt even talked to my insurance adjuster yet?Needless to say, after a bit of a debate with James on the phone, I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY now or in the future! I will simply use my capitalistic-driven capability to find someone else to do the work who doesnt call me a liar and order parts without approvals or signatures.

I have worked with Caliber on 2 different occasions and they provide amazing service. I was kept educated throughout the process and any requests I has were completed. They do very good work and back it with a lifetime warranty.
I have been here twice so far, and I must say from my own experience. They do a great job, from customer service to repair work. They even clean your vehicle inside and out when finished. I will continue to go back to to the quality of work and service that is second to none in the Las Vegas area, and I have been to several other shops. They keep you updated with strong communication on the entire repair process. You can see they operate as a team and family that cares about the product they serve to their guests and I say guest because they treat you as such. Your are not just a customer there. You are a guest in there home.
I was in an accident recently and my insurance gave me a list of potential shops to use Caliber Collision at the closest to my location so this is the one I chose from the very first time I walked in the door it it was a very welcoming experience everybody from the front desk to the adjuster was friendly helpful and answered all my questions they kept me updated throughout the repairs and when my car was done I arrived at the shop the car was done washed and ready to go Im very happy I chose to have my vehicle repaired here it was a very pleasant experience thank you once again.

I havent received my vehicle yet... so we will see about my overall rating once I get that back... if I ever do.About a month ago, I was in an unfortunate accident. Thank fully, no one was hurt and minimal damage was attained by each of our vehicles. My insurance suggested Caliber for the repairs.So far, not so good. I have had minimal contact, and my date of completion has been pushed back twice. In my opinion (which I acknowledge is not an expert opinion), my vehicle should have been completed weeks ago. Now, here I am waiting nearly a month for repairs that I was first told should take possibly two weeks.I have had to call. Ive gotten the simple text message reminders. But... lets be real... who wants a text message when your waiting for your vehicle? Seriously? I speak to someone two weeks ago (after calling on my own will because no one had followed up with me since my car was collected)who guaranteed me my vehicle would be finished last week, only to get a nice text message saying your completion has been updated. Ive received three of these friendly little message that I can tell took so much thought and consideration to send (sarcasm). If thats what they call customer service... they are sadly mistaken.If you have a choice, take your vehicle somewhere else.
Had a car repaired there about 1 year ago. I went in for estimate (no appt). They were very professional. decided to leave it and they repaired it to my satisfaction. I just called for a different problem with another car and was told I couldnt even get an estimate for 3 weeks! I have never heard of a shop not being able to do an estimate same day. I went to another shop.

The TRUTH about this place....I took my car in here by request of liberty Mutaul ins. They looked it over took pics .The estimate came in at $3700.00. A different companys estimate was $2500.00. Because I was having so much trouble with the ins. Company to do anything for me at all, I didnt care at that point to try to save them, the ins. Company any money. So I took the car here to have them just fix it and get it done. Thinking that it would cost close to $3700.00 . give or take a few hundred . Two weeks later Caliber calls me and says that the car now needs over $8000.00 worth of work and the ins. Company is not approving it they are in fact totaling my car. How do they qoute it at $ 3700.00 and it over doubles to $ 8000.00......? Really. ..? You guys have been doing this kind of work for how long...? So what can you do but go down there to get your stuff out of the car.....Well when I went to do that, I find that some of my tools that I had in the trunk are now missing......? Great. Caliber ....help yourself to my stuff...! I did ask them about it but as of 2 months later still no word . And that is why I am leaving this review .I will NEVER go back. And do not recommend anyone to go there......! P.S if I could leave negative stars they would get them all.....Mark

Run! Run far, far, far away if your insurance sends you here. They didnt communicate with us; we never had any idea what was going on with the repair. They will tell you its an aftermarket part ~ that is code for used. And no, its not a refurbished part, it is just straight up used. They charged us and the insurance for an alignment. After picking up the car it kept making a weird clicking noise ~ we then found out it was the driver side air bag. They had unbolted it and not properly re-installed it. Actually they didnt bolt it at all, it was just sitting there waiting to come flying out at the drivers face should there have been an accident. They deny ever touching the steering wheel ~ how can you do an alignment (2 alignments!) and not touch the steering? Their invoice showed us being billed twice for the deductable, when we asked about it, they never called us back; if they arent up to something shady why didnt they call us back? We drive the vehicle up there to talk to them about a few problems and they deny that we brought the car! It was parked in their parking lot. The body work does look okay, however the rest of the repairs are complete and utter crap ~ we will have to pay someone else to have it repaired properly. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would.
My experience with Caliber was top notch. I was referred to three shops by my insurance, and Caliber got me in weeks before the other guys could. I had front and rear damage on my brand new RAV 4 with only a few hundred miles on it and my truck came out perfect and two weeks ahead of schedule. They called/texted me through every step of the process and they even returned my rental car for me when I dropped it off. My experience could not have been worse this time compared when I was there in 2018 for repairs from an accident. The body work was done properly, but system issues that came up were completely ignored, not fixed, and reset without my knowledge. Then when I came to pick up the vehicle I was told it was complete and ready for pickup. They asked me to sign for the completed work, which stated they performed required repairs to pre-accident condition. However, they hid the front page by puttuing it underr other stuff on the counter, which stated in BOLD, Capial letters that the vehicle was usafe to drive and was informed that vehicle should not be driven, and they were not responsible/liable for any injuries, including death from operrating vehicle. Absoluting appalling, and on top of that the vehiclecouldntbe fixed anywhereelse until the car was driven 75 miles since they reset the error codes! ***Former experience two and a half years ago. (I highly recommend this place for any vehicle repairs. If I could give them six stars I would. They really do tremendous work and actually returned my car in better condition than prior to the accident. I write very few reviews and my experience really has to stand out in a remarkably positive or remarkably negative way to take the time to post a review. This is of course the former.The Center Manager, Stan Evans is so knowledgeable and honest. He cares so much about making sure the job is done well and that the customer is satisfied. You can tell he likes his work and is passionate about what he does.The customer service I received was also impressive. Laura Garcia was my Service Advisor and she couldnt have been more helpful. She contacted me every day to update me on the progress of the repairs with a detailed explanation of exactly what was being done and was happy to answer any questions or concerns; a very kind, sweet young lady.I am truly thankful for the effort of everyone at Caliber Collision. The price was good, the people are great, and the work was done exceptionally well.)

Below was my past experience with this location but it was all set right by Steve McMurtry, he reached out to help set things right and bring me a peace of mind. He brought my rating from a zero to a full ten. Even though things where set right, In good conscience I gotta let y’all know what went down.***************************Laura is a broken record and their manager was rude to my dad when he tried to explain that the symmetrical scratches on my front bumper coincided with their alignment rack, Not typical curb damage. The only reason they fixed the damage was because my dad refused to accept the vehicle in its condition and left the key with them, saying he’d be contacting my insurer. They performed the repair “out of courtesy”.Once I picked up my vehicle I took it for a test run and I noticed my alignment was off since my steering wheel was tilted to the right. I went right back and let Laura know that the alignment needed to be redone since my steering wheel was off kilter but she kept insisting it wasn’t related to the alignment process.....B-... 🙃 is you a mechanic?? cuz my dad was for a few years and he’s passed down some knowledge to me since i was a shrimp.... I know damn well it ain’t right!So i said screw it, have a good day I’ll take it to Honda and prove you wrong, took it to Honda and they confirmed it needs a complete realignment.After speaking with one of Hondas mechanics I called Laura explaining that my steering wheel being tilted was a sign of misalignment. She stated she would get in contact with the manager and have him get back to me the next day and surprise, surprise, no calls.Not ever going back, I don’t recommend this location at all, the only people that where at all genuine are the receptionist and their female estimator.Side note: When I was being driven back from the rental company I expressed my frustration about the bumper incident and the representative said he heard the same happened to another customer he drove back. He expressed his thanks for the information since he was about to take his vehicle there as well.Update (Oct 15): Called caliber and spoke with Laura, she stated “My manager and I thought that by your bad review, you had already taken it to get an alignment with Honda”.......I am soooooo done with this company!When they called me later in the day, after I had first dropped this review (on Oct. 13th) I had told them, I had a legit receipt from Honda stating that it does need an alignment but NO ALIGNMENT WAS DONE. My alignment is bad enough that the mechanic only had to drive the vehicle to confirm.She kept insisting that day that she needed the “specs”. Honda can only provide specs if they do the alignment. Which i had to tell her over and over again but I don’t think she comprehends anything Im saying.The pettiness of these people is beyond me.Just to add some sprinkles on this poo-Sunday 🍨, I work 12 hours a day most of the week, I don’t have time to deal with this kind of inconsiderate and inconsistent bull.Imagine if it was something that I actually couldn’t drive with?The manager, Tan, that was arguing with my father about the scratches on my car, obviously doesn’t give a care about his customers. My father doesn’t need that type of stress in his life, he went there after Chemo thinking he’d be in and out no problem.
I brought my car there because safeco sent me there the worst repair on my car the parts were falling off had to bring my car back 2 times Then I had to get insurance company involved, caliber told me they are not going to warranty the parts anymore. What a micky mouse place if I could score them lower than one star I would!!!!!
They do a thorough job but it is very expensive I would only go through them if insurance is involved
This is my second time in Caliber Collision and the experience was satisfacted as the first time. Richard who helped me was nice and professional. I have been to other body shop before I decided to give my car to them, it was the right decision and the price was actually cheaper too. The work would take 3-5 days but Richard said he would try to deliver before the weekend, I drop off my car on Tuse night and he did, the result was good like never had accident before. They even clean my car before deliver. I like about their mesg update, it was great, keep you update every step of the way and thank you for the pickup and drop off service so I did not have to worry about to walk home in 100+ outside.
Not done in time, e cig found inside, tennis ball found inside, along with dirt (like someone was driving the car around) interior lights BROKEN. STEERING WHEEL COVER DEFORMED. AND and left with no fas at all.
