Went to buy a car when we paid for the down payment it took them 3 weeks to give us the car because it needed a sensor to pass smog they told us we can pick another car went for a truck and that STILL DIDNT PASS SMOG Bori said he wouldn’t give us our money back, how am I supposed to register a car that doesn’t pass smog. THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER BEEN TO NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. They Will be getting sued for giving me a truck off the lot that doesn’t pass smog . They will sell you a car that doesn’t work all there cars on there lot has something Mechanically wrong with it.

Ive bought a few cars from Auto Rey. My first purchase was over 10 years ago. I stopped by to look at a few cash cars. Met Bori for the 1st time. Great and to the point guy. Id recommend the dealership on my personal experience. Although others criticize the dealership, Rey and the dealership has been straight with me and those whom I referred in the past.

Just bought a car yesterday and it’s the worst thing ever they said nothing was wrong with it they said I can’t get my money back but my lawyer says different will be taking them to court do not buy anything from here bori acts like all the cars work when he tried to sell me a infinite that had the passenger door broken. He’s a joke & so is that so called dealership!

Got a vehicle here six moths ago. Check engine light comes on and goes off every once and a while. Checked with the “free” three month warranty company. They don’t cover the part. I had to call them cause I couldn’t find any one who would take the warranty. Auto Rey didn’t even know who would take the warranty. I was a cash buyer I can’t say that I feel like I got a deal or anything. Won’t be back

This place keep a great inventory on great cars. They have low price that fit your budget needs. Great customer service and very honest sales rep.

They will take your money and give you a broken down car and act like there isnt anything wrong with it . Do not waist your time with these ppl !

My mom got her car here. Came with a three month warranty (peace of mind) but the car doesnt have any issues at all. They also gave it to her for $500 below what they were asking so they are definitely very flexible.

Worse place to ever buy a car just bought a car 2 days ago & doesn’t turn on anymore they don’t want to give me my money back ! Bori lies & said there was nothing wrong with it obviously there was when the car doesn’t turn on anymore the have been avoiding my calls & they are refusing to give me my money back.

Worst dealer ever, I bought my truck from here and later found out that the discs were so bad they had the biggest lips ever, radiator was cracked, engine was knocking a/c blew out and it was all 3months after I bought it cash. Alex was a liar, told me everything was good, cause I checked it on the day I bought it and everything was good, I didnt pick up the car till 5 days later, I had the worst feeling ever when I was handing them the cash and seeing the looks on their faces.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy .
