It was difficult finding someone that works in the store to locate certain items. Thus store needs a better system of checking people out. To many customers not enough cashiers and the checkout line was difficult to find.

Huge variety of crafting and art supplies. One of the better places to buy art equipment. Prices are reasonable and I have been able to find various items not found anywhere else.

I always love this location, super easy to maneuver and great organization to find what I need. Great discounts and always looking forward to their box deals once every so often. But they go fast!I love the rewards program at times it can be comically when you dont rewards on so etching and then becomes pointless at times

I just love this shop. Every time I come here I end up walking around and checking out different things and getting ideas for a long time. It inspires me to create more. Last time I came here to buy a photo album. Since these things are a rarity these days I didn’t expect to find a lot however they surprisingly had a lot of great choices! I ended up buying a really cute one and then was browsing around Xmas decor aisles for hours..

Went to JoAnns looking for some braided rope cords and they had very limited options. Decided to go here to Michaels, and of course, they had exactly what I was looking for. As always.

This is the CLEANEST most ORGANIZED location I have EVER been to! There just wasnt much assistance around the store, I think I saw 2 employees. Im guessing theyre hiring! 😁

I brought three original large canvas paintings to Michaels to be stretched and framed. They assured me this was something they were experienced in and they would be a professionally done. The result is saggy canvas not stretched at all. When I brought up my concern they offered to redo them. I brought them back for another try. Same result. I am extremely disappointed and will now have to take these poorly done pieces to be redone for a third time somewhere else. This was not a cheap service and to have to pay twice and transport them 3 different times is a huge waste of time.

Ok so,....I was a little disappointed today. The Fall decorations are on sale but there wasnt much to look at. There were actually isles that were completely empty and it was kind of messy. Maybe, it wasnt the best time or they are in between deliveries but I was not impressed. At all. I always write honest reviews so here it is..

Food was fast and fresh. Good sized portions for the price. The hard shelved ice cream was out of this world. The only thing is that when we were ordering the guy at the register was getting frustrated with us and he was a manager. Go figure. ✝🤔🍔🍟🍦

Michaels is a great shop and a great place to get your artwork framed. In the frame shop the staff is outstanding they work very hard to get your artwork frame perfectly hands down

Went here a week ago because things I needed were buy one get one but when I went to pay it was closing time so there were several people on line. I got to the register the cashier rang my items up and ask me if I had a membership... un no I do not I said so she totaled it and I paid . But I found out that no discount of any of my buy one get one items I drove across town for were taken off. If the membership is what it took to have for my items to be discounted then why in the world did the cashier did not offer it to me?? ALL BAD BUSINESS

Has a great set up in store! The workers are so kind and make sure you have help when needed. Everyone was wearing their mask correctly which I much appreciate. I was looking through the clearance section and found a paint by number for 3 dollars so I had to get it. I have now finished that one and but 2 more... safe to say I have an obsession now...

Its a nice place to go with so many choices for baking stuff, esp. Wilton brand. I found Wilton food coloring - black color that I cant find in other craft store. I definitely will come back again.

Customer service was very good, shelves were all but empty! Hardly any supplies but lots of picture frames. Didnt feel very confident Id find what I needed but I did! Nice store just not socked fully.

Store was clean. It was pretty easy to find stuff throughout.Originally went for a wooden box to paint, but was sad to find all 3 they had were broken. Ended up walking out with some sale items instead.Other than the broken boxes, it was a pretty good experience. The front-end was quick to bring up more cashiers once the checkout line got long.

Our cashier was so rude! I wish I got her name so I could put it here! The other cashier was super friendly asking people if they had a rewards and would they like one, not mine! She didnt ask anything just said make sure your mask is over your nose, I had just scratched the side of my nose! Then she just scanned my yarn, when I asked her if she got the water bottles she said your total is blah blah that includes the water. Good thing there are other craft stores to shop at!

I am so sick and tired of being profiled by the employees here. I CAN PAY FOR THE THINGS IM WANTING TO PURCHASE. just makes me go to hobby lobby. plus this location is ALWAYS out of the sale items.

Im giving this location a 4 because I had ordered a glue gun kit online and went to pick it up, got back home and the glue gun and cord was missing from the kit. Spoke with Gabriel on the phone as I was driving back to do a replacement but when I arrived it happens to be sold out and the glue gun was not found so a return was suggested, I was really adamant about getting a glue gun so an even exchange was then applied. The team leader that day was great as well as the cashier and Gabriel himself. The store was busy and I didnt have to wait long for this to be solved. Kudos!

Found this adorable yarn and was excited to see a sign that said Bernat Baby Blanket was on sale for $7.49 instead of the usual $9.99 for this size ball. When I got to the register it came up as $9.99. She asked a manager to check and she said it only applies to specific colors. The sign said nothing about specific colors, I even went back and looked at the sign with the manager and it only says the name of the yarn. She didnt apologize for it not being labeled properly or say she would fix it so that it wouldnt be a problem for other shoppers. She just shrugged it off and walked away. When I got back to the cashier she just says so do you want it or not? Very rude and unconcerned about their signs not showing what their actual sale is.

Michael has pretty much everything for the hobbies, and craft person. Prices are reasonable, and they give Veterans discount.Staff is always willing to help and answer your questions.

Wonderful place for premade picture frames with frequent sales, like buy one, get one free. Just recently they had buy one get 2 free. Make sure you check the sales before you buy. Otherwise, great place for all kinds of craft supplies.

I was looking for wind chimes to buy the tubes or different sizes of bells but they only had the cheep bells that really dont ring well. They had the magnets, but the real good ones are behind the counter in a locked case.

The staff is amazing.

I get my candy melts from here. They have a great selection of home items. I was disappointed in there Christmas selection this year, not to many light up or blow up items.

The manager at the store is a disgrace. I watched her yell at an old lady. She scoffed at her because her daughter was handing her something over into the lane and she was next to pay. Then the old lady asked her to wrap up her fragile items and she didnt even respond to her. The way that she was screaming for next in line you could just tell that she hated life and everything about it. I understand that the holiday time is stressful but it makes it difficult to be understanding when the customers are more cheerful and helpful than the manager of the establishment. I asked one of the employees who the manager was and they told me it was her and I was absolutely shocked. Cheer up. Life isnt that bad.

Let Me just start of by saying.... The store had No acrylic paint, every letter in the Alphabet EXEMPT A in any size shape or nothing😠 My Grandsons name is Alexander.......... Not cool ladies and gents, and the store a bit dishevelled. Thank you for listening to my Opinion.

Great service. Clean establishment. Wheelchair accessable. Wider variety then other Michaels. If you forget your coupons the staff was kind enough to let us know. I needed to get into a locked cage to retrieve some crystals and it took 15 min. Had to hunt someone down to get it unlocked; thats my only complaint. Otherwise flawless.

Was disappointed they were so low on merchandise. I looked on line and the item was not available even though on line it said it was in stock even staff said they had it. Staff just pointed me it direction would not help me look gave up and ordered from Amazon. Would of rather bought it in there store.

Im not a craft person but if you are this the place to go. They have so much stuff for crafts and had picture frames as well. Store is set up nicely clean and bright.

Michaels is what you would expect of a decent craft store. Unfortunately, I came looking for chunky yarn for my husband to use to for finger-knitting and found that they wanted $10 per skein which is, in my never to be humble opinion, ridiculous when you need 6 skeins to make a throw blanket... Ill have to look elsewhere for this particular product.

Every time i go into the store all the employees are rude besides from the cashiers, framing department is by far the rudest. they don’t even seem like they want to help and have the worst attitudes. they are understaffed and can’t even put a fake attitude on for a customer. if you are thinking of getting art supplies go to a different store because they don’t like helping their customers.
