I have many projects where home furnishings are a factor. After visiting website several times and selecting items from their website nothing was able that would satisfy the clients taste. Pretty sure Ill return again as my projects never end

I didnt buy anything when I visited. It is a nice location with plenty of parking. The floor displays are eye catching. The prices are reasonable.

Dont buy furniture from this store, after 2 months of back and with all sources, just dropped my $1800 worth of sofas and recliner at the junk yard. Frame coming apart, deadly nails will pop out of everywhere. Their protection plan is just another scam. Dont fall for it.

Had a great experience with Demorrio who works both the Henderson store and Las Vegas. We came in with no rush to getting a new fridge but just tired of not having ice (icemaker had been giving us trouble). He went above and beyond to help us but also did not push to make a sale, which in all honesty is why we bought. Our fridge was going to be delivered a few weeks later which we were fine with. We were fine until about 4am the next day when our fridge got jealous that it was going to be replaced and stopped working lol. We called Demarrio and he set everything up for us to pick up our new fridge. We were literally in and out of the store with the fridge in our truck in under 5 minutes. We truly appreciate the service we received and will be sure to continue shopping here. Thank you Demarrio!

Researched online. They had what I wanted when we walked in. Could not do same day or next day delivery but I will have it Wednesday. In and out quickly. Very friendly sales staff.

Stay away!! Pay for a better mattress. We gambled and lost. We bought a memory foam mattress and unboxed it which was not firm or close to firm to the one we tried out on the showroom. They could have mislabeled the box, but did not want to hear it. All sales final. No resolution. Stuck with this mattress which will end up in the dump. My wife and I have a bad back and needed a firm mattress. Tried emailing corporate, no response. Dont waste your money or time. 0 stars if I could.

Would not recommend buying the floor model equipment. I bought a washer and dryer... the dryer wasnt working after it was transported to my house.. had to replace with a different company model type dryer. Dryer started making a loud clacking noise after a few weeks. If I could do it all over again i wouldve went to Home Depot and bought my appliances there.

Carmen was very polite and most helpful. The couch I wanted was in stock and very inexpensive. Will definitely be back!

Dining table chairs are literally falling apart.Ive been trying for months and the stores send me to customer service who sends my back to the stores. No one is willing to help get these replaced (they are under manufacturer warranty). Now they say they had a system upgrade and magically have no access to previous purchases. This is NOT right and so unprofessional. Would never make a purchase from them again.Forgot to add when we purchased this table there was already a broken piece so we had to go to the store the next day and get it replaced

Seems completely dishonest! Saw photos of a WHITE dishwasher online, paid online for that same WHITE dishwasher, received an email confirming purchase of WHITE dishwasher, drive 40 minutes to pick it up...NO WHITE DISWASHER! We were told they only have a black dishwasher in that model. Employee said, We dont see color! (Seriously, thats a quote.)Store would not refund money. Told us to go online for a refund. Outrageous!!!!!

So grateful that these associates were at the store and available for questions. The werent allowed to let customers in the store but the associates outside were happy to help me navigate their website. They even offered to bring out any appliances I was interested in so I could look at them and disinfected them before and after I touched them. I didnt realize Sears was still open. After having lunch next door yesterday, I noticed this little hidden gem. Ive always loved Sears and to find this store was definitely a win. Came into the store and realized it was the Sears Outlet and not the same as the department store, Sears.. Even better! Representatives in this store were welcoming even though they were busy with other customers, they at least acknowledged my presence and although I didnt have much time to shop this time around, from what I was able to see, the store was clean, organized and I noticed a few great deals. I will definitely be coming back!

Typical scratch and dent store. The people were helpful. There was no pressure. Most of the appliances were in great shape, totally acceptable discounts for the individual damage. They also have furniture and mattresses other home fixtures. Kejara, Logan and everyone else were very friendly and helpful.

The employees here are friendly and helpful. I had 1 refrigerator delivered but it didnt work. It didnt cool. I went in to talk to them about it and they gave me reasonable options. I decided to pick a new one out and that one also was defective. I spoke to the manager there and he replaced the original one I picked with a brand new. I was highly impressed with the level of customer service. This experience will definitely keep me as a customer. In fact I purchased a new dishwasher from Sears. I need a new stove and microwave and yes they will be purchased from this friendly staff. Thank you for going above and beyond.

One of the best experiences buying Ive had in Vegas. I needed to make a couple of major purchases which is never fun for me, but Mike made it easy, and fun! He was friendly and so knowledgeable. Being a skeptic I Google searched a couple of facts he shared about some appliances and he really knew his stuff. Jeff the store manager was very helpful as well. They both made buying my stove and washer/dryer an excellent adventure!

I went in and was able to lease to own my new tools and a new toolbox here, what a great deal. I recommend this place if you need time to pay off a bed, tools, or an appliance. It helps that the people working there are super friendly and helpful.

I was trying to buy an oven and a dishwasher there and I was about to pay . And the lady told me they have a warranty for the oven like 3 year $307. the oven price is $529 .I asked her then why not I just buy a new one for this price from the other place ? Actually I just get a new microwave from home depot they didn’t ask me buy the warranty and they have 30 days warranty . She said then shame on them . I asked do you guys have warranty? If I find something wrong after I purchase what should I do . She said 24 hours warranty . I just have 24 hours to find out this has problems or not .or I can buy 2 year $203 or 3 year $307 warranty.lol so I left and went to bestbuy get a same one on sale just $549 and 30 days warrantyI don’t need to pay any extra money .Even with 2 year or 3 year warranty there not expensive like here . Like $65 .And the way the lady talked made me really feel like the oven has some problems so I need buy warrantyAlso I asked do I have discount if I buy dishwasher and oven together ?No discountOkay can you do delivery ?$40 for itI get a new oven at bestbuy and free delivery( over $400)

Found all the same brand, matching look, almost an exact kitchen appliance set at a great price. Only damage is a very small dent on very bottom of dishwasher.For what this place is, the prices and service is fair. Except installation prices

This store is fantastic! The manager, “Jeffery” is wonderful! I walked in the store for the first time & found exactly what I wanted! As a matter fact, I found two different mattresses! A regular twin & a memory foam twin. I went with the memory foam which is great. Thank you SEARS OUTLET HENDERSON! I’ll be back for my new couch! The discount on the merchandise is 1/2-1/3 on items. Plus if you use your Sears/Shop your way card, you get an additional 5% off.

Extremely helpful staff. I wasnt entirely sure what I was looking for, but I was guided to the right appliance. And I couldnt be happier! I havent had such a pleasant experience with a retail store in a long time. The sears outlet has many wonderful employees, and I never felt ignored. Thanks guys!

I was having some difficulty ordering online, but I called the store and they were able to help walk me through what I was doing wrong. They even went over the cosmetic damages of the items I was about to purchase. They even made sure I knew about required parts if I had it delivered and the soonest delivery day available. All around a great experience. I didn’t catch the lady on the phones name, but she truly was a huge help.

Good prices. Logan helped me and my wife find a nice refrigerator. He told me about the service plan for the refrigerator, I am glad they have it for the things they sell. I will be coming back for my washer and dryer soon.

What seems like a scratch and dent reseller, the staff is great and non pushy, but the prices are not enough difference from new to be worthwhile in my opinion

Good selection of out of box appliances. Scratches and dents on some appliances, but if you can live with it you can save a lot of money here.

The employee we spoke with was very knowledgeable about not only the appliances, but also the locations of Sears retail and repair/parts stores.Only 4 stars because they didnt have the part we needed for our washer & Maps indicated that several repair stores were currently open in our area, but theyve been closed for years. No-one at Sears or Maps has bothered to update the closures & we had to drive around & check them out.

First time shopping this store, they have great prices on small sound bars for the tv, and other small electronics. I was also able to get new sheets for a very reasonable price. I would stop in, they sell a lot more than just appliances.

I went here so I could pick up an online order. I came probably 35 minutes before closing and it was empty for the most part. When I found the employee, he took me to my purchase very fast and there were no issues. He was nice, the store was clean, and the prices looked good.

Staff was friendly and above-average knowledgeable about inventory and products but that is were the 4 star-rating ends.I have bought items here in the past and had a great experience. Thats why I went back. This is a new location on Sunset in Henderson and the selection (at least for gas ranges) was not as good as I expected. They told me to come back two days later after delivery came in but there werent any gas ranges on that delivery. They said they would call the following week after they got a special delivery and let me know what came in. I never received that call. Ended up purchasing from another discount retailer.

So glad I stopped in to the Sears Outlet on Sunset and Stephanie in Henderson. I found exactly what I was looking for! A fantastic deal on a GE refrigerator for my nephew. Perfect match for his new first home. Unbelievably low price and opted for delivery and extended warranty. I will shop here again!
