I called today asking for help on an item..basically asking if they had it in stock. The guy was short with me and practically hung up on me was like I am busy gotta go. Wow..from all of the other reviews I assumed this was a great place to go. Was very disappointed with how I was treated.

Great place for all your party needs. We rented a small helium tank for my daughters small birthday party. The man there (i believe he was the owner) was so friendly and the prices were good. No deposit required and he even gave us a nozzle to use for the balloons! Will definitely use them again.

The only place you need to go for party favors, balloon boutiques and appraisal special events. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The place was an absolute mess first off.. bought brown contacts for my blue eyes n well im pretty sure they are super old and lost all color. and then tax was literally $5+ for mine, my moms, and my sisters seperate totals..

It was my first time there the other day. I didnt realize how much cool stuff they have in there!!! The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and friendly and helped me bring my purchases to my car as well. We will definitely be back for all of our balloons and things!!

This is a great store with a huge selection of party items for any occasion. It is an older store, but has great hometown feel and personalized service, unlike many of the big box party stores.

I love this place, they have EVERYTHING. Tons of Halloween costumes but also all kinds of themes for parties like baby showers, western, Mickey mouse, disco. I once ordered a bunch of red and black helium balloons for my sister graduating from SDSU. And the people are really nice too, you tell them what youre looking for and if they dont have it theyll order it for you.

They have a great velariety of party supplies. My go to place for party balloons.

Great customer service. Owners are very attentive, and accommodating. They have everything from table and chair rentals to Halloween costumes for rent. Parking is a little scarce, and needs to be more accessible, but its worth the effort if you are looking for something specific.

Then we got balloon bouquets, w/helium, less than $1 a balloon. Better than the DollarTree because we got to customize everything.While we were in there we stressed how we didnt like the company we went through for the jumper. Turns out, they do jumpers too! And the jumper is the cheapest price around. Awsome store has everything u may need for every creative party event or costume party. Theatrical make up for theatre ballet and tap shoes for the girls and go go boots or vamp style for mom. Scary monster props and baby costumes..everything is great in this huge family owned friendly environment for over 40 years at least here in the city of Hemet. I have been here twice and both times the owner was very rude to me. The first time she felt the need to verbally correct me for saying thanks guys for 20 mins I had to hear about how she is not a guy. Second visit was today to pick up last min Halloween items and she complained for a few mins how my purchase was only $5.29 and how much it cost her to run my payment via debit card. Yet nothing is posted about a minimum debit purchase nor a convince fee. Needless to say I wont be supporting her or her local business again. Very disappointed!!

Love it been going there since I was a kid, the used to sell stink bombs and magic tricks hahaha. I dont know why some of u people say that little lovely lady is rude. Ive known her since she owned her candy shop in San Jacinto.
