This place has some really nice Manufactured homes. Staff are afraid of other human life the way their signage is at front of building. Stay in your car, call the office and someone will come to you... well OK! Great staff though, very knowledgeable.

I really would have wished I read the reviews on here before I actually went there.The first time I went in lavon made everything sound so good. But what a let down that really was.This company is only here to make as much money as they can. If you are lower or middle class you are wasting your time and money. They said it would only be 10,000 that you are spending and everything your paying out of pocket for would be deducted from your loan. A 120,000 home is going to cost more then 300,000 we waisted so much time and effort and got our Hopes up to be let down they didnt try to help us the owner said houses they do in my area are over 300,000 why does that have to be the same for myself I have a family we wanted to make our forever home we didnt mind changing the plans they were so quick to stop everything.I wish there team could all get on the same page. You are going to get so many different answers and fell let out of everything. Please dont ever come here. As I will try to spread the word to everyone looking into getting a modular home.

The sales staff, and in particular, La Von Watkins, was extremely helpful. While we toured the models on the lot, La Von showed us the first model to explain the options, pricing, and requirements, and then left us to see the rest. After viewing the models, La Von was right outside of the office waiting to talk to us, and answer any questions.Like I said, La Von was never pushy, but was always available for questions.

La Von Watkins was the absolute friendliest employee ever! I was so happy on how when we first pulled up she greeted us, talked to us and let us look around the houses! Afterwards she brought us into her office and helped us decide on what house we would love ❤️! I would definitely recommend asking for her when you come visit even if you just want to look around

Great place! Clean and has a lot of options for home buying. Tony helped us, answered major questions we had like getting started, styles, and finance options. Hes the best, definitely would recommend if interested in a manufactured home, go here!

We were offered the Chattel loan by Lavon but we wanted to try for the FHA loan because of lower interest rate. After 2 day trips over 100 miles one way to Hemet. It took Ma Williams about 5 seconds to shut down the ENTIRE financing conversation, including the Chattel loan initially offered. We have cash enough for a large down payment, but our monthly income they deemed too low. When we asked how much income is needed to qualify their vague response of, youll need more than that, left us in the dark on whats required or what to work towards? No guidance, no help. After denying us, they said not a word about returning the $500 deposit. We had to call back and request it. All the talk on their website about working hard to help you qualify and there may be bumps in the road but well get through it together We own our property outright, free and clear, yet nothing was said about qualifying for 0 down using our propertys equity as advertised on their website. There are no 1200 sf homes from the mid $80,000s, not even close! Dont be fooled by the down-home name. Inside the office youll see a sign that says, we pay for good reviews These people are realtors and loan sharks. Youll need land, lots and lots of money, and a big salary Good Luck!

The master room look really nice but other rooms look wayyy smaller. Kitchen room look beautiful but living room is abit weird. Like where will you put tv and couch without having it in your way to leave the house.

They get new models in every few months also, lots of variety and reputable builders that stand behind their product.

Very poor buying experience with this company. Unreasonable demands and threats, the deal came down to the wire and they made demands that werent enumerated up front including calling me a liar regarding how a document was signed. Will not use this company again and will ensure that my friends and clients are made aware of my experience here should they show interest in purchasing from this company. All funds wired in at beginning of escrow, still threatening not to deliver the home nearly two months later.According to their response it wasnt their fault, yet they chose the escrow company and wouldnt allow an alternative escrow provider to be selected. The escrow company was following the rules set forth by the seller, it wasnt the escrow companys fault nearly as much as the company that hired them and directed them to act in such a way.

Customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. They were informative but not pushy at all. The model homes are insanely beautiful.

My husband and I drove from San Diego to Hemet and so worth the drive! I was not disappointed at all. Their homes are beautiful! When we walked into the first displayed home we did not feel like we were inside a manufactured home.Tony was extreamly helpful gave us a lot of good information and was understanding and patcient, I did not feel pressured or rushed into anything.

Claudia had stepped in to help Tony while he was busy, and she was very knowledgeable on all of our questions we had. She left non unanswered and was even able to help with finding someone to possibke remove our manufactured home to place a new one there. Very great and we left with all of our questions answered.

I wish Google reviews would allow people to leave zero stars. However, it is what it is.Living and working in Los Angeles county, I did my due diligence and asked around different manufactured home dealers and retailers in hopes of finding a reasonably priced home with some of my wishlist items and good customer service. I found Ma Williams based on other customer reviews and previous emails with a Ma Williams salesperson. So, I decided to take a day off work and drive 3 hours from Los Angeles to Hemet with high hopes.Upon arrival, the homes on display were priced higher than other retailers/dealers but without a doubt beautiful. When I asked to speak with the owner/manager to see some numbers, that was the beginning of the problem. Not only did I feel discriminated being an older Asian male, the conversations did not go well. Everything I discussed previously with a Ma Williams salesperson was not honored, when I asked for the prices on some of the homes, the owner and his daughter told me to open escrow first before they give out their prices. WHAT?How can I open escrow without knowing the price?On top of that, I was notified that Ma Williams only sells the home, but everything is a separate charge. I was told that up to 75 miles transportation is free with a carport and grading of the lot.With rude, discriminatory awakenings, and hours of discussions, I left Ma Williams and drove another 3 hours back to Los Angeles.It seemed Ma Williams did not want to sell me a home. Save yourself the drive and headaches.Ask other nearby detailers and retailers. There is no need to waste 6 hours of time and gas to try to spend your hard earned money on a place that will discriminate you.

If you use FEMA funds or SBA FEMA dont assume they will tell you what you need. Learn from me and be proactive, even if they say they only need one thing. Follow up, make sure that is truly all they need

We had a home built recently with Ma Williams. What a fiasco. The owner said over and over again that this was not the norm, but our project was one delay after another. First we were going to be in our new home by Christmas, it was actually May. House put on lot crooked. Cabinets chipping already. Sink is rusting in Kitchen after three months. Stuff stolen off lot at delivery. Stuff missing from inside house, and whoever took had a key!!! Definitely do your homework before deciding which manufactured home dealer you choose. We still cannot get a key to our front door of our house. So we have to use back door to get in! They said they over nighted us a key, but the package contained no key. Just paperwork that probably should have been given when the house passed inspection. House not cleaned before being turned over to us. I am still getting drywall plaster off the nooks and crannies. Had to bundle up and pay to dispose of floor coverings. What a mess. Shop around, thats all i can say.....

We have just opened escrow on our new home. We went to every dealer from Hemet to El Cajon before we decided to partner with Ma Williams and it is a partnership, so choose wisely!Dennis Williams has taken more time letting me vent about my experience with other dealers than any person should have to! He is a true old school gentleman who never had one negative thing to say about his competitors. He has been so helpful and understanding.Tony, our sales representative has not had it easy with us. We are picky and know what we want. He has bent over backward to make sure all of our expectations have been managed and that we get the home we want, and he has done it all with a smile!Before we even decided to work with MW, their Finance Manager, Jenean, took the time to answer all of my questions.Lavon, another sales representative, with nothing to gain, answered questions we had when Tony was not available.Something that stands out with this company is how happy the people working there seem to be. You get the feeling the Williams family treats their employees very well and it shows! I think Ma would be VERY proud!
