You like them they like you! You treat them with respect they will treat you with respect. You dont treat them with respect they will not treat you with respect! If you show that you care they may show that they do or do not care. So if you are there be aware to beware!Other than that they have great products at great prices and I do recommend anybody in the cleaning business to give the store at least a museum look over.

The mechanic at instock supply is awesome I had a problem with my truck mount it blew some gaskets and he rebuilt fast and at a good price.

I am very happy with the work this shop did setting up my carpet cleaning trailer with used equipment that I brought in.The owner took the time to listen to all my ideas and approached the project as if the equipment was his own, making sure that everything was done right, without cutting corners.He also made sure to check with me throughout the process as the price increased, giving options for saving money, and never pushing unnecessary work.There were several places where he could have charged more, but he went out of the way to keep the price down.Bottom line: Communication, quality of work, and overall price were excellent. These guys are great! Been going here for years. Ive been in the business for close to 10 years and used a number of different shops but Instock in by far my favorite, They are honest, friendly, usually have stuff Instock and for the most part they have better prices then everyone else.

Kevin at Instock Supply is absolutely the most knowledgeable and helpful person in the carpet cleaning service industry. Interlink helps a little but seems to have an attitude that if you spend, we can help! Kevin at Instock on the other hand has repeatedly sincerely helped me and tried to save me money instead of trying to take advantage because Im new in the business. Not only would I recommend Kevin and Instock Supply....even though I have to drive forty minutes and pass three other stores up on the way, it is more than worth it.
